Located at the heart of the "village Charonne ", two steps away from the "Pere Lachaise" cemetery and the Bastille area. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, trendy shops and traditional French food markets (bakeries, greengrocers, butchers, cheese & dairy shops) are available all around the apartment. You can walk to most places of interest from here.
Living room
This 24sqm studio is situated on the ground floor, with a view onto a quiet courtyard full of flowers. The floor is parqueted with oak wood, everywhere except in the bathroom and toilet. The studio is furnished with: a sofa-bed for 2 (Bultex), a wooden table, carpets, internet connection, flat-screen TV, DVD Player, and a big shelve. Heating is electric.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is fully-equipped and located under a cosy and charming veranda. It includes a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, an induction hot plates, a manual coffee maker, a stainless steel sink, all kitchen utensils and a washing machine. There is also an eating counter and high stools for 2 people.
Bathroom
The Bathroom is equipped with a shower. Towels are not provided. The toilet are en-suite.
