This 30 square metre flat is located on ground level, has a charming a parquet floor, an en suite and fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a shower and WC. 

This Parisian studio provides WiFi internet connection and an individual electrical heating system. Initial fresh linens and towels are provided for your comfort.

For your enjoyment, the lounge is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a double futon bed for two people, a digital TV, a Hi-Fi system, a DVD Player and a book shelf with personal books which you can borrow during your stay.
