Good location, much better than a hotel room!! Unit is spacious.

We were staying for a romantic trip during November.
The reservation process was very comfortable and the prices were very good.
The specific apartment is beautiful (!!) in the center of Paris but in a very quiet and romantic street.
The house owner was so nice, pleasant and honest that it worth the whole deal. He didn’t disturb us at all but was willing to help in everything we need – and we didn’t need anything because everything in the apartment worked just fine.

Found this apartment spotlessly clean, excellent location for sight seeing in Paris only small but everything needed was supplied and very obliging owners I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking an inexpensive alternative to a hotel in Paris

I stayed with two friends in the Opera-Lafayette Studio, and had an excellent and enjoyable experience. The location is great - an easy walk to the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur. It's also a five minute walk to the closest metro station, to access the rest of Paris! Made and Pierre are kind and accommodating owners, who went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. This was perfect for the needs of three 20 years old exploring Paris for the first time.

We spent a fabulous time at this studio in January 2010. It is really a nice apartment, fully equipped and very comfortable. The neighborhood is great (we love Montmartre). Each day as we arrived after long promenades in the crude winter, we felt truly like returning home. We recommend enthusiastically this apartment.

We stayed in Paris for 3 weeks in a nice apartment (H. Martin-Trocadero Apartment). The apartment itself was very tidy and fully equipped. The owner of the apartment did her best to make our stay in Paris to be as enjoyable as possible, she even helped us to book the cheapest longterm parking place in Paris. The neighbourhood can though be a bit too posh for those looking for more bohemian Paris. I can honestly recommend this safe apartment to anyone, with or without kids. Also the service of the company Paris Sweet Home was smooth and friendly at anytimes.

The studio were extremely clean and comfortable, all amendments available including free internet, satellite TV and FREE phone calls to our home country. The apartment had a very nice feel to it. It was nicely furnished and in a good location. It was good value for money but smaller than it appeared on the net. I would reccommend it.
