Pleasant studio (18 sqm) in the heart of the Village Saint Blaise, a very lively yet still authentic area.

The building: a brick building located in a very calm courtyard, with a digicode and a concierge.
The apartment: on the 5th floor with elevator, bright, fully renovated, very quiet (thanks to the triple glazing).

The studio is equipped with a sofa bed, a library (with guides to Paris and maps of the area), a coffee table, a desk and TV. In the kitchen, you will find a sink, electric hotplates, a microwave oven, a sideboard, a toaster, a coffee maker, utensils, and crockery). The bathroom offers a sink, a bathtub, toilets and bath towels.

The area:
The apartment is located in an old Parisian neighbourhood, authentic and far from the bustle of tourism, yet very lively. You will be a few steps away from many bars, restaurants, breweries, theatres and concert halls (such as the very fashionable Flèche d’Or).
Other curiosity stops, such as the Père Lachaise cemetery, the Montreuil flea market, la Campagne à Paris, l'Eglise Notre Dame de Charonne and Ménilmontant, are also within easy reach.

The closest metro station is Porte de Montreuil on line 9, and the PC2 Bus stop is also nearby. You can borrow bicycles (Vélib') from just outside the building.
