Gorgeous (36 m² - 387 sq m) sunny apartment newly renovated in a calm building ideally located near the 14th century "Château de Vincennes." Paris (Châtelet - Les Halles) is only 15 minutes away from the apartment by Metro or RER, so you can easily enjoy all the main tourist spots while being in a typical and lively French location.
This spot offers a great way to discover the French way of life at a walking distance from one of the two most appreciated parks of Paris. It is located on the 4th French floor (with elevator) and it sleeps 4 people.
The "Bois de Vincennes" and the "Parc Floral," a peaceful area in the English landscape manner, are joggers and walkers' heaven but you can rent rowing boats too if you prefer! Vincennes is definitely a lovely and lively neighborhood where you can find a lot of shops, bars and restaurants.
The bedroom:
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140 x 200 cm). Linen is provided.
The living room:
The living room is furnished with double bed sofa (140 x 200 cm), a low table that can be divided in 3 parts, 2 tables with 5 chairs, TV / LCD, TV cable, Phone, Hi-Fi (can plug you Ipod / Iphone), and DVD player.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave/oven combo, cooker hood and cooktop, kettle, expresso machine and cappuccino & chocolate milk machine, and fridge with freezer.
The bathroom:
The bathroom has a private WC and a large shower. It also equipped with washing machine and towel dryer. Towels are provided.
Heating :
Central heating to the building makes the studio warm at all times.
