It is set in a narrow and quiet street with all shops around. The building has charm. The access to the studio, on the second walk up floor is by way of a digital code. Recently renovated, the studio can easily accommodate four people. It is decorated in a typical Parisian style. The lounge has a double sofa bed, a mezzanine double bed, a coffee table, a computer with unlimited internet connection, a cable TV with international channels, a DVD reader with films, a Hi-fi stereo.

The kitchen side includes a table, four chairs, a kitchenette corner with a refrigerator, electric hot plates, a micro waves, an expresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all necessary utensils and crockery.

There is also a dressing and a cupboard.
