This newly renovated, fully furnished studio is situated in the centre of Paris (1st arrondissement). It is on the third floor of a Parisian style ‘walk up’ building.
Neighbourhood:
The apartment is located midway between the ‘Montorgueil village’ and the shopping centre ‘Les Halles’. Due to its very central location, this studio is only within a short walking distance of many attractions, to list a very few:
• The Louvre and Palais Royal are only a ten minute stroll away
• Five minutes walk from the Beaubourg center and the Marais village
• Less than five minutes walk from the Saint-Eustache church
Along with this, other amenities include local markets in the Montorgueil area as well as a
supermarket.
Transport links:
Along with many buses and taxis the most convenient mode of transport is the Metro. ‘Etienne Marcel’ is only 30m from the studio while ‘Les Halles’ is just 300m away. These two close-by stations with many different lines insure that this central studio is perfect for someone who would like to stay in and experience the very heart of Paris.
Furnishings:
The studio is very bright and welcoming with two large south facing windows, overlooking a very quiet pedestrian road.
The Living room is made up of a king size sofa bed and a folding bed. Along with this there is a 32” TV with cable, all wood cherry tree table and three chairs. There is unlimited internet access, along with free phone calls to Europe and the US.
To carry on the bright welcoming feel from the living room, the kitchen is separated from the main room of the flat and decorated with marble.. It is fully equipped with a vitroceramic, combined microwave oven, a fridge, a washer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, pans, assorted plates and glassware.
The fully equipped bathroom is also separated from the main room and marble decorated. There is an automatic heating and air-dryer for a relaxing stay.
