Saint Charles Studio - Paris 15th

Large studio of 39 meters square located on the 4th floor (with elevator). It has a balcony with a view onto the residency’s private gardens. The apartment is very sunny and exceptionally quiet for Paris, and the windows are double-glazed. The building is secured by two digital codes, has a concierge and is located in a residential area where one can safely walk around at night.
A high speed internet access, television set, and the hi-fi stereo player are provided. The heating is individual and electric.
The surroundings are very lively with countless shops and various boutiques, from the basic grocery store to the exquisite Dalloyau delicatessen, traditional shoemakers, chemists, many patisseries and bakeries. It is also a very green area where it is pleasant to walk around, or simply relax at the terrace of a café. Metros, RER and buses are just 5 minutes away from the residency. All train stations and airports can easily be reached. Not that the Orly airport is only 20 minutes away.
The studio is ideal for two people. The lounge/bedroom is furnished with a table, 4 chairs, shelves, storage units, two single beds which can be put together.
The kitchen includes an oven and a microwave oven, a cooker, storage units and a refrigerator.
The bathroom includes a bathtub. Toilets are en-suite.
SURROUNDING DESCRIPTION :
Cinemas, swimming pool and fitness centers are all nearby; Museums and Parisian favourite spots are easy to reach by metro, bus or RER C (direct to the Château de Versailles). The Eiffel Tower is 5 minutes away by bus n°42, while the Opéra Garnier and Odéon are 15 minutes away by métro.
Daily life: there are numerous shops and an open-air market twice a week just down the street, as well as cafés and restaurants. For morning jobs, enjoy the public gardens nearby, the Parc Citroën or the Seine waterfront.
