ooking for a homely and affordable alternative to a Parisian hotel? We provide a selection of comfortable and fully furnished apartments for weekly or short-term rentals, right in the centre of Paris. All of our quality flats are privately owned and located in nicely maintained apartment buildings, in safe and charming neighbourhoods which are close to the most trendy and favoured locations of the City of Lights.
Whether you are staying in the residential area of Convention, the typically Parisian area of Plaisance, or the lively and busier ones of Rue de la Gaîté and Montparnasse, you can enjoy the proximity of shopping, cinemas, theatres, restaurants, cafés
and bakeries. From the top of the capital’s only skyscraper (56 floors), the ‘Tour Montparnasse’, sip a cocktail and admire the magnificent view. In the 7th district, discover the most famous military landmarks, such as the ‘Invalides
’ – a monument which shelters the tomb of Napoleon Bonaparte, the ‘Musée des Armées’ (Military Museum), the ‘Ecole Militaire’ and the prestigious French Military Academy. Feel amazed while walking along the vibrant Champs-Elysées
, the most beautiful and largest avenue in the world, located in the 8th district. Residing on the Left Bank area, you will be within easy reach of the Eiffel tower
, the Champ de Mars and the Trocadéro esplanade.
Going further South, discover the well-known ‘Institut Pasteur’ and enjoy a more relaxed shopping on the ‘rue d’Alésia’, with its numerous ready-to-wear fashion shops and discount boutiques. At ‘Denfert-Rochereau’, be seduced by the ‘rue Daguerre’, a lively pedestrian street with typical food shops offering an extended choice of French terroir (traditional and local) products that reflect a lavish gastronomic culture which we are so proud of. You can also discover a never-before-seen aspect of Paris history by walking through a unique and breathtaking underground site: the ‘Catacombes
’. Why not try having a meal in the uplifting atmosphere of the Parisian Chinatown in the 13th downtown district?
And near the Exhibition Halls at Porte de Versailles (note that this is the name of the metro station but not the actual location of the Château de Versailles), find peacefulness and quietness in some of the city’s finest public parks: elegant landscape gardens such as the ‘Parc Georges Brassens’ or the ‘Parc Montsouris’, and ‘Parc André-Citroën’ with its avant-garde architecture.
Pamper yourself with a glass of wine or a cocktail at the terrace of a café in Saint-Germain-des-Près (6th district), near the buoyant Luxembourg garden
at Saint-Michel. Around the Odeon area, settle in one of the countless bars and restaurants for a romantic afternoon or evening. Stroll around the pedestrian streets, until you reach the Notre-Dame cathedral, a jewel of gothic architecture. Look at the pavements on the square; you are standing at the very centre of our capital city. Close by is the Latin Quarter, the intellectual centre of Paris in the 5th district, its worldwide-known Sorbonne University
and the Panthéon, a monument honouring those who have marked the History of France.
If you wish to discover these historical monuments and the many more curiosity spots gathered on the Left Bank, experience one-of-a-kind Christmas shopping or celebrate the New Year in Paris and many other seasonal events and festivities, Paris Sweet Home is the way to go!
When it comes to holiday accommodation, we ensure you the comfort of home, offering an extensive choice of apartment rentals which will offer you space and convenience in a warm atmosphere and at affordable prices. More and more visitors are choosing this option for family holidays, a romantic trip or simply for more independence in the city.
