It's just a short walk to the Metro stations Saint-Maur, Saint-Ambroise, or Richard-Lenoir which will take you through Paris to the Opera, the Champs Elysees, Trocadero, Bastille, or Pere Lachaise in a few minutes.

This apartment was completely remodeled as of May 2002, and offers 34 m2 (365 square feet) of living space. There is a main room opening to a bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchen.
