We had a great 4 night stay in this apartment. Julien, the owner, was very nice and accommodating with our slightly odd arrival times (staggered, with us needing to pay upon arrival of person #2).
The place itself is great and has everything you could want in an apartment and is much better value than a hotel. It has a washing machine/dryer, a powerful computer, cable TV and various other amenities. Everything was very clean.
In terms of sleeping arrangements, as advertised there is both a bedroom and a couch. I had the couch and it isn't one of those pull-out types, and I found it extremely comfortable. There were three of us in the apartment for part of the time, and it is a good size and you aren't tripping over each other.
The apartment was also very secure, with a couple of different keys to get through doors in addition to a front door code. There is a subway nearby, but you're no more than a 20min walk to Notre Dame and all the other tourist sights in that area. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood, and a supermarket up the road. The only possible downside is that there is no lift/elevator, but that wasn't an issue for us and it's not uncommon even in some hotels in Europe, in my experience. Still, it's about 5 floors up so if you can't handle that, then this may not be ideal for you.
All in all, it was a very good stay and our thanks to Julien for making things so easy. Also, a comment on Paris Sweet Home - they always have someone on staff answering emails, so if you've dealt with companies that don't respond quickly, that will not be an issue here.

Stayed for a week in Alesia Studio. The room is exactly as per what described in the website. Just nice for me and my husband. However, if you come with your friends, I would say that 3 persons (Adult) still can accommodate this studio. The studio furnished with kitchenette where you can easily prepare your simple dish. The location is very strategic with the shops/boutique and Care four is located just within few minutes walk. How to go there? Just take Alesia line and get out from the station - look for Victor street. Once you are out of the station, you can see HSBC in front of you. Out of the station go straight and turn left (there a cafe just outside the station). Walk all the way for about 500mtr and you will find the place. The owner of the studio named Mr. Widana, he is very nice and humble. We arrived at midnight and he waited for us at the entrance at the time mentioned. If you arrived after 10pm, you need to pay for additional surcharge of Euro $30 but that's OK since the owner is very nice. I will definitely come and stay in this studio for my next visit.

Apartment is what was shown in the photos with no unpleasant surprise. Located 2mins walk to nearest Alesia metro, very convenient. No microwave but the induction cooker serve us good. Price is much cheaper than staying in Paris hotels, and you can have breakfast and prepare your meals in the apartment if you want. Totally worth it. Neighbours that we met in the lift/ lobby are pretty friendly too.

Hello, I recently rented the St Didier Studio in the 16th arrondisement for three weeks in April 2012.
This is an Inexpensive flat in an excellent neighborhood, close to grocery stores, markets and lots of great restaurants. Very close to attractions but far enough away to leave the tourists. Walking distance to 2 metro stations. Beautiful terrace for outdoor seating. Wonderful deep tub with plenty of hot water. Very warm heater. I felt very safe as a single traveler. All in all, I was very happy with the location, the proximity of grocery store right across the street, and the cost of the flat. On a scale of 1-10, I would give this apt a 7.

L'appartamento è economico (soprattutto in relazione ai prezzi di Parigi) e funzionale. La linea 4, vicinissima, permette di arrivare in una decina di minuti nel cuore della città. Unico neo: la scarsa dotazione di pentole (solo due). Per il resto, assolutamente da consigliare.

Nossas férias em Paris como sempre foram maravilhosas. Agora estão bem melhores pois já temos um endereço certo com vocês. Acabou a história de ficar pulando de galho em galho. Estaremos sempre nos apartamentos do Sr. Widana. Tudo o que se pede ele tráz e dá sempre um jeito de nos agradar os locais são ótimos e nada temos do que nos queixar. Continuem praticando um preço honesto que seremos clientes fieis.

Phenomenal! The owner, Mr. Valat is very attentive, the ship, though ancient, was clean and well equipped. Great compliment to heat pumps, which heat well without noise, and above all, avoid moisture. only downside: eye to those who get dizzy easily! while in the line of the large cruise tourists who walk by the Seine, the waves are persistent, sometimes exaggerated, but you get used. Access tad complicated (you have to "jump" three ships ..) and the terrace, a joy. the location, within walking distance of everything interesting walk, and if not, easy access by metro. Highly recommended for sure! And affordable! I would / will return on another occasion.

Our family of 4 with 2 young children rented this apartment for 6 days in April 2012. We found Paris Sweet Home and the apartment owner to be helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is in a beautiful old building right on the main boulevard, but faces the courtyard so it is quiet. It is the owner's own apartment so you feel like you are in someone's home. The apartment is cozy and furnished in an electic style. It is extremely clean, but feels like an old building. It is very convenient to 3 metro stops, very safe, and gives a sense of living in Paris.

Hello, Thank you very much for your mail and the news. Our vacation went very well as well due to the accommodation we had choice! Shall I return to Paris I will surely take the same home for our stay. Mr. Bonyadi his a real gentlemen and he helped us to carry our laguages which was great since we had a lot, beside that the home is very well furnished and set up very cosy as well it is one of the best area in Paris, it's a quiet place and we really had a great time there.
