I feel very comfortable recommending your service to anyone looking for a place to stay in Paris. There were no unpleasant surprises, everything is as described. The deposit was sent and I received a confirmation right away. There was always prompt and efficient response. The apartment was just as we expected, the owner was very helpful, he took his time to answer questions and recommended places to shop and eat. The price was great. If people want luxury be prepared to pay, but this place offers what you need for a great price and is near metro and buses. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay. The place is small but it is just as it looks in the pictures. For two people is ideal. Thanks for the great service and the safe and honest way you run your business.

The Paris Sweet Home is a very good-working company. Has a clear, widely website. They answered quickly and satisfying for all my questions. What is more, they reminded me the date before my trip. The apartment is very well located, just a minute from the metro Plaisance and close to a good supermarket. I found it very comfortable and the separate kitchen was a bonus. The owners are very helpful and the apartment, building and district are full of local character. I thought it was very good value and I would stay there again. I also found parissweethome very good to deal with.

The building feels safe and quiet and the lift was often very welcome. Being just beyond the prime tourist area in Monmartre added authenticity to the experience. Proximity to transport and to shops was another bonus. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated being welcomed with a bottle of fine wine. Our 10-day stay (May 4-13) at rue Feutrier near Sacre Coeur was excellent. The street was quiet even though neighboring streets were full of tourists.There were excellent restaurants in the area. Everything worked in the apartment and it was clean and comfortable. The bed was very good to sleep on. It is a tiny apartment, but that was no problem for us. A pleasant man, Thierry Posnic was there when we arrived and explained very well how everything worked. We did not mind walking the stairs at all.
We would definitely stay there again.

My primary recommendation for this apartment is the owner himself - M. Julien is an accommodating, kind, informative and English speaking gentleman who helped make our family vacation a memorable one. His flat is located in a more quiet street but has all the amenities of groceries and transportation within 5-10 mins walking distance. It is quite centrally located that one could walk to the popular tourist spots in Paris. Although the flat is more suitable for 2 persons, my 2 kids fitted in nicely and the bed/sofabed is very comfortable and large enough for us. The only drawback is that it is not suitable for elderly patrons as it is a 5-storey walk-up place. Julien stays in the same building and that is a plus point if one needs his attention regarding the use of his place. All in all, I would highly recommend this place for family stay as a more reasonable alternative costs-wise than a hotel. Merci beaucoup, Julien.
