This fully furnished 20 square metre studio is on the 2nd floor of a nice building located on Rue de Ponthieu, 8th district of Paris. The studio is calm, clean and offers a bathroom with a shower, toilets and a washing machine, as well as a kitchen with all cooking facilities.
There is also a table with two chairs, a TV, a DVD player, an electric fire in the main room and a double bed. An Internet connection is available in the apartment, and also provided in the cyber cafe down the street.

At only10 minutes walk, you will find prestigious monuments such as the Champs-Elysées and the Grand Palais or the Arc de Triomphe. The metro lines 1 and 9 (Saint Philippe du Roule and Franklin Roosevelt ) are 45 minutes away from Orly and Roissy. You will enjoy the beautiful park situated nearby, the countless prestigious shops (Saint Honoré Street and Georges V) which are situated on the Rond-Point des Champ Elysées. There are also many markets, restaurants and bakers just at the end of the street.
