This charming 30m² or 323 sq ft one bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a typical Parisian building (with no elevator). Perfectly situated in the heart of Paris (along the famous rue Saint Honoré), this apartment is within walking distance to many interesting places like the Louvre museum (5 minutes), rue de Rivoli and the Tuileries garden, the Opera Garnier and the Notre Dame de Paris (15 minutes).

You will find yourself in the best area of the 1st arrondissement (a safe and prestigious district), where you can find lots of boutiques, restaurants and cafés all along the famous street. There is notably a famous pastry shop that has obtained the "prix des Meilleures baguettes de Paris”: trophée in the best baguette bread in Paris (in 1995 1997 1998).

The bedroom:
The bedroom has a large window and it is furnished with a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. A writing desk with a computer with ADSL connection is also available.

The living room:
The 12 square meter living room has a mezzanine where you can find a queen size bed measuring 160 x 200 cm, a table for 4, a wardrobe, shelves and a television are also available. The window overlooks the courtyard.

The kitchen:
The kitchen has a bar and it is fully equipped with an electric stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, an electric oven, a micro-wave oven, a coffee maker and a complete set of kitchen utensil and crockery.

The bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. A washing machine is also available in this apartment.

Heating:
This apartment is individually heated by electricity.
