Strategically located on 5th floor of a beautiful building with elevator, this 28sqm furnished studio is close to the Place de l’ Etoile and the Porte Maillot. The studio is very bright and calm and has been fully renovated with a floating parquet floor.
Bedroom:
The bedroom has two bunk-beds and a wardrobe with a mirror.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a sharpener, a microwave, hot plates, a dishwasher and crockery.
Bathroom:
The bathroom includes a wash-hand basin, a bath-tub with shower and a toilet. To complete your stay, the apartment also has a washing machine.
The comfortable studio is equipped with a telephone and free internet connection. The heating is individually run by electricity. The building’s main entrance door is secured by a digicode.
