Located in the 7th district, between Boulevard St Germain and rue de Lille, it is just behind the Orsay museum and 2 steps away from the Louvre museum and the Tuilleries Gardens. It takes you 10-15 mins to walk to the museum Rodin, Concorde, and les Invalides. It is also This roof-top apartment, 4th floor with elevator, commands a splendid view of the Montmartre.
This 18th century building, built in 1753, has just been entirely renovated, is accessible by the main gate of a prestigious private hotel particulier in one of the most expensive districts of Paris. Extremely calm and safe. Numerous renowned boutiques, restaurants and cafes with a mini supermarket nearby complete an agreeable and romantic sejour in Paris.
The bedroom :
This one-bedroom apartment with wooden parquet flooring throughout, measures 45 m2/484 sq ft and is on the 4th floor (US 5th storey) with elevator. It has a sliding roof on one side with four large windows permitting a free influx of natural daylight all the time.
The bedroom furnished with a queen size bed is separated from the salon by a wall without door. There is a built-in wardrobe in this room.
