Very bright and spacious (37 sqm) elegantly furnished studio flat with large windows opening onto the garden, and situated on the second floor (with lift) of a four-building residence. It is located in a very green, quiet and safe district in Neuilly-sur-Seine, at the very border of Paris 17ème (Porte Maillot).
The kitchen includes storage units, a micro wave oven, a deep-freezer, a refrigerator, hot plates, crockery and utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster and a washing-machine.

Shuttles to Charles de Gaulle airport are 8 minutes away by foot.
