Question : Are your Paris apartments furnished?
Response : Yes. All our listed apartments are fully furnished.

Q : Do your Paris apartments provide hot water?
R : Yes. All our listed Paris apartments provide hot water 24 hours a day, all year.

Q. Are the apartments heated?
R. Yes. All our listed apartments are heated.

Q. Can I cook in kitchen?
R. Yes. You can. Kitchens are fully equipped with cooking utensils.

Q. Is the price mentioned for the whole apartment or per person?
R. The price is for the whole apartment, not per person.

Q. What does the price include?
R. The weekly rate includes utility charges (electricity & water), end of stay cleaning fee as well as all taxes. It does not include telephone bills, if any. For monthly rental, utility charges are billed separately according to consumption. An initial set of fresh bed linen and towels are provided upon your arrival.

Q. Are your Paris apartments all centrally located and near public transportation?
R. Yes. They are all located in central, near tourist attractions and business centers (Montmartre, Ile St. Louis, St. Germain des Pres, Marais-Place des Vosges, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Montparnasse). Each of our listed apartments is at most 5 minute walk from a Paris Metro Station, RER station, or a Paris bus stop.

Q. For the rental period, what are the days of arrival and departure?
R. Any day of the week. There are no fixed days of arrival and departure.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
R. We refund all cancellations that occur at least three months prior to customer's arrival date.

Q. I am still not sure of my trip plan. After having confirmed my reservation, would it be possible to change my dates of arrival and departure?
R. Yes. If the selected apartment is not available for your new dates, you will need to select other apartments until you find a suitable one for you without any charge. However, description and price of the new apartment might be different.

Q. Do you arrange the transfer from the airport to the accommodation?
R. No. However, you can ask directly the owner whether the transfer is possible or not.

Q. How must I collect the apartment keys?
R. There is no collection or return of keys, (unless otherwise specified on the apartment webpage), you go directly to the apartment on your arrival, provided that the owner is informed of your arrival time.
