Situated on the second floor (no elevator) of an old Parisian building, the apartment is quiet and bright, with two high windows overlooking a small courtyard, very sunny in the morning. Although only 18sqm, the studio includes all the essentials.
The kitchenette offers a microwave, a fridge, a stove, a coffee maker and a toaster and has all cooking utensils.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilets and a wash basin.

The living room is furnished with a new, good quality and comfortable sofa bed (+ futon-couch if needed), desk, table and chairs. The studio is very neat, with white newly-painted walls, simply but nicely furnished with different shades of blue with and touches of red.
Available for short-term rental, 1 or 2 persons all year round. Phone calls and internet connexion are provided.

Heating is individual and electric.

No pets allowed.

SURROUNDING DESCRIPTION :

This is a typically Parisian area, lively and very safe at night. All shops and open air markets are just down the street.
The River Seine, the Eiffel Tower, the Swiss Village and the Citroën Park are all nearby.
