This apartment is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the place of the living fashion in Paris. It is one of the most fashionable, lively and sparkling neighborhood in Paris. The apartment is situated between the two well-known churches Saint Germain-des-Prés and St. Sulpice on Rue Princesse. There are many cafés, restaurants, cinemas, bookstores, and trendy boutiques in the center of the Luxembourg area and Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood. It is just a stone- throw to the Seine, the Sainte Chapelle and the Conciergerie. The nearby metro stations are : Saint-Germain-des-Prés & Mabillon.
Facilities:
The kitchen is separated it is equipped with a fridge,a freezer, an oven/grill, electric-burners, and a coffee machine.
There is a cable TV in front of the bed.
Telephone (use a prepaid card to make a phone call and receive all incoming calls).
Laundromat and Internet cafés are near the studio.
Payment:
- 50% of the balance has to be paid before your arrival directly to the owner. You may use a Bank Transfer to send your deposit.
- Final Payment (50%) upon your arrival in Paris.
