A large, bright 55 square meter apartment located on the 2nd floor of an 18th century building (with elevator). This apartment was completely renovated in Dec 2008 to enhance your comfort to the maximum level. It is specially designed for leisure and it sleeps up to 4.
This charming apartment is conveniently situated, only 1 minute walk to Metro line 9 with direct access to the Champs-Elysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, the Galeries Lafayette, and Nation (to join the connection to Euro Disneyland).
It has easy access to the famous Paris sites, like the Père Lachaise, Bastille Plaza or Le Marais and the historical center of Paris, all within walking distance. Close to the apartment you will find daily life needs; several shops, restaurants and cafes, bakeries…
From the balconies, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Paris city. There are also plenty large windows overlooking the place Leon Blum and 11th district’s city hall. All windows are double glazed for anti-breakage and totally sound proof. You will certainly be fascinated by its atmosphere with nice furniture and brightness.
The bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size bed, a child bed, a wardrobe and a fireplace.
