It has an area of 60 square meters and is entirely renovated including an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tiles and its original parquet floor. It has a very light lounge, a bedroom overlooking a quiet yard. It is very spacious with large rooms and numerous storage units. It includes the telephone with free domestic calls, the high speed internet (Wifi). There is also a fax machine and a PC/Mac printer available. All stores all 2 minutes away, the metro is 3 mn away and the Marais is just nearby. Cinemas are all within 500 meters away.
