Hello, Thank you very much for your mail and the news. Our vacation went very well as well due to the accommodation we had choice! Shall I return to Paris I will surely take the same home for our stay. Mr. Bonyadi his a real gentlemen and he helped us to carry our laguages which was great since we had a lot, beside that the home is very well furnished and set up very cosy as well it is one of the best area in Paris, it's a quiet place and we really had a great time there.
Thank you once more for your lead and professionalism too.

My 2 girlfriends and I stayed in this apartment in Paris in March for a week. The location is fantastic and the shower and kitchenette were hot and usable. There is plenty of equipment in the kitchen if required. The bed was very comfortable and if you dont mind climbing the ladder you'll be fine!. I would higly reccommend this apartment! Easy access!

Paris Sweet Home,
I stayed in the Rue St. Martin apartment for the month of September. Francois checked me into the apartment and was very helpful and made me feel welcome in Paris. He offered to make dinner reservations and gave me his mobile number in case I had any problems. The location of the apartment was ideal and within walking distance of many of the sites in Paris. For my next trip to Paris I would stay in this apartment again.

We very much enjoyed our stay with Paris Sweet Home in Montparnasse. The apartment was well positioned and had good facilities. We particularly loved the amazing views by the pool! We would definitely use the company again when we visit Paris and would recommend it to others. The service was good and hassle free, easy communication via email. A suggested improvement would be wifi in the flats!

My daughter and I absolutely adored our stay in this cozy but comfortable and sweet apartment a year or so ago. The view from the roof and pool was beautiful. It was close to the metro and easy to get around. The landlord was very nice and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay and making our dream trip to Paris even better!

Thank you very much for helping with the arrangements to rent the studio near the Opera. The location was perfect. Because the Charles De Gaulle airport (Roissey) bus leaves from the Opera, we did not have to spend a lot on transportation in and out of Paris. As of March 2012, the Roissey bus fare was 10 Euros, which is less than the Air France busesand of course way less than a taxi.
The studio itself had everything we needed. It was great for two of us. It was very handy to have the kitchen facilities to make our own breakfast and snacks.
The landlord was very kind, and helped us solve a problem with lost luggage.
We would certainly like to stay there again.

We stayed in this beautiful studio apartment for nearly 3 weeks for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it. Francoise was extremely pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The apartment is very clean and very bright with two gorgeous windows looking out over the courtyard. The kitchen is nicely equipped and everything is well maintained. There is even a small lift, which is very nice as the apartment is several floors up. In addition to what the apartment itself offered, the location was outstanding. We counted five Metro lines within a quick walk of the apartment, making it really easy to get to all the different neighbourhoods that we wanted to see. Perfect for tourists! The other real plus is that the apartment is right around the corner from a great market street, with several bakeries, several cheese and charcuterie shops, several fruit markets, two wine shops, etc. There are also various restaurants in the area that ranged from decent to excellent. Our apartment stay really helped to make our visit to Paris memorable and wonderful.
