This apartment is located in rue Mouffetard, one of the most picturesque streets in Paris and located in the very heart of the Latin Quarter. Close to the Sorbonne, there are restaurants and cafes, bookshops, cinemas, theatres close at hand and street markets with everything you need.
The Luxembourg Gardens, the banks of the Seine and Notre Dame cathedral are just a short walk away. It is a complete equipped and furnished 55m2 apartment, on the first floor without elevator with the highest standards for quality and comfort. It is completely covered with wooden parquet (except the kitchen and bathroom). It is quiet inside and extremly bright.
The living room :
There are 2 sofa beds in the living room. It has 2 large windows facing the street (double glazing).
The bedroom :
The bedroom is comprised of 2 single beds separated by a bedside table and lamp, a wardrobe and mirror. There is also a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed if needed
Kitchen :
The kitchen is openned (american kitchen) and entirely equipped with a refrigerator, 4 electric cooking plates, a micro-wave oven, a coffee maker, boiler, toaster and a complete set of kitchen utensils and crockery. Tthere is a washing machine in the apartment.
The bathroom :
The bathroom has a tub with shower, shelves, a large mirror. Separate toilets are accessible from the living room. Bed linens and towels are provided at your arrival.
Heating : It is individually heated with electricity.
Special restrictions : NO SMOKING and NO ANIMAL.
