Situated in a rather cosmopolitan area, between Guy Moquet and rue de la Joquière, it is mostly residential and calm. It is very convenient with its famous seafood restaurants, cafes, several cinemas, diverse sorts of shops, and an organic open air market every Saturday morning on Boulevard de Batignolles. Kitchen :
The open handy kitchen is equipped with a two-electric burners and a round stainless steel sink fit on the worktop above and below which there are cupboards and drawers. Besides, there is a multifunction oven, a fridge, an electric coffee maker, and a washing machine. China and kitchen utensils are available.
The bathroom :
In front of the main door the bathroom is fitted out with a tiled shower cabin screened by a synthetic curtain, a white ceramic washbasin, and toilet.
