Our stay in the Moulin Vert studio was very pleasant and enjoyable, the studio was in a lively and cute part of 14e arrondissement, very near to the metro station and in a quiet building.
The studio was big and we relaxed very well in it after our busy days in the city. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is big and the livingroom-bedroom is very comfortable. Thanks also to the kindness of Mr.Widana we spent a very happy stay in this apartment. I suggest it to everyone!

The apartment was in a perfect location! It was quiet (on the courtyard side of the building) The owner was friendly and accomodating. The apartment was clean and in good condition with small kitchen, full bath and one large room for everything else. There was a balcony overlooking the courtyard as well. I would stay there again.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y confortable. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía muy agradable. El sector es muy bueno. Aunque queda a unos pocos metros del sector del Moulin Rouge, el sector es muy tranquilo. Los accesos y servicios son excelentes, todos a unos pocos metros: supermercado, panaderías, lavanderías, estación del metro, etc. Realmente recomiendo este departamento para 1 o 2 personas

I was very pleased with the services provided by Paris Sweet Home. The website was easy to navigate, the description of each property was adequately thorough, and I received a prompt response to my requests for availability. The studio where I stayed for two weeks was very nice, newly remodeled, and true to the pictures posted on the Paris Sweet Home website. The owner was very kind and he was happy to communicate with me in English, which I appreciated. The rental process was conducted in a professional manner and the instructions for payment were easy to understand. I have referred friends to your website and I hope to use your services again.

Hi to prospective renters.
We used the website and crossed fingers that it would be okay. The reason we used this website to book an apartment is because it had cheap apartments that had all the electrical appliances that we needed, as we were on a round-the-world ticket and a hotel room would have had no cooking or washing/ironing facilities. It worked out much cheaper than a hotel and we could cook if we wanted to and eat in.
It was a bit of a gamble but it paid off.
We had to pay the deposit in cash, but that was fine as we were given it back as soon as the owner had checked the apartment. We were impressed because the owner came to give us our deposit at 7.15 am on New Year’s Day as we had to drive to Nice to be there by 6.00pm that same day. He’d been up till about 2.00am or 3.00am!
The apartment at Rue Muller in Montmartre was very clean and well-appointed. We are tall people, but it was big enough for us. The bathroom was small, but we didn’t live in the bathroom of course. It had a few extra things included such as a hair dryer.
All the furnishings and décor were tasteful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and previous renters had left a few things to make our stay comfortable e.g. salt and pepper, sauces, packets of pasta, tins of vegetables, packets of biscuits, unopened etc. We left a few things for the next renters!
The bed was comfortable, the bed linen was fine and the towels were adequate, with spares. We used the washing machine and dryer to good effect as we had travelled from Australia to Canada before going to Paris and then we were going to Nice.
We loved the location and being able to be part of a small community for the short time we were there. It was very close to Sacre Coeur and the art community of Montmartre. We loved the fabric shops in the vicinity. Supermarkets were close and Anvers station was within easy walking distance.

Sono stata per un weekend al "Montparnasse Studio". L'appartamento e' semplice ma molto confortevole, situato in un'elegante condominio con una meravigliosa piscina all'attico. La vista dalla piscina e' mozzafiato! E'stata un'ottima esperienza e cerchero' di ritornare.

My family and I enjoyed our Paris holiday very much. Your apartment was furnished exactly as described on your website, and we felt very much at home staying there. I don't think it would have been so if we had just stayed in a hotel. Clotilde was very professional and checking in and out of the apartment were done smoothly. She even checked on us personally one evening when we experienced some slight problem with getting the front door opened.
The apartment's location is perfect - the metros were nearby and we could even walk to the Champs Elysees. There were also lovely restaurants and a charming market in the neighbourhood.
All in, we were very happy that we'd chosen this apartment. We'd definitely choose your apartments again, if not this particular one in Rue Labie.

This apartment in the 10th was just perfect for our family of 3. The owner was exceptionally gracious and welcoming, with a bottle of wine and breakfast in the fridge, as well as real coffee and all that we could require for the washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. The location was superb and we will definitely be recommending your site to friends and returning one day. Thank you for a wonderful service.

I'm happy to provide honest and candid feedback...
We found the apartment to be delightful and large even by American
standards. It was a comfortable stay and quiet away from the street.
Overall, the experience was great and met
our expectations. If we were to make another trip to Paris we would
definitely consider the apartment again for it's close proximity to
wonderful restaurants and the Montmarte area at the top of the hill.

The apartments were as described, the communication between the owner and myself was straightforward, concise, and there was no delay.....and you are right - the prices were some of the most reasonable!!
I have mentioned your web site to a number of my friends and I continue to that when the occasion arises!
When I return to Paris, I will certainly use ParisSweetHome!
