One room apartment of 28 square meters situated on the 5th floor with lift, in the heart of Paris on the prestigious avenue de l’Opéra. Set in a luxurious vintage hostel of the 1930’s with an elegant staircase and three lifts, it is kept by a concierge and has a digital entrance code. The studio has a large balcony overlooking the inner yard. You will appreciate its tranquility and comfort. Its location in town will offer you the possibilitiy to reach most parts of the city on foot. The Louvres is only 5 mn away, the Champs Elysées 10 mn. with lots of buses and metros running. The Tourism office is only across the road as well as a supermarket. In the morning you can buy your croissants "chez Paul".
The main room includes a double bed with a high range bedding, a lounge part with two armchairs, a round dinner table, a chest of drawers and a dressing to put your suitcases away and hang your cloths.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensiles and crockery, vitro ceramic hot plates, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle.
The bathroom is spacious and has a bath tub and toilets.
The sheets and towels are provided.
Hot water is individual and can be used all day.
It includes the central heating.

Daily life (market, etc), monuments, nearby entertainments : Palais Royal, Opera theater, Louvre Museum, Concorde, Place Vendome, department stores such as Galerie Lafayette and Printemps, Japanese restaurants, Madeleine cathedral.
