A newly renovated 30 square meter studio apartment located on the 4th floor of a beautiful Parisian building (no elevator) available for vacation rentals. This fully equipped studio is ideally located, about 100 meters from the Alesia subway station (line4) that goes through  Paris, and takes you to Montparnasse in 10 minutes.

Located in a safe area, you will enjoy the typical Parisian cafes nearby, close shopping, including a small supermarket, bakery, drugstore, etc. For your leisure, above all the Parisian life night, you'll find a movie theater 2 minutes walk away and the lovely Montsouris Park.

Alesia 2 studio is very bright.  It is a full window studio with a little touch of western style. It is fully furnished with a double bed, a sofa, a TV, a washing-machine, a dish-washer, a microwave and a traditional oven, storage units, linen, etc. Free High Speed internet connection is also available in this studio.

The sofa is NOT a sofa bed. There is an additional mattress (80cm x 180cm) (and linen for this mattress) under the bed that can be placed in the middle of the room to host a 3rd person.

The bathroom, fully equipped, includes a tub, a shower, a WC, a hair dryer, etc.

Many buses 2 minutes away: 28 to Champs de Mars and the Champs Elysees, 38 to Latin quarter, 68 to the Opera House and the famous department stores such as Galeries Lafayette and Printemps, 62 to the National Library.

RER B is 10 minutes away and direct toward Charles de Gaulle airport.

We'll offer you your first breakfast with French croissants and a traditional Baguette.
