Located in the 12 arrondissement, this charming two bedroom Loft has been specially designed for demanding amateurs of post-industrial architecture who are looking for an oasis of calm and countryside in the Centre of Paris.

In a walking distance (less than five minutes) from Metro stations Reuilly-Diderot (line 1 and 8),
FaidherbeChaligny (line 8) and Nation (RER A, lines 1, 2, 6, 9), in the middle of this “triangle”, the loft is located rue du Faubourg Saint Antoine at the end of a typical craftsmen alley.

Impossible to guess from the outside, the initially gentlemen’s house was transformed into a textile furniture manufacture at the turn of the 20th century. The house returned to its’ initial origin after a heavy restructuring undergone in 2005-2008.

On the other side of the building the flat boosts an incredible private South-oriented terrace, with a view on the old manufacture buildings, all transformed into lofts.

The interior has been designed to preserve the industrial character of the place. The living room has three windows which all communicate directly with the terrace. It is elegantly furnished with two leather sofas. The living room is opened to the dining space with a table for four persons.

At each corner of the Loft, elegant details stress the old materials that have been used to restore the place. You will notice old iron cast radiators or ancient cement tiles. The fireplace has been converted to a very convenient modern heater.
