This apartment is located on a 17th century ancient building retains with it has lots of its original charm, with stone walls and prominent wooden beams. It is on the 3rd floor without elevator with a balcony overlooking a row of architectural splendour of the 17th century buildings.

Place des Vosges is only a few meters away right in the heart of the Marais ! The richness of historic Paris at the door step, coupled with numerous restaurants and art galleries.

This 32m2 or 344 sq ft one-bedroom apartment  has just been fully renovated, and it has 3 large windows.

Bastille line 1 direct to the Champs Elysees and La Defense is within walking distance,  Line 5 and 8 too, whereas the nearby Gare de Lyon has the RER line A that takes you to the Disneyland.

The bedroom :
There is an excellent quality queen size bed in the bedroom, a wardrobe, a bedside table with lamp and other decorations.

The living room :
Cable television and telephone with unlimited internet connection is possible for long term guest.
The living room has a big sofa bed for 2. A pair of rattan arm chair. Local television. A dining table with chairs.
There is a little bed in the livingroom for the 5th person which is good for children.


Kitchen :
The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with :

Cooking stove
Micro-wave oven
Refrigerator
Toaster
Complete set of kitchen utensils iron and ironing board
Hair dryer

The bathroom :
The bathroom has a shower, a wash basin with mirror and cabinet. The toilet is attached.

The heating is electric and can be individualy adjusted..
