Here is a very well-located studio for holidays or a business trip: you are 2 minutes away by foot from the Place de Clichy if you wish to go to the cinema, 5 minutes away from the Moulin Rouge, 20 minutes across streets with cobblestones alleyways to Montmartre and widely famous department stores (‘Grands Magasins’): the Printemps and the Galeries Lafayette. Additionally, anywhere else is central Paris and easily reachable with the metro. 

Inside the flat, everything you might need is at your disposal: a table, a kitchenette equipped with all necessary cooking utensils plus a refrigerator and an electric tea kettle, and also an ensuite shower. The toilets are outside the flat, in the corridor. Note that the Moulin Rouge-4 studio is located on the 6th floor of an old, charming "pierre de taille" building (rue de Bruxelles), but with no elevator.
