This 30 m2 apartment with 2 rooms on the first floor of a charming pink house is calm and very peaceful area, perfect point of departure for visits and Paris discovery. The area is made of typical houses built in the beginning of 20th century. There is a bedroom with double bed Ideal for 2 persons. Possibly accommodate 1 or 2 children (the sofa can become a bed for additional guests).
This apartment situated in the picturesque area of Mouzaia Street. Close to the Buttes-Chaumont Park, Villette Park, and Cit de sciences. The apartment is quiet, with two windows overlooking our courtyard. It has been completely renovated last spring (2005) and is loaded in a modern style. Access secured (digicode).
Our courtyard haven is a 10 mn walk from lively, popular, authentic Paris neighborhood, allowing a quiet and relaxing stay after busy sightseeing. It's also close to trendy restaurants and the lively Belleville area (10 mn walk). Very access to several metro, bus and taxis stations. Many points of interest are within walking distances.
We are amateurs of wine, coffee and gastronomy, music. We will be very pleased to give you our best addresses in Paris.
Living room equipments: meuble TV (satellite), Stereo/CD player.
Kitchen equipments: refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker , dish washer.
This apartment is also equipped by shower room, toilet, and electric heating.
We supply iron and ironing board but there is no washing machine. There is a laundry facility nearby.
Guests are requested not to smoke in this apartment and sorry, we can't accept animals.1st floor (European) access by stairs only. Clean apartment on arrival. Cleaning during stay as well as baby sitting, can be arranged.
