Greetings from Indonesia, I 'm here to write a testimonial about my rent.
This apartment is a really great place to stay, it has 2 nearby metro station, and it has a supermarket just at the end of the road. These will come handy especially when you are on a budget trip, you can just shop at the supermarket and prepare your own meal and all of your necessary tools are available in the apartment. Its owner even provide you with some basic ingredients.
The building is old but it has its own charm, and all of its equipment (the washing machine, wifi, oven toaster, microwave, stove, room heater, and the water heater) are fully working, the owner must have taken good care of them. Even though the owner (Mr. Nicolas) didn't speak English so well, he is a really nice person and he showed us a great place to eat or hang out in nearby area.
So thank you so much parissweethome for linking me to this sweet apartment. I have my great experience in living like a Parisian. Your response was fast and helpful. I would recommend your service to anyone.

Bon Jour! We stayed in the Rue du Kennedy apartment in February 2012 and now most recently in July 2012. We will continue to stay here when we are in Paris. We traveled for 5 more weeks after our July 25 – 30, 2012 Paris stay, so that is why I am only writing now. We just returned home to Hawaii September 1st. My family ( grandpa Gary, grandma Gail, grandson Paul and grand-daughter Essie) all had another wonderful time in the Rue du Kennedy apartment. We love it there. As we wrote from our February 2012 stay, it is truly a perfect apartment “home away from home” in Paris. The location, to the Eiffel Tower, Batobus( boat rides), the River Seine, the corner café, the Passy train station, grocery stores, shopping mall, bakery, drugstore, etc. is the BEST location! Easy walking to everything! Watching the Eiffel Tower “light show” at 9PM from the dining room table is always the best show in town! The apartment itself is lovely. And Sylvie has thought out everything we might need, so perfectly. Every amenity. Every kitchen utensil. Every piece of furniture and bedding. Also we saw in July, that Sylvie has replaced several pieces of furniture since our February stay. So this July 2012 stay was even better ( if that is possible!) We loved the apartment décor in February, but the added pieces ( kitchen shelves, desk, dining room buffet, etc) in July surprised us and made us all the more pleased with the apartment. THANK YOU again for a PERFECT time in Paris! We will continue to return!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Paris and were very happy with our accommodations. The flat was in impeccable shape, very neat, cozy, the perfect location to spend our 9 days in Paris. We were close to a grocery store and cooked almost every meal in the apartment - saving quite a bit of money. I've had friends talk of future trips to Paris and have recommended your place. We spent 10 nights in Avenue de Clichy Studio and really enjoyed our stay. We were surprised how quiet it was in the apartment. The studio is big enough for two, there is everything you need and it is even cosier in real life than on the photos. The balcony is a nice place to have your morning coffee. Metro and bus station are only few minutes to walk, there are also two big grocery stores nearby. The owner is very nice, booking and paying was very easy and reliable. I would definately recommend this apartement!

Really charming studio, perfect for two. Near to the metro station. We like the neighbourhood too. Nice garden of the house :) Mrs. Widana and her friend, who let us in were so friendly and kind, thanks for the studio, hope we will go back! :)

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment . Stephane, the owner, was very nice and was very helpful esp. in the departure day to organized our trip to the airport. The place itself was great and had everything you could want in an apartment and was much better value than a hotel. It had a nice washing machine and dish washer, a powerful wifi internet (best), cable TV and various other amenities. Everything was very clean and apartment was what really shown in the photos. The apartment was very well located, close to metro station (Couronnes) and bus stop, however the area was a bit busy, esp. the days of market just in front of the building (Tuesday and Friday). Totally, everything went well and was worth it. I will recommend for friends and certainly will come back.

This studio apartment was the perfect place for a short trip to Paris in June 2012. Mr and Mrs Widana were both very friendly and helpful. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. We had some lovely breakfasts on the balcony! Rue Alesia has some lovely boutiques, and not far from the metro is a huge Carrefour supermarket. It's off the main tourist route which means that you really feel like you're living a Parisian life for a few days. I would definitely use Paris Sweet Home when coming to Paris again.
