One of magnificent typical Parisian 18th-century building is located at the quiet one-way street of rue l’ Aqueduc, between the rue Lafayette and Demarquay. It has the gain of direct connections to many places interes, the Disneyland, the Parc des Exposition at Villepinte and both Orly/CDG Roissy airports by the high speed train (RER-Line B) just nearby, not forgetting that the famous Galerie Lafayette and Printemps is just one stop away. It is also close to the Sacred Coeur Basilique, the Montmartre village where the film Amelie Poulain was shot.

You will find all the necessary shops including a French open-air market, numerous stores, supermarkets and cafés, multi-ethnic restaurants and boutiques with in a walking distance,

The apartment

This Parisian apartment is located on the 1st floor (2nd storey) with lift and it is measures 95m²/1020sq ft. The spacious and elegant apartment with high ceiling is tastefully furnished with paintings, antiques, from period marble chimneys, wooden parquet flooring, Persian and Arabic carpets to 19th-century furniture. Antique chest of drawers, cabinets, armchairs, taffetas curtains give a finishing touch. There is also a free access to internet. There is no air conditioner as not very often usefull in Paris however there is a ventilator if needed.

Double living room

The double living-room (51 m2) equiped with TV, hifi, with sofa, antique armchairs, and a dining table (sits up to 8). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, dish-washer, microwave, washing machine and a full set of kitchen utensils. A table for 4 makes it possible to have breakfast in the kitchen.

The bedroom

It is comfortbale for 4 adults or a family of 4+2 as there is a double queen size bed in each of the two bedrooms but there is also the possibility to add two single futon mattresses for 2 children which may be placed either in the bedrooms or in the spacious living room.

There is a row of large French windows in every room. The windows has double glass and is sound proof.

The Kitchen

The separate kitchen is fully equipped.

The bathroom

The bathroom is accessible from the common corridor and has a bath tub with a hand held shower and a wash basin. It is really warm and chick. An initial set of bed linen and towels are provided at your arrival. The toilet is separate.

Within a walking distance, you will find all the necessary shops including a French open-air market, numerous stores, supermarkets and cafés, multi-ethnic restaurants and boutiques.
