The location
This charming 15 square meter studio is located on the Grands Boulevards, a very lively district.
It is very close to the metro station (République), one of the most important hubs in Paris, within easy reach of the main curiosity stops of both the old, picturesque Paris, and the newer areas; Bastille, the Grande Bibliothèque, Montmartre, the Opéra Garnier, the Louvre, or the Champs-Elysées.
In the neighbourhood, you will also find countless fashion shops, theatres, coffee shops, restaurants and markets. Famous for their History and art, the Marais area and the Beaubourg Center are only within walking distance from the studio. The Canal Saint Martin is also very close.
The studio
The studio is located on the ground floor, with a beautiful view onto a flowered courtyard which is classified as a historical monument.
It also has a mezzanine with a double bed, big enough for a couple or a couple with one child. This studio offers free INTERNET- WiFi, a TV, and Telephone - Free calls to fixed phones in France, all Europe, USA, Canada & some other countries on request.
The building has a security code at the main entrance and a magnetic key for the second door.
This studio is very bright, and divided into a living room with one sofa bed for one person and a mezzanine. There is a wardrobe and a table with two or three chairs. The heating is electric and adjustable.
The distance between the mezzanine floor and the ceiling is 1,10 m to ensure comfort.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hot plates, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, an electric coffee machine, a set of kitchen utensils, an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer and a washing machine.
The bathroom
The bathroom has a shower, a washing basin with mirrors and a cabinet. An initial set of towels and fresh linen are provided.
