Sono stato lo scorso anno a Parigi in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo..molto carino e in una buona posizione..
(I went last year in Paris in this apartment and it was nice.. we had a great travel, thanks also to the accommodation.
It's good that this site gives the possibility to rent an apartment also in other cities in the world. I hope that there will be more and more accommodations in many countries..)

Our Stay was most enjoyable. The apartment is good and in a very good
location.
The owner was a nice man who even left complimentary drinks on our arrival! Other residents were nice also.
For eating we would recommend "La Tratorria" on Rue Dunkerque -good
food, reasonably priced with nice service. The pub, Square Montholon, is nice and had excellent music on Saturday evening. Overall, we would definitely use this apartment again.

This apartment was absolutely wonderful!! The Bercy neighborhood is perfect for anyone looking to embrace French culture. The option of the #14 metro line (the newest) allowed me to get to "downtown" in minutes, yet escape from it all in when desired. Bercy village is great with its shops and more importantly its restaurants and anything you need is right there. Finally, my hosts were so thoughtful and helpful prior to and througout my stay - it made my experience all the more perfect!

la Señorita Mathilde Ponsart esta muy bien localizado, con muy buen transporte, supermercados y restaurantes cercanos.
El apartamento es muy tranquilo,nos fue entregado por una persona muy atenta y estaba bien arreglado.
Consideramos que es perfecto para cuatro personas que deseen pasar unos gratos dias en Paris.

We were very pleased with our apartment in Paris and we enjoyed our stay very much. Your service was so prompt and clear, and the owner of the apartment, Mr. Lambert, was so kind and he made us feel at home.
The apartment is in such a great location. We were so near to Metro, bus stops, bread shops (my daughter and I went to buy baguettes and delicious croissants every morning like French people do!),a supermarket,cafes,restaurants and news agent where we could find English newspapers. We could also walk to the Arc de Triomphe/Champs-Elysees and Trocadero/Eiffel Tower in short and pleasant walks.
The area felt very safe and elegant, and the inside of the apartment was very quiet.
We were 6 of us and my parents-in-law stayed in the lounge on a comfortable sofa bed, and one of the great things about this apartment was that the bathrooms were located in positions where no one needed to go through the lounge in the middle of the night to get to a bathroom.
Mr. Lambert and his family kindly lent our daughter some toys and books, and she enjoyed being there very much.
We were there for only one week but if we were to stay longer than that I would wish to have some kind of telephone access so that my friends and family could reach us – maybe there could be a mobile phone rental, which could be arranged with a request. I know nowadays people own
mobile phones which can be used anywhere around the world but it would be nice to have this option. Otherwise we highly recommend this apartment to anyone especially if they have children. I thank you and Mr. And Mrs. Lambert for the great service and care.

The stay at your apartment was excellent.The apartment itself was just the size we needed and was well equipped. I am also very greatful to the owner who was extremely helpful and insisted that we call if we had any troubles at all with the apartment and Paris itself.
The location couldn't have been better - central to a few metro stations, the wonders of St Germain and a short walk to the right bank. I would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again and will recommend my friends and family to do the same.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was clean and tidy and had the necessary amenities for a very enjoyable stay.
The location was nice and close to supermarkets and a laundromat, and the directions were clear as to how to get to the apartment on our first day. The whole process was very smooth and efficient.

"The apartment is extremely well located between Avenue Hoch and Avenue de L'Armee.
It is very clean, airy and simple in that all the basics are taken care of. The guardienne is truly gracious; and always at call should one need her assistance. It was a delight to cross Avenue Hoch while looking left at the Arch De Triomphe on my way to Place Victor Hugo. Everything is convenient including the internet cafe which is just off the place.
