All our flats are well situated in the Parisians' favourite spots such as the trendy, safe and residential area of Convention, Parisian typical “Plaisance” area, with its cafés and bakeries, the business and shopping area of Montparnasse with the city's only skyscraper (56 storeys) in the center of the capital called the Montparnasse Tower from where you can admire a magnificent view of Paris. Nearby, in the famous Gaîté Street stand many theatres and also towards the 7th district, the military historical monument called the “Invalides” with its Musée des Armées, the Paris “Ecole Militaire” or the prestigious French Military Academy. The Military Museum along with Napoleon Bonaparte's tomb is also not far from the most beautiful and elegant avenue in the world, the Champs-Elysées set in the 8th district. Further south, one will discover the well-known "Institut Pasteur" or the shopping street rue d’Alesia with its ready-to-wear fashion shops and fashion discount boutiques. You will be surprised to see a replica of the Statue of Liberty in the middle of the Seine River in the 15th arrondissement, the genuine copyright of the real-size one in New York City. You can also discover the animated and lively Chinatown, the truly and great atmosphere of China in the 13th downtown district, as well as the Saint Germain-des-Près area in the 6th arrondissement with its Luxembourg garden at Saint-Michel. The Odeon areas with its pedestrian streets are full of restaurants; it’s a perfect spot to dine next to the gothic Notre-Dame cathedral. Nearby, you can reach the Paris intellectual district of the 5th, the Latin Quarter with the worldwide-known Sorbonne University and its famous nearby Pantheon.
