This charming 2 rooms apartment is in a private lane, with ancient artists studios & tiny gardens. It is located at the 2nd and last floor of a 1900 house. 35 sq meters with bedroom on mezzanine.

The flat is very sunny every morning; it is very bright even with cloudy weather, with a view over trees and sky. Located In the area of rue Daguerre area, with its so Parisian market, very close to Jardin du Luxembourg, Saint Germain des Près, and rue de la Gaîté ( lots of restaurants, bars and theatres), cemetery of Montparnasse, and for the lovers of art , very near of Foundation Cartier for contemporary art.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is furnished with chocolate and grey traditional little ceramics form floor to ceiling and is equipped with a washbasin, taps, toilets and shower; designed by Phillip Stark.

Kitchen:
We kept the idea to mixed design and Parisian atelier atmosphere with zinc working surface. XIX century country table and chairs iron design from the 3O’s. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils and crockery, microwave, furnace, plates, dishwasher, grid bread, electric kettle, washing machine plus dryer and various robots managers.

Living room:
Design spirit with Le Corbusier armchair, counts of living room of Conran Shop, convertible sofa and a funny electric stove (really look like a real one with fire).
