Located in the vicinity of Montparnasse, Denfert Rochereau and Alesia with a nearby market place, cafés, boutiques, restaurants, varied stores and 3 supermarkets nearby. 2 metro lines nearby and bus.

 
The 2-bedroom apartment measures 625 sq ft (58 m²) and is on the ground floor of a quiet one way street. All the bedrooms face the courtyard. It is completely renovated recently. All windows are double glazed (anti-breakage and totally sound proof).
 
Living room - kitchen:
The professionally designed bar allows 5-6 persons to sit comfortably for all meals (or use the normal dining table). This living area has a sofa bed for 2 persons, WIFI, a flat screen TV, a coffee table that maybe converted into a dining table and 2 large closets. 
 
2 bedrooms + 1 sofa bed:
- The 1st has a queen size bed for 2.
- The 2nd has a double bed plus another single
- The sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2. 
- There are closets in every room.
 
The bathroom has a bathtub fitted with a glass panel for shower in the tub, a wash basin. The separate toilet is just next to the bathroom.

- an oven and micro-wave 
- a refrigerator 
- a coffee maker, toaster, water boiler
- a washing machine
- hair dryer
- baby cot upon request
- a cupboard containing crockery and a complete set of cooking utensils
- Free local and LD telephone service (to some 50 countries, including North America, Europe and Asia), high speed internet with wifi (bring your laptop).
 
Strong points:
Nearby the apartment, there are 2 big supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and cafés. Or enjoy the daily open-air market in the morning at just 5 mins away and the flea market not far away on week-ends at Porte de Vanves. Visit the catacombs nearby. 
- Direct line to Eurostar station (Gare du Nord)
- Direct line by RER B to Villepinte Expo, Le Bourget, CDG Roisy and Orly airport from Denfert Rochereau (2 stops from here). The exhibition centre of Porte de Versailles is just 5 mins by car.
