Thank you for your request. I am happy to give a recommendation. Comfortable apartment that would suit a family. Quiet main bedroom facing inner courtyard. Very close to metro station. Plenty of shops for supplies if self catering but close to restaurants too. Have recommended it to friends and hope to stay there again.

Hi! I would be happy to comment on this apartment. We were extremely pleased with the apartment in all respects. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with all items needed including kitchenware, towels, linens etc. The building was extremely quiet and well kept. The location was fabulous- we loved being one block from the subway, and the surrounding neighborhood was lovely with many street markets, great restaurants, shops etc. and we felt very safe and completely comfortable there. We did not meet the owners, but the property manager was very nice and accommodating, and all arrangements were carried out exactly as we wished. We could not have been happier and we had a wonderful time in the great city of Paris!! Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay.

Our trip to Paris was delightful. Our Latin Quarter apartment was steps away from the Metro stop, but within walking distance of Notre Dame. The apartment was fantastic--clean, well-furnished and with internet access! We were very happy with our accommodation and the location. The owner was easy to work with except for the fact that her representative did not speak English and unfortunately, I do not speak French or Spanish. It took some creative communication to settle the bill, but we managed in the end. If we vacation in Paris again, we will use your service as the quality is outstanding. Thank you for helping us have a very memorable Paris vacation.

Hi, We had a wonderful time in Paris, and the apartment was simply a delightful place. The entire communication to book the place and the transaction were all very smooth. We arrived upon the apartment late in the evening, but found the key into the place quite easily. The place was huge, and more than enough room for the 4 of us. With a full kitchen and washing machines, it made our holiday almost like a stay at home. The apt is located only 1 block away from the Place Monge subway station. On the weekend, there is a wonderful market across the street. Everything is just so convenient. And there are tons of lively restaurants in the Latin Quarter. It was just the most perfect place to stay for our holiday in Paris. We wish that we could have stayed longer. We will definitely use your services again for our next trip to Europe. Love,

Hi.. I am happy to recommend this apartment. Although it is small, it is comfortable, compact and equipped enough to make it very live able. A fantastic and privileged position on the river, absolutely central but beautifully quite.

This Ile St. Louis apartment is fantastic. It's nice and comfortable and the courtyard is beautiful. The courtyard also means it's nice and quiet, which makes it very relaxing. It's not a huge place, but there's plenty of room for two. I like to cook and I made some simple but tasty dishes on the electric burner. There's a great butcher just up the street and the baker and fromageur are great as well. I'd wake up at about 7:00, get cleaned up and get a croissant or a pain au chocolat for breakfast. That's so much nicer than a hotel breakfast. Being on l'Ile St. Louis is also great. It's a very interesting, cozy place and it's central to almost all of Paris, especially the Marias and the Latin Quarter. Best of all you get to be on l'Ile for about half of what a hotel on the Island would cost. I recommend this apartment without reservation.

Hi! Not too much to say, really. Everything went smoothly. The apartment was very nice, the placement superb (but we knew that in advance). Karen is the example of flexibility and friendliness. Over the past 30 years we have been to Paris more than once a year, and have experienced hotels all over the scale. This is our fourth time renting a private apartment rather than choosing a hotel, and we find it highly preferable. We had a wonderful time in Paris. The late arrival and handover of keys was no problem. The owner was very accommodating, even though we never met her personally. She always responded to e mails as we were getting closer to arrival. The apartment is fantastically situated in the center of Paris, on an island in the Seine and is very quiet at night. It is safe to walk the local streets when returning home from a night out. The Metro is a short walk away and there is a grocery store close by to stock up with supplies for the apartment. If we are lucky enough to return to Paris, we will definitely stay here again.
