The apartment is situated on beautiful, Ile St Louis with magnificent views of the Seine. The rooms were full of character, fairly spacious for Paris and very comfortable. We were a group of 8 and appreciated having two bathrooms and a large living/dining room. We all had an amazing week in Paris made all the more special by staying in such a comfortable and fantastically located apartment right in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.

The apartment was ideal for two people.Modern and clean.two minutes walk to Metro and Bus.Dozens of Restaurants in the area.Large Supermarket three minute walk.The man who booked us in was most helpful and full of information.I would book this again without hesitation.

I´m really glad to have received this recommendation from a friend on choosing a place to stay in Paris. I was surprised by great variety of apartments offered by Paris Sweet Home. The contract and payment processes were very clean, practical and direct. The apartment turned out to be nicer than we expected... just the perfect size, cozy, clean, with all the facilities we needed to make our stay much enjoyable, and a plus: it has an excellent energy! The owners are very friendly and thoughtful. =] The location of the apartment was just perfect. Very close to subway station. We had very easy access to restaurants, bakeries, supermarket, mobile store (had to put credits on mine quite often), laundry, drugstore, cafes and a great variety of stores and services. The whole set made our holiday experience in Paris very easy, nice, comfortable and practical. We truly recommend it.

Our stay in Paris was wonderful. the apartment was very nice and fairly well equipped. we found it spacious for the both of us. the location was really good. everything was very close,bakery, market, shops of all kinds, metro and bus line, restaurants and sandwich shops. all were within walking distance and easy to find. the building was in a safe area and it was secure with a key pad entry and a second set of locked doors. the building has a small patio out back with a table and chairs. the next time we are in Paris we would choose this apartment again.

I stayed in Plaisance Studio in august 2012 for 10 days and i was very happy with the studio. It was exactly what we needed for a trip in Paris:
1. A big room with a comfortable bed
2. A well equipped kitchen
3. In a safety neighborhood with the metro about 10 minutes walk from the studio and direct line to the center in about 15 - 20 minutes;
4. A lot of supermarkets and restaurants/fast food nearby;
5. The studio was clean enough and the house owner was very polite with us and he waited for us at the studio at the appointed time.
I would definitely recommend Plaisance Studio!

I was totally satisfied with the apartment. Since is was the owner's home with all of his books, etc.,it felt like living in a home instead of a rented flat. The owner went out of his way to see that everything was in order and helped me out with other travel information that had nothing to do with renting me his home.
The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night due to his double pane windows so I slept soundly. The Metro station was a 100 feet from this front entrance which made it easy to get around Paris and to and from the airport. There was a grocery store across the street and a farmer's market twice a week right in front of his apartment. I felt completely safe in his neighborhood and was never bothered by anyone. There were many ethnic restaurants nearby so if I wanted to go out to eat there was an endless variety.
The apartment had wi-fi, a sound system and a DVD player with his personal selections available or you could bring your own if you wanted to see a movie in the evening. Note that even though he had cable there were only five television stations in English, all of which were news or financial information.
I would stay their again if I were to return to Paris.

We were in the Plaisance studio. It is on good place between 2 underground lines. The flat was clear. Mr Widana related all important required information. And He responds to the late emergency calls kindly. :)The P.S.H.'s colleagues very kind, they answered all letters quickly. We felt well it in 1 week.

Here are my impressions.
I spent a week there during a business trip in Paris.
The studio is quite large (for Paris standards) and very clean.
It is close to Porte Maillot metro station and also to Beauvais shuttle drop point.
The owner speaks English and she picked me from the metro station by car.
Very probable I will book it again next time when I travel to Paris (it was relatively close to the office).

Our recent stay at Rue St Sauveur was my second stay at the apartment in the past five years. As expected the apartment was exceptionally clean and well-appointed for our one-week stay – it was in effect our home away from home! The service provided by Tycen and Lesley was great – everything was transacted very promptly and professionally and the communication leading up to our stay was excellent.
I would use the Paris Sweet Home service again without reservation. Five star service from your team!
