A luminous and magnificient apartment located not far from the Bastille, between Porte de Vincennes and Nation. This calm and quiet apartment is centrally located, only 15 to 25 mn by metro to get to Bastille, Le Louvre museum, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Champs Elysées.

This 80m² two-bedroom apartment is located on the second French floor of a 6-storey building from 1970 facing southwest, with elevator. The walls are cream color, parquet wooden floor and there are the glass windows along the 3 rooms (bedroom, living and kitchen) opened to a large balcony with 2 wooden tables and 6 chairs.

Apartment’s description:
The main entry hall will lead you to the living/dining room to the right opened to a large US kitchen. It is very well equipped with new and modern appliances. On the left of the living, you will find the first bedroom. It is along on left of the corridor. Back to the main entry-hall, on the left side is the 2nd bedroom, a 2nd door leads to the bathroom to the right side. The toilet is separate.

Kitchen :
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (4 gaz burners), microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric oven, a sink, a dishwasher, cabinets and drawers containing the necessary kitchen utensils. There are separate built in cabinets, a round dining table with 5 chairs. You also find plenty of closets for clothes, luggages, etc...

The living room :
The spacious 35m² living/dining room is furnished with two sofas (one small and one large) where a child can sleep, two footstools, a rectangular glass coffee table, an antique cabinet an antique table onwhich is set a TV. There are several decorative items throughout the living and entrance hall where are 2 antiques cabinets on the wall.

The 10m² second bedroom also spacious with a double bed, a large closet, a table on which is set the computer for the guest 'disposal, a desk and chair.

The bathroom :
The bathroom is fully equipped including the washer, dryer machines, a bathtub with manual showerhead, a shower, a sink on the wooden board, a mirror with side shelves and a bottom cabinet, towel racks.

Mostly residentials, this area is very pleasant and at a short distance from the Place Nation area with its cinema, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the trendy Bastille area. The agreeable and large park "Bois de Vincennes", ideal for a long relaxing walk is also not very far from the apartment, and the Bercy area where many important sporting events and shows take place all year long is nearby.It has also recently become an entertainment area with shops, cafes, and restaurants, nightclubs and a huge cinema.
