In whole, we have 10 spacious elegant villas for exquisite living consisting 6 one-bedroom villas (over 180m2), 3 two-bedroom villas (over 260m2) and 1 most spacious three-bedroom villa. All villas are designed in modern stylish interiors and well equipped with king-size bed, private pool, semi-open living area, teakwood stylish dining table, modern-styled mosaic bathroom, Japanese wooden style bathtub, kitchenette and shower.
1-Bedroom Villa :
Six villas offer you a spacious living (180m2) and tranquil atmosphere equipped with standard facilities like private pool, separate living and dining area and so forth. They are convenient for young couple or honeymooners.
2-Bedroom Villa :
There are three villas spreading on 260m2 of land and presenting roomier space for your move and life. All villas are endowed with private pool along with other standard grand facilities. These villas are good for family travelers.
3-Bedroom Villa :
Within the compound, there is only one villa having three-bedroom. It’s the most spacious one (350m2) fitting for wider family living, but convenience remains within your reach. As other kinds of villa, it’s also furnished with standard facilities for favorable private living.

Season and Cancellation Policy :
-Reservation made during January 6th - July 14th and September 1st - December 24th is Low Season will have cut of date 14 days prior to arrival, any cancellations will be charged at 1 night/villa/reservation.
-Reservation made during July 15th - August 31th is High Season will have cut of date 21 days prior to arrival, any cancellations will be charged at 1 night/villa/reservation.
-Reservation made during December 25th - January 5th is Peak Season will have cut of date 30 days prior to arrival, any cancellations will be charged at 1 night/villa/reservation.
-Cancellation is only requested by fax, e-mail or in written only.
-Any reservation made during Christmas & New Year' Period : December 25th - January 5th must be for minimum of 3 nights stay.
Check-In/Out Procedure :
-Check in time is 14.00 pm and check out time is 12.00 Noon, extension of check out time until 18.00 hours is subject to 50% of one night room charged Airport Transfer
-We are delighted to offer car transfer to and from Bali International Airport for free. Advanced reservations are required.
