The neighbourhood of Saint-Ambroise is quiet, but within easy reach of many shopping places such as the Rue de la Roquette and lively curiosity stops like the famous rue Oberkampf, with its countless bars and restaurants. The apartment is on the first floor of a nice building with a lift, conveniently located right in front of a supermarket.

This apartment is individually heated with electricity, a fan is available for the summer.

Shower and toilets are separated in two different rooms, and a washing machine is made available to the visitors.
