The place is very calm, comfortable and very well located (two steps from the Gare du Nord, 5 minutes by walk to the Canal St Martin and 10 minutes to Montmartre). It’s on 5th floor with lift, 60 m2 large with 3 rooms.
Located in front of Marché Saint Quentin, central district. It’s very close to Canal Saint Martin and Montmartre. Very nice bedroom for short periods (nights or weeks). It’s possible to rent the apartment with all the 2 bedrooms (with one double bed in each).
The Living room consists of: Sofa, TV, DVD, HI-FI, armchairs and coffee table.
The Kitchen equipments: Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer.
