This lovely 30 square meter one-bedroom apartment is located in the 1st arrondissement, on the 4th French floor of a 19th century building and they sleep 2 people, eventually 3 on the couch. This apartment is equipped with : unlimited high speed Internet access and Cable TV.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Subway: Etienne Marcel - Area: Etienne Marcel/ Montorgeuil. These apartments are located in the stylish and hip Etienne Marcel/Montorgeuil area and offers plenty of trendy restaurants, boutiques, cafés and excellent food shopping on the old market street rue Montorgeuil. The rue Montorgeuil has a plethora of choices for bakeries, butchers, supermarkets and open-air vegetables and fish.
