very elegant and cozy 22 sqm. studio for short-term rentals for 2 (two). It is a very bright and charming accommodation located rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, in the 11th ardt. Underground/subway stations are Parmentier, Oberkampf, and République. It is near the very trendy rue Oberkampf and within 5 mn walk from Place de la République, also 15 mn away from Le Marais with its Place des Vosges and the Palais de Sully, close to Place de la Bastille with its Opera House. The Garnier Opera House is only 7 mn away from Parmentier and 5 metro stops away from République to the famous Department Stores les Galeries Lafayette.

It is situated on the 3rd floor of a very ancient type of walk-up stair building (old convent) which has not yet been renovated. The sitting-room has beams and the separate kitchen has an originally tiled floor. It is equipped with a fridge, several upper and lower units, two electric hot plates, a stain steel sink, a micro-wave oven including a grill, a coffee maker, an iron, an ironing board, a toaster, a kettle, a small but powerful vacuum cleaner. All dishes and utensils, linen, for the kitchen and bathroom are provided. The bathroom totally renovated and tiled is very up-to-date. It includes a large wardrobe with a full size standing mirror, bath towels and flannels, a hairdryer, tissues, cotton wool, luxury shower soap, liquid shampoo, standard and bathroom size towels, bandage strips for ‘rambler feet’ and numerous closets to preserve tidiness. In the sitting-room there is a good quality convertible sofa bed (160 x 205cm), a low metal framed table with a Panasonic TV and a Toshiba multi standard DVD player to read films from all over with a choice of DVD films for your personal use. There is also a Hi-fi Sony stereo with radio and CD player with a choice of CDs. It also has a large wardrobe, an expandable table, two armchairs, a recess with shelves and several green plants.

Modernism and tradition mix up to give you an impression of beauty and peace in a green and beige shade environment. It also includes a cordless telephone for incoming calls to be used with a prepaid card for any local, national or international calls you wish to make.

In the studio you will find various metro, bus, RER maps of Paris with spots of interest and useful telephone numbers. A house cleaning service (1 or 2 hours @ 15 euros per hour may be arranged. Checking-in is Saturdays between 4 and 7 p.m. Checking-out, Saturdays before noon.

For short-term rentals you will find, free of charge, upon your arrival, in the fridge or in the mini-bar, a few Nescafe/tea bags, a fruit juice, with a ready to make dinner and breakfast kit.
