Yes - we certainly enjoyed our stay in Paris. After having searched for accommodation on the Internet via many rental agents, I was very pleased to deal with Paris Sweet Home. Your service was professional, my queries were answered promptly (same day) and everybody friendly and efficient to deal with.The apartment we rented was excellent. It suited our needs perfectly. Close to shops (for self catering), restaurants, public transport and within easy reach of all tourist attractions. It is wonderfully situated in a quiet, up market part of Paris, very close to the Bois de Boulogne The apartment is comfortably big enough for 3 adults. Everything was clean and crisp, and the kitchen fully equipped. The building is charming and has loads of character. Everything is very well maintained. The owner welcomed us himself and he was very friendly and helpful, explaining how all items in the apartment works etc. He even gave us a bottle of wine as welcome gift!. He speaks fluent English, so there is no language problem for International guests. We certainly will go back to this apartment if we ever get an opportunity again and I will recommend both the apartment and your agency to anyone. Thanks for following up with us regarding the stay. The Paris Sweet Home site was very good for us, as we were able to pick out the neighborhood precisely, and the numerous photos showed us just how the apartment would be. The manager of our apartment was very accommodating to us and our needs, and was present at both ends of our stay to make certain that everything went smoothly for us. The apartment was a typically rustic apartment of historic Paris, with the hand hewn beams everywhere, but the apartment was also quite modern. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom arrangement was perfect for our traveling party of two couples. The location was fantastic. The apartment was near the rue de Rivoli, but far enough away to be quiet. There were six or more restaurants just outside the flat, including our favorite, L'Epouvantail which had wonderful food at very reasonable prices. Thank you very much for your part in making our week in Paris hassle free and memorable!

Our stay in Paris last summer was an incredible experience. Through your service, me and my friend had one of the best times ever. The apartment we rented in the Montparnasse arrondissement enabled us to experienced Paris in all its warmth and loveliness. The apartment provided everything we needed - beautiful and quite neighborhood, beautiful view, a microwave oven, refrigerator, hot and cold water, clean towels, fresh linen along with the necessary entertainment: TV, DVD and CD player. We were both pleasantly surprised, for we had not expected this spacious and bright apartment to match the photos on your web site. And it did - completely. To top it off, the price for these 14 days of homey feeling in the most beautiful city in Europe, cost almost nothing. Compared to the prices of hotels and private residences, it was a bargain. So both of us wish to thank Paris Sweet Home for being very professional, kind and honest - qualities rarely found today.

Our experience with Paris Sweet Home was everything we could have wanted. The owners really went the extra mile for us. We got lost on the way to the apartment, jet-lagged and disoriented, and we were late to meet them. They were very gracious about it and still took the time to do a walk-through and tell us everything we needed to know about the apartment. Having our own kitchen area saved us a lot of money, and there was a cute bakery down the street so we could enjoy fresh pains au chocolat every morning. Next time I get to spend a week in Paris, I will definitely be contacting Paris Sweet Home.

The apartment was in a perfect location! It was quiet (on the courtyard side of the building) The owner was friendly and accomodating. I would be happy to write a short 'review' of our stay in the wonderful apartment you helped to provide for us. Review: My wife and I stayed at Rue Tiquetonne for our honeymoon. It was very convenient, close to the lush marketplace of Rue Montorgueil and the shops of the Marais. It was across the street from the metro and within easy walking distance of the islands and the Louvre. The apartment was perfect for the two of us, safe and stylish. We especially enjoyed the ancient wood beams of the stairwell, which contrasted nicely with the modern conveniences of the kitchen and bathroom. We stayed at Rue De Temple Apartment during our stay, and it was a very nice and modern place to stay, very bright and has a wonderful terrace to view the streets. It has a loft and many wonderful decor and a modern large flat screen TV and High-speed Internet connection, which came in handy. The owners were very nice and helpful. The place does not have an elevator, but the apartment comes complete with everything, which was great.

The Grands Magasins Apartment was wonderful and the area was charming - a very friendly neighborhood with the St Martin canal area as a bonus! I have been to Paris a number of times and had never discovered this area. The apartment also had easy access to all amenities, either within walking distance or by taking the nearby metro. We have just returned to New Zealand after a fantastic holiday through France and Italy . A definite highlight of our trip was the week we spent in Paris . The accommodation we arranged through Paris Sweet Home was in Rue de Temple , close to the Pompidou Centre. Our contact with Paris Sweet home was by email, and this was a smooth and easy transaction with prompt response to our booking request. We were really happy with the location and style of the apartment – the area has a real buzz of excitement with great cafes and restaurants close by. The Alesia studio was clean, quiet, nice view from the balcony, and a straight shot on line 62 to get to the new Bibliothèque Nationale, perfect for academics. The neighborhood has shopping and a movie theater, and is right near the Alesia station on metro line 4, with direct access to Montparnasse, the Latin Quarter, and Les Halles.

My 10 day stay in the Convention Studio was absolutely wonderful. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was very well equiped. There were dishes, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, an iron and even a washing machine. It was very clean and I felt comfortable in the area as a young woman by myself. The location was excellent as it was only minutes away from the metro and there is a busy street nearby (rue de Convention) with everything you could need. There is also a street market on Thursdays and Sundays. Mme Widana, the owner is very kind and she answered all my questions. I thought the price was very fair and I saved money on food by having my own kitchen. I truly felt like I was living in Paris, not just visiting. I will definately rent with Paris Sweet Home again.

The pictures on the site don't do this nice apartment justice. Although the four flights of stairs were just barely manageable after a long day of walking around Paris, we were always happy to be home to our cozy apt. The kitchen was already stocked with basics and the whole apartment was clean and decorated with the owners keepsakes. Regine was the most kind and helpful representative and lives just down the street. There is a cipher lock door from the street and an another locked gate inside. The location can not be better....many nice cafes, shops, a grocery, outdoor veg market, bakery and excellent Sicilian food (Pizza Cesar) next door.

Thank you very much for this very good apartment in Central Paris. The boat is amazing and the flat inside is very comfortable. It has everything you need, lots of space. The area is very quiet. It is located pretty much 10 minutes from anywhere in Paris. The owners are very nice and make everything to make your stay and good it can be. This apartment was the foundation of our amazing vacation! The apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient. Having an apartment was great for three main reasons. First, the apartment was much nicer than a hotel of the same price. The value is great! It was also nice to have a home instead of just a generic room. We were able to come home after a long, busy day and relax, watch a movie, or even make a wonderful dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Finally, living in an apartment made us feel like real Parisians; the experience was so much more authentic than it would've been had we stayed in a hotel. Dear Paris Sweet Home: I received your email and am happy to write a reference for rue Rosa Bonheur, the studio owned by Lebrand. It is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, but surrounded by a truly Parisian quartier with fabulous open markets, wonderful restaurants and every kind of shop one would need, plus two metro stations within two blocks. The apartment itself is small, efficient and perfectly maintained with ideal phone and internet connections, stereo and TV. I spent two and a half years of my life in Paris and go back often; I have never found a more "symphatique" lodging than that of the Lebrands'.

Hi, my stay in Paris was very nice, also because of the perfect service of Paris Sweet Home Service andbecause the appartement was great. The app. was situated very central and close to all the objects I was really interested in: Palais du Louvre, Opera Garnier, Galerie Lafayette etc. But even more all the things I needed for my daily accomodation I found just over the street: a backery, a supermarket and even the tourist information office was situated just a jump to the other side of the street. What I really loved too was that the appartement was situated to the backside of a very lovely house (a former hotel) and so it was very calm. And I don´t even talk about the warm and friendly welcome of the owner who even helped me to get my car parked. Due to all these circumstances my stay was absolutely fine! Best regards

My e-mail queries were always answered within a couple of hours (and often within a couple of minutes!). The Paris Sweet Home representatives with whom I interacted were helpful, courteous, and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to other travelers. The Luxembourg apartment was exactly as described on the website. It's small, but nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed and ample storage. It is ideally located on the border between the Latin Quarter and St-Germain-des-Pres and just a short (2-3 block) walk to the Luxembourg Gardens and a Metro/RER station. It's on a quiet street, and I was never bothered by noise. If I have the chance to return to Paris, I would stay in the apartment again! I had several lovely interactions (both via e-mail and phone) with the owners of the apartment. They were flexible with my check-in time, and even called after I returned home to make sure I had returned safely and had enjoyed my stay! In short, I had a lovely stay in Paris, and would absolutely recommend both your company and the Luxembourg apartment to anyone planning a holiday there! A very conveniently located studio that worked well for a couple and small child. Ground floor, so a little dark and very public if you open the shutters. Well-equipped kitchen (no oven, but a microwave), good tv, dvd and stereo equipment, and everything mechanical worked fine, including heat. The bed was not comfortable at all. Stains, chips, etc., on carpet, tile, and a musty smell in kitchen and bathroom. All in all, though, good value for money. We were satisfied and spent a very nice week.

I recently stayed in the Convention2 apartment and was very pleased. The owner was very nice and accommodating, and the apartment was clean and as described in the photos--although the photos don't do justice to the wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window! At night one can lie in bed and see the sparkling tower, truly beautiful! The neighborhood has everything one could need and the apartment is close to a metro stop and multiple bus lines. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Paris and found the apartment near the Pigelle station to be perfect for the mixture of exploring Paris by foot (many sights, restaurants in Le Mont Montre), by metro (just cross the street for the Pigelle metro), and to explore other areas with a car (the parking garage just 2 blocks awary). Highlights of the apartment: location, 2 bedrooms which allows two couples to have privacy and flexibility with different sleep schedules, well-furnished and equipped to at times just relax and eat in the apartment, security with a coded door entrance. Would definitely recommend Paris Sweet Home for anyone who wants to experience the life of a Parisian by staying in an apartment vice a hotel and specifically the apartment we stayed in where the owners were friendly and very helpful. My husband, mother, two children and I had the pleasure of staying at the Eiffel-Dupleix apartment for 5 nights. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well-appointed, fully-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location worked perfectly. While in a more residential part of Paris, the apartment is conveniently located near supermarkets, cafes and 3 different Metro lines. We found it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The owners were most gracious, accessible and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay most comfortable. Hi! Indeed, everything was ok with the apartment (Alphand Étoile) in Paris. It was clean, quiet, well located and the owner and the concierge very helpful. The prize was fair. A recommendation for one or two persons looking for a quiet place to sleep and take the breakfast. For more than that it's a bit small and not that confortable (only two chairs around the table). During the summer sunny days, maybe the temperature within the apartment could be high. As for me,. no problem, my stay was in September. So I got what I paid for ...given the tough Paris market.

The apartment/studio I rented was in a very nice location on a quiet street close to the best part of Paris, in my opinion, and extremely secure. I would recommend it to anyone, especially a single woman because it is very safe and you will have a feeling of total security. The studio is small, but well-appointed, nicely furnished and the kitchen is more than adequate. It took me a day to get hooked up to the Internet but that will be resolved by now (just needed a different driver which the owners have taken care of). The Internet is fast, DSL. The bed is a single but also has another that can slide out so it is not for a couple unless you really like to snuggle. But if you don't mind sleeping next to each other in separate little beds, it would be fine for a couple as well. I was delighted and surprised how nice it was and such a great location....quaint restaurants seconds away and also a food market less than a block away. Great access to a main metro line....and I walked to the Arc d'Triomphe (very close ) and also walked to the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended and the owners are very helpful and kind.

A note to confirm great satisfaction with the apartment and the kind reception from the proprietor, msr, Chamayou. The central location was perfect with easy access to restaurants, tourist attractions and night life. The apartment was clean, tidy and had all accessories available including fridge, kettle, coffee maker, cooker, utensils, bedding etc. Hot water was constantly available and cold running water. The balcony view over the roof tops accessed from the frnch doors was excellent.
All in all, a great facility.

For eating we would recommend "La Tratorria" on Rue Dunkerque -good food, reasonably priced with nice service. The pub is Square Montholon is nice and had excellent music on Saturday evening. Overall We would definitely use this apartment again.

The option of the #14 metro line (the newest) allowed me to get to "downtown" in minutes, yet escape from it all in when desired. We were very pleased with our apartment in Paris and we enjoyed our stay very much. Your service was so prompt and clear, and the owner of the apartment, Mr. Lambert, was so kind and he made us feel at home.
The apartment is in such a great location. We were so near to Metro, bus stops, bread shops (my daughter and I went to buy baguettes and delicious croissants every morning like French people do!),a supermarket,cafes,restaurants and news agent where we could find English newspapers. We could also walk to the Arc de Triomphe/Champs-Elysees and Trocadero/Eiffel Tower in short and pleasant walks. The area felt very safe and elegant, and the inside of the apartment was very quiet.
We were 6 of us and my parents-in-law stayed in the lounge on a comfortable sofa bed, and one of the great things about this apartment was that the bathrooms were located in positions where no one needed to go through the lounge in the middle of the night to get to a bathroom. Mr. Lambert and his family kindly lent our daughter some toys and books, and she enjoyed being there very much.
We were there for only one week but if we were to stay longer than that I would wish to have some kind of telephone access so that my friends and family could reach us – maybe there could be a mobile phone rental, which could be arranged with a request. I know nowadays people own mobile phones which can be used anywhere around the world but it would be nice to have this option. Otherwise we highly recommend this apartment to anyone especially if they have children. I thank you and Mr. And Mrs. Lambert for the great service and care.

The stay at your apartment was excellent.The apartment itself was just the size we needed and was well equipped. I am also very greatful to the owner who was extremely helpful and insisted that we call if we had any troubles at all with the apartment and Paris itself.

Hi, we absolutely enjoyed our stay in Paris. This is what we could say about the appartment: It is located in the center of Montmartre, witht he Metrostation Pigalle just across the street. Any place in Paris can be reached within a couple of minutes. The apparment itself has a lot of space and is very quiet. There is almost no noise to hear from the busy streets of Montmartre. It's furniture and decoration has a bohemian type of charme that fits perfect to a stay in Paris. The receiption was very warm, friendly, convinient and perfectly organized. The DSL line worked vetry well and allowed easy high speed Internet access. Several Parkings are available with reasonable weekly fares. Even if it is in the red light district, this is almost not visible when using the Pigalle metro station. Most of the erotic clubs are further down the road, and we felt very safe in any regards with our two kids. Many stores like Champion or Bakeries, are just a few steps away. This is our second stay in this apartment. We found it cozy and comfortable. But the concierges receive mixed reviews: one of them was charming, helpful and kind. The other seemed "easily fatigued" and annoyed by any extra need that was not a part of her routine. These needs sometimes come up, especially when we are strangers in a strange land! "We have had a very pleasant time in this studio. The relation between price and quality is quite fair. The studio is simple and it is decorated simply and nicely. Furniture and kitchen supplies are simple but ok. You can feel very comfortable once you are used to the fact that it is at the street level and if you are not asking for any luxuries. The street is quiet and the bed is also confortable (both things perfect for sleep) and just round the corner you have a busy street full of shops at good prices. Subway is near too. Neighbourhood is safe, plenty of working people and families with small children. Neighbours in the building are kind and the building is well kept. We found the apartment quite easily when we arrived from the airport by subway. The pleasant caretaker Joo was waiting for us. It was like having a personal guide to answer all of our questions. She provided us with information regarding restaurants, transportation, and sightseeing. She made herself available to us at anytime. That felt really good. The accommodation was small, clean and quiet. The kitchen was nice in that it had a few items to get you started. The best part of the suite was its location and two short city blocks to two subway stations. This is really important when you have luggage and for sight seeing.

Dear ParisSweetHome, I loved my Opera Vendome-2 apt! It was cozy but spacious enough for 1 or 2 persons. I was thrilled with the large closet and bathroom and the kitchen was fine for breakfast and/or a quick meal. With 2 french doors opening out onto a balcony it was very sunny and bright during the day and even though the building was on busy Ave. de l'Opera the apt. was very quiet. Location was more than perfect: 10 minute walk from the Roissy bus, across the street from Pyramide metro station, Monoprix(grocery store), Paul (patisserie) and Starbucks were also a step away. It was a quick walk to Place de la Concorde, the big department stores, the Louvre, and of course the beautiful Opera! Thank you for the lovely stay in the Latin-Sorbonne 2 apartment near PlaceMonge. It was delightful to participate in the daily markets, especially on Sunday when we bought a kilo of fresh cherries, several croissants and walked to the nearby Roman ruins to eat our breakfast. What a great neighborhood! The river Seine, the Latin Quarter boulevards, and beautiful Jardin des Plantes were all within easy walking distance.

The apartment itself was the perfect size for us, and we were grateful to have a "real" bed with comfortable pillows, as well as a conversation area with futon and chairs. The bathroom was newly updated with a nice shower just tall enough for my 6'2" husband. Overall, the building and street were very quiet. I doubt that we will ever stay in a Paris hotel again after such a delightful apartment rental experience. mThank you for making the city of lights feel like our home sweet home for a week.

It was very easy and straightforward to book with Paris Sweet Home and we were so pleased that we took advantage of spending our time in paris in a true 'french' home rather than an expensive and impersonal hotel. We would certainly recommend them and if we ever come to Paris again will definitely be staying in an apartment.

We really enjoyd our stay in this little (for Paris already big ) apartment.

I loved to be above the roofs and went every other minute to the large lovely terasse to see wether notre dame was still there. Everything was clean and well prepared and well equipped with everything needed in kitchen and bathroom and also beautifull furniture.

So we enjoyed cooking and sitting and living in the apartment while the wether was not as Expected and went out at other times. The boulangerie is situated in the building, the alimentation ( a real monsieur Ibrahim) is cross the busy little street. But the apartment is calm and quiet.

It was a real parisienne pied a terre, a beautiful private hide away.

And I seriously hope to come back.

Our Landlord was very helpful and kind, and went out of his way to make sure we were OK, especially with the strike looming. It was very easy to get to our flat from the airport (Roissy bus) and getting situated was no problem. Looking out every morning at the beautiful Opera Garnier was incredible.

We had a wonderful 10 days in Paris, we would like to have stayed for a month. The apartment we rented was perfect, exactly as it was advertised. Very comfortable, clean and beautiful. We are a family of 6, and found the apartment spacious enough for our whole family. We appreciated the fully functional kitchen, everything we needed was there. We also appreciated being able to do laundry a few times at home. I would also like to say thank you, for the prompt service in checking in and out of the apartment, I found it easier than checking in and out of a hotel. The location of the apartment we rented on Rue de Tournin, right across from the Luxembourg was wonderful, a charming friendly neighborhood, near downtown, and very convenient to all transportation we needed. We invite you to contact us for advice to future guests, for restaurants and shopping, we made some new friends at local bistros, who we are in e-mail contact with now. A couple of bistros we enjoyed several times. I hope we are able to come back again soon, maybe next time just my wife and I, and have a romantic holiday in Paris. We think it's one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and very sane, safe and friendly, and very easy to get around. It had everthing that we. needed and the children thought that it was amazing staying in an old. Paris huse with so many floors and it's own courtyard. In Canberra where. we live nothing is more than 50 years old and nothing is higher than 3 stories! It was so quiet yet so close to all the sights. "Our" apartment was only a block or so from the Louvre and within walking distance to almost every attraction. The apartment is in a great neighborhood...with quiet streets and fine neighbors. My mother and I stayed at the Opera-Vendome studio and we both agree that it was a wonderful experience. We really loved the area; it is vibrant and lively with lots going on. Everything we needed was in easy reach, namely, restaurants, cafes, two fantastic department stores, supermarkets, bakeries - not to mention the metro, which made getting around very quick and simple. I liked the studios bright vibrant décor and the way everything was nicely coordinated. It has a real homely feel, like a home away from home; we quickly settled in and felt very relaxed. The host was a very helpful, friendly, generous and good natured person and went to considerable lengths to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was done in such a way as to make our trip as enjoyable and stress free as possible. I would definitely come back here next time, as it is a lovely apartment, a good location, excellent value for money, and now we have a host that we now know and can trust!

I recently stayed for one week with my daughter at the Opera-Vendome apartment. We had a fabulous time. The apartment is clean, convenient and delightfully decorated. The fold-out bed is oversized and very comfortable, and there is a second sofa to sit on. The table can be raised for dining or lowered to make a coffee table. The kitchen and bath are well-appointed, and the building has a lot of character. We had everything we needed to make meals, and we enjoyed watching the Olympics coverage on the cable TV. The location is excellent for métro, buses, the department stores, walking, shopping, cinema, post office and eating. The Roissybus from CDG stops a one-minute walk away (and is also at the corner where the American Express office is located--very convenient). The owner met us and explained everything we needed to know, and followed up with a call the following day to make sure everything was going well. He provides a notebook with the location of all local services (groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.) so we really didn't even need to research the neighborhood ahead of time. The building also has a concièrge and good security. Our dealings with parissweethome.com were handled professionally and capably. We also think it was a very affordable way to spend a week in Paris.

I had the pleasure of staying in the Alésia apartment for ten days. I would heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful place to stay in Paris. The surrounding neighbourhood is quiet, and more of a residential part of the city allowing my friend and me a chance to experience the city more as residents than tourists. We were able to shop at both a nearby supermarket and at local markets. Just perfect for two people, the apartment's balcony has a lovely view of a private street and is the perfect place for a relaxing evening after exploring the city, or for a quick breakfast before venturing out again. The pictures on the site do not do this apartment justice! Full of light and quite spacious for a studio, we enjoyed our time there greatly! My wife and I loved the two week stay we had in Paris. The Alesia Apartment was small and not fancy but was comfortable enough for both of us. It was more practical than any hotel we were considering. "Area 14" was a convenient location for shopping and the metro is just five minutes away walking slowly. It is not a tourist area and Parisian's actually live in this neighbourhood.They were very nice and kind to us. In the studio we could cook simple meals and have our fresh baget or pastry every day. We found the local supermarket and bolanger (2) very quickly with the help of Julia who greeted us at the apartment when we arrived from Toronto, Canada. It was a 1 hour ride to the apartment from CDG by the RER/Metro system in Paris. Exactly what we wanted on budget. It was a terrific holiday and confirmed why we like Paris so much... We had made our reservation through the internet and had concerns about "Paris Sweet Home" being registered in Switzerland and not France. Also sending the deposit money from Canada to France was a calculated risk. However, it was not a problem and we would recommend this Apartment and service to anybody who wants to really "see Paris". Enjoy this great and beautiful city! We cannot wait to return again and trust you will have a nice adventure too.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It was reasonably priced, and the location was excellent. It is very close to Rue Cler, which has several open-air food markets, as well as to other restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and it is also very accessible by metro and bus. There was also a nearby post office which made it convenient to send postcards. The apartment was just the right size for 3 people. The kitchen was extremely roomy and allowed plenty of room to cook. There were several channels available on the TV, including CNN and BBC World. Last but not least, the owners were very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They explained how to use the different things in the apartment such as the heat, phone, TV, stove, etc. So needless to say we had a great time in Paris while staying at the apartment. We will definitely be going back on our next trip!

January 2001, my husband and I visited Paris for 1 week. January 2003 I returned by myself to LIVE in Paris for 1 week. Therein lies the difference! For less money, more freedom, better location (within walking distance of The Eiffel Tower), I actually; shopped for my groceries in a friendly little market, cooked on my own little stove, ate breakfast at my own little table, and felt so much a part of my experience, that it will be a highlighted memory forever! This all was possible after searching the internet for reasonably priced lodging for this working girl who wanted to eat, sleep, breathe Paris, but had a rather small budget. I FOUND PARISSWEETHOME! I also found a wonderful host. The planning was easy. Danielle was more then I could have asked for in her helpfulness. The Fondary apartment was small, but perfect for me. They offer a variety of apartments. My next visit may be with my daughter and her little daughter. I will need more room, but certainly not another HOST. Paris Sweet Home is the only way to LIVE.

My fiancee and I had a very comfortable stay in the Lamarck apartment which was exactly as described and very convenient to the Montmartre district as well as within a few meters of the Metro. The apartment was very charming and romantic and, in terms of value for money, the amount space and quality of accommodation were very high when compared to a hotel. The only problem occurred when we left as Mr Widana unfortunately missed the meeting we had arranged so that we could hand over the keys and he could return our security deposit. This caused us a bit of concern as we drove to the airport, but we later discovered that Mrs Widana had made a great effort to get to us in time after she learned of the problem and we must have just missed her. The problem was resolved when we mailed the keys back and the security deposit was very promptly wired to our bank in the US. It is because of this experience that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paris Sweet Home to our friends. The Widanas are good people and even when there was a problem, they worked hard to fix it. A+

We had a very enjoyable stay in the Montparnasse apartment when we visited Paris just before Christmas for a combined shopping and sightseeing break. The apartment is a great pied a terre for one or two people. The Plaisance / Pernety / Alesia districts are full of character and safe. The apartment is well situated - close to the vibrant Montparnasse area and well connected to central Paris by bus and metro. There are a couple of street corner bars within five minutes walk, where we were made very welcome when we dropped in for a nightcap (or two!) and local shops were also handy with two great boulangeries very near the apartment. We stayed at the flat at 153 Rue de Lamarck over the Christmas week. The flat was lovely, a good space for a family (2 adults and a 13 month old), attractively decorated with large mirrors which the baby particularly adored. We found the location excellent, a Metro within 100 metres, and very good local shopping for all your needs. We especially liked that this was a non-tourist area to stay in; we felt Parisan for a week! With the Metro so close it was easy to be in other parts of Paris quickly. We were within walking distance of Sacre Coeur, and the areas of Montmartre and Pigalle; the Rue Lepic is a good street to wander down. Overall it was an excellent stay in Paris. Best wishes,

We would like to thank you for making our stay at the Montparnasse Apartment a pleasant one. At first we were hesitant with wiring money abroad and staying in an apartment that we had never seen but the owner met us at the apartment as promised and we were greatly delighted to find that the building was safe and secure. Everything was as promised and the owner spoke great english and offered us recommedations on where to go so to make us feel very secure staying at the apartment. We didn't have to worry about our belongings and didn't mind cleaning up after ourselves when we were ready to leave. The Montparnasse Apartment is located in a very residential area, and is great for those who do not want to be right in the downtown touristy areas. It took us about 30 minutes to walk/take the metro to most areas like the Latin Quarter, Marais and the Seine River. The bus stops just about a block away and is also very convenient for getting about town. The Pernety area and Alesia are both close and have great restaurants and shops with everything imaginable. We ate at the Kashmiri Indian restaurant just at the end of the block and it was very good. We would recommend going there as it was also reasonably priced. There is a small grocery market just about 2 blocks away from the apartment that we were able to buy food at and prepare meals. The apartment has everything needed to live comfortably and it is just the right size for 1 or 2 people.... Overall it was a great value that offered secure and comfortable housing for our stay in Paris. We would recommend booking your stay with Paris Sweet Home and look forward to returning to Paris and staying at an apartment again. Thanks again.

In regard to a reference, I will say that I thought the location was excellent, the accomodations were comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at the Montparnasse Apartment. The owners were very kind and accomodating even when they had problem cashing the bank draft I had sent them. The Convention apartment was clean and looked exactly as the pictures on the web site. The owners were very responsive to our questions prior to our arrival. We were concerned about the arrangements for the security deposit because some friends had trouble getting their deposits back from other landlords once their stay was complete. This was not a problem at all with Paris Sweet Home. The apartment even had a pocket map guide of Paris that made getting around much easier for us. We would definitely rent again from Paris Sweet Home.

We have just returned from a very pleasant month in Paris where we rented the Convention apartment. In a lovely area - close to metro, market 3 days a week, very good supermarkets, 2 cinemas, lots of small shops - the apartment was comfortable, bright and clean. Having a pool was nice too. We found the owners to be extremely helpful, and always just a phonecall away. We could have stayed!

Ich habe das Appartement Alésia gemietet. Es ist ruhig gelegen in Montparnasse in der nähe des Metro. Es gibt viele einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (große Supermarkt fast gegenüber). Das Appartment ist neu und leicht eigerichtet mit einer Bettcouch, Kochnische, Fernsehen Badezimmer mit Bad, alles adäquat. Es hat ein Balkon mit einer schöner Aufsicht auf alte villa's in einer Innenstrasse (impasse) und auf dem man wenn das wetter es erlaubt kan frühstücken. Sie werden von Frau Widana empfangen die sehr nett ist. Die preis-qualitäts-Verhältnis is sehr gut! Ich habe dort eine schöne Woche verbracht und werde wenn Ich wieder Urlaub im Paris mache bestimmt ein Appartement bei ParisSweetHome mieten. Selbstverständlich ist das Appartement wie ein guter Mieter zu benutzen und sauber hinter zu lassen. Gutes Urlaub im schönes Paris!!

I enjoyed my stay in Paris. The Rosa Bonheur apartment was clean, very affordable, nicely stocked with dish detergent etc, and well located in an up-scale neighborhood within walking distance of two metro stops. The owner met me upon arrival and was both helpful and gracious. The rental company was honest, quick to respond to queries and reassuring to a woman travelling alone, who had never rented a vacation apartment. I would definitely recommend Paris Sweet Home.

I very much enjoyed my time in Paris. The Rosa Bonheur apartment was in a perfect location - very close to a metro stop and in a quiet residential area. I enjoyed being so close to a beautiful park, and also close to grocery stores, bakeries, etc. The apartment was clean and very functional. The kitchen was well supplied, the futon bed was comfortable and it was a nice place to come back to after long days of sightseeing. I will be happy to recommend your web site "parissweethome.com" and the Rosa Bonheur apartment to my friends. It was the ideal way to see Paris for an extended period of time, allowing me to have a "home base" while I did some traveling, and the perfect locations from which to explore the neighborhoods of Paris.

The apartment has just been refurbished and is fully furnished with new equipment. Free entrance to a top located, very well maintained swimming pool is included. I rented the Alésia apartment. The neigbourhood is calm with many shopping facilities and the underground nearby. It is nicely and adequately equipped, in a light atmosphere, very well maintained. I had a excellent stay. Madame The owner is very nice and speaks very well English. The next time I stay in Paris I will rent again from Paris Sweet Home. I assume the other appartments will be of the same quality.

Our experience with Paris Sweet Home and the owners was really wonderful. They are great people, kind and responsive and helpful. The Montparnasse apartment was really nice, secure, in a good neighborhood with lots of important things like laundromat, cleaners, video store, several grocers, coffeshops and restaurants near by, as well as a very short walk to the Metro. The price was very good, the apartment was clean and pleasantly decorated, the view from the top is fabulous, and the swimming pool is really nice. We hope this helps.

Ich verbrachte zehn Tage im Appartement an der Rue Alésia. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Studio ist gut eingerichtet mit Bad und Kochnische, problemlos erreichbar mit Metro und Buss, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Idyllisch und verblüffend ist die Aussicht vom Balkon: Man sieht eine sehr verkehrsarme Sackgasse mit alten Einfamilienhäuschen und Vorgärten, die einem eher an ein Dorf als an eine Grossstadt erinnern. Dieses Appartement kann ich gerne weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement d'Alésia, très bien meublé, très lumineux et sympathique a vivre. Il est vrai que le prix de cette location n'était pas du tout élevé, ce qui reste rare sur Paris. L'appartement est très bien situé, le quartier est calme tout en offrant la possibilité de sortir (cinémas, théâtres....). Nous avons apprécié la qualité de vos services, a sa juste valeur.

We loved our stay in the Montparnasse apartment. It was lovely to have a private get-away during the hot afternoons or evenings when we wanted to rest from sightseeing. We especially enjoyed the private pool on the top floor with a gorgeous view which was never crowded. The kitchen is perfect for fixing cheap meals at home. Our landlords were easy to work with and very accommodating. I would recommend these apartments for any of my friends or family, and will definately stay here again if we return to Paris.

... la salle de bain est très agréable, la cuisine pratique, le quartier est plein de traiteurs et de supermarchés pratiques. La piscine je n'ai pas pu l'essayer mais je suis sure qu'elle est très agréable et bien chauffée. L'accueil est DE GRANDE QUALITé (tant le votre que celui de votre femme et de votre adorable fille) et votre disponibilité est un atout!
