Clients' TestimonialsMy mom and I stayed at the Plaisance Studio in Paris for 5 days in January and we liked the experience a lot. The location of the apartment is fantastic, there are 2 subway stations nearby, which means you can get anywhere pretty easily. There is also a main avenue a few blocks from the apartment, where you can take the bus, which sometimes we did, since Paris is a place where you shouldn't stay underground...There are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes all at a walking distance from the studio; you'll never feel hungry.
Although the location is great, make sure to get very clear directions from the manager since it's a small street which you cannot find in the maps and people don't seem to know it. But once you're there, you'll see that it pays off, because the area is very quiet and residential.
Regarding the studio itself, we found it pretty nice. The pictures from the website are quite accurate. The studio is located on the ground floor, which means you don't have to climb stairs with heavy luggage: a huge plus! The room is not so small, there are 2 double beds, a small table with chairs, a TV and a stereo. The bathroom and the kitchen are quite small though. And since there's no ventilation in the bathroom, there's some mould in some areas.
The manager is very helpful, we had a problem with the hotplate but the minute we told him he bought a new one and took it to the apartment. We also asked for a late checkout and he said it was OK. All in all, however, we liked the studio and didn't regret having rented it. The owner is a charming woman and nothing was a trouble for her.She was most helpful.The apartment is in need of some loving care.The cooktop elements didn't work and a portable cooktop was sitting on top. We could only get one of the elements to work.There was a dishwasher but we were told it had never worked. The TV. did not work at all but the owner gave us another one with a defective arial socket which often came unplugged resulting in no picture .It was a constant problem. The paint on the ceiling was peeling everywhere. There was a heater in the bathroom with a sign on it "Don't use, dangerous". On the plus side the market at the front door two days a week is first class and the apartment is a good size with good natural light.I wouldn't stay there again unless some work was carried out to remedy the problems. Dear Sir, we've had a great, very nice the owner, we facilitated the entry and exit of the dept. and was always attentive to what we needed, this made our stay very pleasant, although there are four floors to climb the location is unbeatable and I take this instance to send cordial greetings, hoping to return at another time. Excellent sejour, calme, sur, proche commerce et metro. Accueil tres affable The eight night stay in the Montparnasse-4 was great. When staying in an apartment instead of a hotel in a country that has such a rich history, you are absorbed into the everyday life of local Parisians. The area itself is great, in the 14th Arrondissement. Local markets, patisseries and main streets are just a few minutes away. The Plaisance metro is a few minutes away, and the Paris metro is wonderful, compared to London and other major cities. You may take the metro to any areas of Paris, but I highly recommend walking as much as possible so you can enjoy the scenery and history and after becoming a bit tired, you can come back home and enjoy a bit of wine.
The apartment itself is very nice, with artistic paintings and pictures on the wall, the choice of wood in the bathroom mirror cage, are all thought out well. Plenty of books and guides as well as free WiFi to keep you finding out where you are going to go next in the wonderful city of Paris. Catherine & Jean-Michel Tremblay have made the apartment feel like a second home and that will keep you coming back and feeling good about your stay there. The transaction was smooth from the first day to the last day and the emails were constant and always quick.
Overall, I am very happy that I made a stop in Paris from my travels in Europe and stayed in this apartment. I highly recommend it and would no doubt come back to the same place again if I go to Paris again. We stayed here for 7 nights and the location was fantastic. We were 5mins walk to the Notre Dame, and also close to many of the other attractions. As we like walking it was no problem to walk to the Louvre. If we did decide to catch the metro is was close. The apartment was roomy and very clean. Great having a separate kitchen area. The 109 steps was ok and was good to exercise off the extra beautiful food. Close to a wonderful Boulanger and also supermarket really close. Some excellent local restaurants nearby. Loved the locations, the area, beds were comfortable and never had a problem with WIFI. Overall definitely will go back and more than happy to stay in this conveniently located, comfortable, roomy and clean apartment. The owners were very helpful and would definitely book through Paris Sweet Home again. Thanks for a fantastic time in Paris and beautiful memories. We enjoyed our stay at Greneta Montorgueil very much. The apartment was in good condition, particularly the bathroom which had clearly been upgraded recently. The surrounding area is an excellent place to stay as it is near to tourist areas, shopping, but also cafe's and restaurants that Parisians use. We were dealt with well by Paris Sweet Home who were always swift to provide us any assistance. The apartment is conveniently located a 10 minute walk from the Opera House, 20-25 minutes from the Louvre and 5 minutes from the metro. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean, the wi-fi worked perfectly, the shower water was always hot and Made and Pierre (the apartment owners) were extremely kind and helpful. We did have a great time in Paris. One of the positive aspects of our apartment were the location.
We felt very safe on Rue Delbet.
We enjoyed the fact that the neighborhood was a family oriented area. Grocery stores were nearby and the brasserie just a block from home. We also liked the close location to two metro lines, making it easy to get out and go in the morning to see the sights.
The apartment was a good size for our family, we were very comfortable and the kids loved the TV as it gave them a way to wind down after a busy day of sightseeing. Another positive aspect as that we never felt cold in our apartment.
We were worried that, coming at Christmas, the apartment would be cold. But the heating system worked very well as did the hot water for showers.
The low price for this apartment made this trip possible for our family. Mr. Widana was very kind and we have wonderful memories of our time in Paris.

Allison O'Neall Nice apartment, very cozy and convenient. Perfect location, there are all the things you may need in the room. This apartment is very convenient. The location is super. The room is compact. Even though it's small, it has everything travelers need inside. Above all, the owners are nice,kind,flexible and helpful. We spent 5 days in Paris and stayed in the nice apartment. The location was very nice, close to the Seine and Eiffell tower. Actually we could see the tower through the windows. We arrived late, but Michael was waiting and showed us around in the apartment. It was very nice furnished and had all the things we needed for making breakfast and other meals

"Apartment situated in a prime location, just 5 minutes walk from Notre Dame, close to several Metro stations, with 3 supermarkets in the same street, and the pedestrian area of Saint Germain des Pres very much alive in the evening, with a wide choice of bars and restaurants .
The apartment is a nice loft, Parisian, is not brand new but everything is functional and in acceptable condition. Clean. Owner friendly.
Note that the apartment is on the sixth floor without elevator and the stairs are very narrow, it can be awkward if you have very large suitcases. Not recommended for people with mobility problems or small children to carry arms (but my daughters aged 6 and 9 years had no problem).

This was our third visit to Paris and second staying in the Marais district. Apartment was small but clean and warm and perfectly suitable for a short vacation. It is located on the fourth floor of a traditional Parisian block within comfortable walking distance of the major attractions. Don't miss Pere-Lachaise, a cemetery about a 40 minute walk from the apartment. The architecture of the monuments is breathtaking and many famous people are buried there, including the legendary Jim Morrisons of the Doors, Sarah Bernhardt, Chopin, Delacroix, Oscar Wilde and many, many more. We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. I am reluctant to say how good it was incase we are unable to get that appartment again at such a good price. However it is only right that everyone should have the same opportunity we had to enjoy an amazing trip to Paris. As agents you could not have been more helpful. We booked this trip last minute and your agent was available all evening as we tried to finalize our arrangements. We will definitely be using Paris Sweet Home again and have recommended it to our friends and family.

Thanks, My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 weeks and loved everyday of our stay. The apartment was the perfect size and very clean. The area is in is very friendly and has everything you need within a short walking. We will be staying here again when we come back to Paris. We stayed for a wonderful week in this apartment, which was superbly equipped with everything that we needed during that period. The location is excellent with all amenities close by. Being located in an inner courtyard it's very quiet overnight. As is typical in Paris, it's small, but it's fully functional. The bathroom is very "creative", being long and thin with a narrow entrance, but with "curves in all the right places" so that it works quite well - the shower is quite a good size. The welcome from our hosts Made and Pierre couldn't have been warmer. We would definitely come back here! We had a wonderful time in Paris and the apartment was exactly ads advertised. The owner was very kind and welcoming and made everything really easy. Her neighbor was also lovely to us! The apartment was central to transport and easy to get to. We felt safe and comfortable. I enjoy staying in the "Sevres Babylone" apartment rented with your help. Everything was very simple as process and the owner (Julien) gives us all the needed details before arriving. It was very suitable for 4 persons. We highly appreciate the openess and sincerity - the fact that no elevator. We found a very nice apartment, very cosy, with a very well equipped kitchen, computer with internet connection (in "guest" section the owner save some very nice "touristic" items to be located in the area: coffee shops, groceries, restaurants). On the corner of the street it is a "Bon Marche" , metro stations are very close and also in the area are located a lot of shops. It is a great option for everybody that needs a nice and clean place in Paris.
Regards The apartment my husband and I stayed in for 3 weeks is at 6 rue Rataud, which is perfectly located in the 5th Arrondisement. It is very near near the rue Mouffetard, the Pantheon, and the Luxembourg Gardens, and walking distance from both Montparnasse and Notre Dame. The apartment is a studio that contains everything you need, including hair dryer, but not a washer/dryer. There is a Laundromat ½ block away, however. It is a 6th floor walk up which is off-putting at first, but the stairs are carpeted and beautiful and there are so many steps in Paris anyway that you quickly get used to these. The landlady, Mme Galard is a delight; she lives in the same building, and helps in any way possible. 3G allows your computer to work, but not Skype. The rental process through parissweethome was as painless as possible. I used paypal for the downpayment and then arranged the rest with Mme. Galard. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again in a minute.
Sincerely, The apartment was great, located in a very convenient area with access to shopping, food, convenience stores, and transport. It was clean and provided all the amenities (wifi, telephone for local calls, internet TV, toiletries, guides, cooking utensils etc) that we needed during the trip. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and even though we were delayed 40min in reaching the apartment, they were not bothered by the waiting and were gracious hosts. I've already recommended this place to my friends who are thinking of visiting paris and I would be recommend this to other groups who need a nice clean affordable place to stay. Given the relatively small size of the place, it's best suited for folks who will be travelling around Paris a lot and not spend too much time in the apartment. It suited our needs much better than a regular hotel room.

The main room was good sized and light. There was plenty of space in
the closet and a bookshelf furnished with novels and travel books.
The property was between the Plaisance and Allesia Metro stations.
several cafes and markets were nearby.The location felt safe. I often
walked home at night alone and felt comfortable doing so.
We had a great experience with our stay in Paris. From the moment I sent the inquiry through to parissweethome everything was managed very smoothly and effortlessly. This was very comforting as we had never done this sort of apartment stay before.
The apartment itself was perfect, located on the top floor of a beautiful old apartment building, it was arty,sunny and charming - and in a fantastic location in the Marais district. We met the owner to exchange keys and she shared with us the best places to dine in the area and made us feel very welcome. We had a great time and have decided to book again when we next return to Paris. It is by far the best way to experience a stay in the city and great value for money. I highly recommend it. We also improved our fitness with the 6 flights of stairs! But we would not have had it any other way. I enjoyed my stay at Plaisance for a week in September. The bed was comfortable. Our stay in Julia's apartment was absolutely perfect. Our communication with Paris Sweet Home was easy and quick. Julia was very helpful in setting up our stay and being flexible in payment options. The apartment itself is wonderful and just the right size for a family of five. It is located right by the Bastille metro and is a few minutes away from Saint Paul, the heart of the Marais area. There are lots of restaurants and bars by the apartment and the neighborhood felt extremely safe at all hours of the night. It is also an easy walk to the latin quarter, as you just have to cross a beautiful bridge to get there.
It was great having a small fridge and kitchen, but the best part was being able to make free phone calls from our apartment to the U.S. especially when our flight was canceled and we had to rebook it. I was first of all very impressed with parissweethome services. You were quick in the process and very thorough. Plus, the price was right!
The owner of the apartment was also very quick in giving me all the info necessary for our arrival to and stay in the apartment (exact address, metro stop, access code of the main door, wifi password, etc). His representative, François, waited for us at the apartment despite our slight delay. He made us feel at home right away. And the apartment definitely exceeded my expectations! I can't say that it was completely perfect. But nothing and no one is perfect. It more than suited our needs and made all of us feel like home. And after all the walking around in the city, it was nice to come into the building and use the elevator up to the 4th floor.
There were 7 of us and the apartment was the right size for us...we could spread ourselves out well and the 2 little kids with us could even play around us. The amenities in the apartment was great (fridge with bottom freezer, dishwasher, washing machine though we didn't use this, free wifi, big shower cabin). The added bonus was free landlines calls to anywhere in the world! There were also plug adapters should one need them. It rained one day we were there and we could use the umbrellas just hanging by the door. We also shopped numerous times at the supermarket nearby and found the shopping basket and cart very handy! Really, We felt like home. Even my little 5 year old preferred to just be "home" instead of sightseeing. The artwork on the walls and all the books (some in English!) made for a cosy atmosphere.
I would definitely use your services again! If we would be a bigger group, this apartment in rue Mouffetard is great. But if we would be a smaller group or just a pair, can't wait to try out the other apartments.

I am happy to give a reference for this apartment. I stayed here with my teenage son for a week. The owner met us on arrival and was perfectly charming. We had a code to enter the building and the building was always under surveillance so we always felt completely safe. The apartment was really well presented and had everything that we could wish for to make our stay comfortable. The room was really spacious and the kitchen and storage areas were really well designed. The bathroom was really of a good size with a good shower and a full bath. The swimming pool was a real bonus with good changing facilities and an amazing view of Paris from the roof terrace. Other residents were really friendly and welcoming to us. The neighborhood was nice with a good selection of shops and supermarkets and a varied selection of restaurants including Chinese, Indian, North African and Italian along with some lovely boulangeries. The metro was around a five minute walk, the buses also within a five minute walk. There were also plenty of Velib bicycle stands close by which we found excellent. On the metro it took about 15 minutes to get to the touristy centers and on the bikes about a half an hour cycle to the Eiffel Tower and central areas. I found secure parking at a nearby Ford Garage - Georges Brancion which proved really economical. All in all excellent and superb value for money, we were sorry to leave when the time came. The studio was a wonderful place to stay. Very accessible to all of the Paris sites via the Metro. Safe and Secure. Loved the views from the 29th floor deck and also enjoyed having access to the pool. Working with the owner was a pleasure. The cost of the rental was fabulous! It had everything we needed for a week long stay - we received a warm welcome, having a kitchen was great, as was the use of a washing machine. It was also very clean. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift but this was no problem for us as we are young and fit. The apartment is right in the heart of Bastille with many cafes, bakeries and markets literally on your doorstep. The supermarket and metro station were within 100 meters of the apartment. We would also walk to Notre Dame with no problems. Highly recommended for a stay in Paris, especially at these rates.

A great location, minutes walk from many Metro stations! Quiet location, no late night interruptions! The apartment is small, but it has everything you need. Great for two people traveling together that aren't a couple. Would I stay there again? Definitely! Апартамента беше много хубав с изключително добро местоположение. В близост е до много забележителности пеша , а близката спирка на Метро го прави удобен и за други па -далечни места. Цената му е много добра, при условие ,че е голям и става за повече хора. Има всичко необходимо за удобно пребиваване в Париж, достатъчно кухненски пособия, приятен старинен вид и удобни магазини в близост.Наличието на интернет е идеално, т.като всеки турист се нуждае от информащия за местата ,които посещава.Има няколко недостатъка- притежава само 1 тоалетна и
се нуждае от по добро почестване , както и по добра хигиена на бельото за спане и хавлиите. Други забележки няма.

Поздрави! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Plaisance studio. There were no unpleasant surprises and, in fact, I found the apartment to be a bit larger and nicer than suggested by the photos. It is in a great area about half way between the Plaisance and Alesia Metro stations and the easy access to lines 4 and 13 made transportation a breeze. The apartment is also near lots of shops and dining, making quick trips to the market very convenient. Paris Sweet Home and the owners of the apartment were easily reached, responsive to questions, and sent notifications of payments received, etc. in a timely manner. My only suggestion for the owners is to add a coffee maker for short tern visitors. In any case, I had an excellent stay, recommend the agent and apartment, and have already forwarded this info to friends. If I return Paris again I will try to rent this flat again. me and my sons fiancee stayed in this nice,clean,excellent equipped apartment with reasonable price, for one week end July 2011. We would like to express our very positive experience by choosing this apartment. Made & Pierre are very pleasant and helpful couple, they were waiting with warm welcome for us in time, giving all useful information on arrival, even a written instruction book how to manage equipment, entrance, electric, TV with cable net program list,internet connection and sightseeing brochures. as we left early, at 7 o'clock, they simply explained to leave the keys in their post box. We were surprised because they did not even charge us the deposit on arrival...nice to know that people still trust people. We felt safe as we knew we could contact them any moment in case of some problems, free of charge from the phone in the apartment. As it was a cold week the apartment had a good heater and bed covers. It's important to point out that the apartment is close to food shop, patisserie & metro station so we could move all around Paris very easy and arrive back even late because area is quite and safe and no noise during the night. We will for sure recommend this apartment to all our friends and in case we have another opportunity to visit Paris, stay again there. The Paris apartment was very close to the Pigalle metro and at the very base of the hill. The steps to the 6th floor are very well designed and very easy to climb, even at the end of a full day in Paris! (If you are in good shape) The apartment is just the right size for 2, 3 or 4 people. It was clean, the beds very comfortable. I was glad to have a king size bed to share with my 6.6' tall husband. Our son had a double bed all to himself in the living room. The double window panes made the apartment very quite. The little balcony had a great view of Paris including the Eiffel Tower. The father of the owner waited for us in the apartment when we arrived. He is a professor and only speaks French. Be ready to pay him your full stay in cash. (His son, the owner, was away.). Basic kitchen, but had enough pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker and microwave. No laundry facility in the apartment, but the last day we found a laundry mat near by. We had a great experience and look forward to come back to this apartment.

I was very happy to find your website and rent an apartment via your organization. The e-mail contact with Paris Sweet Home was very good: you replied very quickly and provided all the necessary information and help. I very appreciate that you sent me other advertisements, when it occurred that the apartment that I was interested in, was unavailable. I also think that the possibility of making the payment for reservation via international money transfer (not only by credit card) is very convenient.
There were also no problems with the apartment itself and the contact with the owner of the apartment. The apartment (Avenue de Clichy in Montmartre) was a studio for reasonable price and in perfect location for tourists willing to explore the city (walking distance to the main center, metro station 2 min walk from the apartment). Big and very comfortable bed (double) was also the advantage of this flat. The owner is a lovely person, flexible in arranging of the meetings and willing to help if anything worrying happens.
Overall me and my boyfriend were pleased and if we visit Paris again, we will definitely try to rent an accommodation via Paris Sweet Home.

My stay at the apartment at Convention was perfect. The owner was waiting for me as arranged and she was very helpful. I was somewhat familiar with the area having stayed in a hotel there several years ago but I had forgotten how wonderful it is. With a market on Tuesday, Thursday and big one on Saturday what fun. The apartment is cozy and homey. I loved having a big bathtub to relax after a full day of sightseeing. There is no Wi-Fi but I just got a "milk" internet cafe card and checked at the opera each morning and evening.
The best thing about Made's apartment is its functionality. Though it's tiny, almost everything you need is within's arm's reach, especially if you want to do a bit of cooking. The towels and linen's perfect, in abundant supply and clean. The bathroom is small but we weren't looking for leisurely baths anyway. It's OK for a snappy hot shower. The towel dryer was a big help. Best of all was Made and Clement's willingness to help and make us feel immediately at home in a strange city. Also, there are stores and pharmacies nearby and Oriental takeaways and plenty of reasonable food options near at hand. The location's great as the metro stop is a 5-7 minutes walk. Overall a nice option if you are ready to compromise on space. I had such a great experience booking an apartment in Paris through Paris Sweet Home. The website was easy to use and I loved that I had to make 4 choices just in case my first choice wasn't available. I received an e-mail the very same day and within a couple of days, the apartment was reserved. Reaching out to the owner did take a bit of time, Maybe around 4 days, which did make me panic a little but the owner Mrs. Tremblay replied and my mother and I were met by her daughter who gave us some advice about the apartment (where the trash is, towels, etc.). Our 10-day stay (May 4-13) at rue Feutrier near Sacre Coeur was excellent. The street was quiet even though neighboring streets were full of tourists.There were excellent restaurants in the area. Everything worked in the apartment and it was clean and comfortable. The bed was very good to sleep on. It is a tiny apartment, but that was no problem for us. A pleasant man, Thierry Posnic was there when we arrived and explained very well how everything worked. We did not mind walking the stairs at all.

My primary recommendation for this apartment is the owner himself - M. Julien is an accommodating, kind, informative and English speaking gentleman who helped make our family vacation a memorable one. His flat is located in a more quiet street but has all the amenities of groceries and transportation within 5-10 mins walking distance. It is quite centrally located that one could walk to the popular tourist spots in Paris. Although the flat is more suitable for 2 persons, my 2 kids fitted in nicely and the bed/sofabed is very comfortable and large enough for us. The only drawback is that it is not suitable for elderly patrons as it is a 5-storey walk-up place. Julien stays in the same building and that is a plus point if one needs his attention regarding the use of his place. All in all, I would highly recommend this place for family stay as a more reasonable alternative costs-wise than a hotel. Merci beaucoup, Julien. The apartment was successful.

I am just now getting around to this review and I do apologize but life just has been very busy. The apartment was exactly as protrayed and the owner easy to work with. If you are looking for a cozy no frills place to call home in Paris this little apartment should suit nicely. My dealings with the rental company and the owner of the apartment were pleasant and my inquiries were answered promptly.
We had a really wonderful stay in this apartment. The booking process was simple and convenient, comparing to other rental companies. We arrived in the evening and company's reperesentative picked us up at the metro station and took to the apt. He was really nice and helping, showed us all the facilities in the apt. and there are really a lot of them, like evrything you need. Then the location is perfect, picturesque place with small french restaurants and live music in the evening right on the Monmartre hill near Sacre-Coeur Basilica. If you go up the steps or through the park (which is easier) you'll see the panoramic view of the city which is magnificent. If you go down some blocks you'll find the market with fresh fruit, veggies, fish french bread and cheese. Talking about the apt. it's perfect for a couple, very cozy and comfortable. Myself, my husband and 10-yr old son stayed in this apartment for 3 days in May, 2011. We were met on time and with courtesy by a representative from the owner, who gave us keys and showed us how everything worked.
Plus points: The location is absolutely excellent, with the RER B station a stone's throw away, the Jardin du Luxenbourg at the end of the street, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There is a 'Monoprix' supermarket within walking distance on Blvde St Michel, if you need to do a good value grocery shop (the smaller grocer shops are expensive). There is a self-service launderette around the corner on Rue St Jacques, and some great delis and bakeries if you fancy some gorgeous artisan produce. The apartment was very good value. The courtyard setting was lovely and quiet. The bathroom is newly refurbished and the shower is great!
Overall, it was clean and quiet, good value, and in a great location. I would definitely use this website again as the apartment experience was a positive one. Thank you! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The booking process was easy. We arrived on a Tuesday morning and the owners were kind enough to meet us at the apartment so we don't have to deal with luggage storage and got to start our day early. The apartment itself was very clean and functional. I especially appreciated the small touches like free wifi access, telephone, umbrellas for use, towels, cable TV etc. We didn't really cooked, but it was nice to find the kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils for breakfast in the morning. Location is convenient and the surrounding area is quiet despite its proximity to Moulin Rouge. We felt quite safe walking around at night. If you're planning on taking advantage of Velib there is a station just around the block, but you just have to get there early before the bikes are all gone.

If you're looking for a no-frills, and basic accommodation, then this place is for you. The apartment has a pull-out double bed good for two, a kitchenette with washing machine and small fridge and an vitro ceramic stove and a small coffee machine. It worked perfectly for us during our stay since we never really stayed there the whole day and just needed a place to sleep and make ourselves breakfast. 9-10 minute walk from the metro station, the bus stop though is right by your doorstep. If you're coming from the Gare du Nord station, it's best to take the bus rather than the Metro as opposed to what we did especially if you're dragging your luggage with you.There are lots of places to eat that's located nearby as well as supermarkets. We rented online from Argentina. We had no problems and it was quite fast. We call the owner when we landed and we arrange to meet him at the door of the small flat. We highly recommend this apartment!
The apartment was great!. Very clean, nicely decorated, We had a wonderful time. Every morning We went downstairs to the Boulangerie that there is just around the corner, we bought the croissants and after breakfast we took the metro that is a block away and we went everywhere ... Better yet than the metro is the bus service!
The apartment had the best location we could hope for!! It is a block away from the Opera Garnier, in the corner you have one of Paris most famous cafés "café de la Paix", you are two blocks away from the Terrasse Saint Honoré (that has a group of restaurants around a small square) where we had a wonderful dinner on a small bistro. Supermarkets are near, downstairs you have five or six restaurants, and a great sushi!! also there is a laundry nearby. You are six blocks away from the Louvre museum (we walked there several times)... There´s always a metro or bus that leaves you close to the apartment.
The neighborhood is very Parisian, narrow streets, boulangeries, cafes everywhere... down the street there is Gerard Depardieu´s very exclusive restaurant... the atmosphere is quite magical

The studio was clean and well equipped but very very dark (only one window open on the garbage deposit)and smell of musty.Moreover, it was very noisy early in the morning because of the cleaning working and the garbage removal. The bathroom is extremely tiny.It is absolutely not recommended for more than two people.
The area is very nice and really close to every means of transport. The Pantheon Studio apartment in Paris was truly a delight. Central location to many landmarks and close to the metro and bus stops. It was bright, cheery and clean. The small kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great. The owner, Elena, who met us upon our arrival was kind and very helpful. She even had guide books and maps for our use during our stay. I would highly recommend the apartment.

We really loved it - the locations was absolutely fantastic, in a really lively area, but a pedestrian precinct area, close to so many cafes and shops, a great neighbourhood with a great feel. The apartment itself had a lovely atmosphere, with great art, spacious and our family of 5 (with children 11 to 16) really enjoyed staying there for 5 nights - I would definitely highly recommend it! Reception by owners: Excellent, could not be better, they are helpful people. During our time on it, they always call us, asking if we need something.
Apartment location: Excellent is near to everything and is located in a safety place.
Survival needs: There are a lot of markets, some laundromats, bakeries, fine restaurants. internet and phone points, walking four blocks we arrive to Metro, and so on
The apartment itself: We believe that some furniture could be take off, providing more space. The toilet is functional. The apartment is ideal for a couple with one child (our case).
Others: LCD TV with cable and even not using the apartment has phone and internet signal (not computer) that was allowed us to use with no extra charges.
Conclusion: Yes, I intend to recommend the apartment to my colleagues here in Petrobras, it was a nice place to stay.

Hi. We stayed in an apartment (Bis Rue Des Ecoles, Latin Quarter) from 13th-23th April 2011. It looked like it was just renovated. Everything was fantastic!! We enjoyed our stay so much that if we ever make it back to Paris, this will be the place we want to stay. I am sorry to be getting back to you so late on this request. Our trip to France continued on for three weeks after we left Paris.
The apartment experience was our first attempt of staying in Paris without using a hotel. We will never use a hotel again for stays longer than 5 days.
We were met by Stephane at 10h00 on April 2. He went through all the details of the apartment and also gave us some suggestions of restaurants and other activities in the area.
The neighborhood was everything we could have wanted. You really did not have to go more than 3 blocks to find very enjoyable food related venues, grocery and the Les Halles Forum shops. The Metro system is close and allowed us to travel throughout the city. We purchased a Metro Visitor pass for five days and rarely used a taxi except for our transfers from airport and to our Viking River Cruise Boat. (We would have used the RER service from CDG, but the service was interrupted on our arrival day.)
Stephane arrived every few days to feed the fish and take out the trash. He even called a cab for us on our last day and waited until it arrived to give the driver instructions as to our destination.
We would only make one suggestion to improve this experience. As I mentioned above we were met by Stephane and were thoroughly briefed about the apartment. Our problem was that we were very tired after the overnight flight from Chicago and did not retain all of the information. I would like for you to have the complete instructions printed out as to the operation of the appliances. Stephane was very prompt in answering our emails as to turning on the microwave, clothes washing machine and stove, but a printout would have saved him some correspondence and us some frustration.

Be aware, however, that internet is not available in the apartment (a common situation for many Paris apartments). As for the service provided by Paris Sweet Home, it is simply impeccable. No hesitation to rent again through them. I came Paris with two friends last year december. Due to flight delay, we were not able to reach the accomodation on time as we promised. We're lucky enough because Made is very understanding and provide us useful information eg. travelling location, museum, route in paris, market and so on. The studio is functional and well located and the wireless connection is good. I rented this apartment for one week in March 2011 while visiting Paris with my wife and my mother. The apartment was exactly as described, the neighborhood was fantastic and Julia was an absolute pleasure. I was a bit concerned that a centrally located apartment would be noisy but despite the great location we slept soundly - even with the windows open on a few of the warmer nights. Everything in the apartment was in working order and in good condition and we were thrilled to have free cable television, free internet and free phone calls to the USA. It was also great to have a washing machine and full kitchen. We knew nothing of the neighborhood when we rented this apartment and we were thrilled to learn that it was located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Paris with tons of restaurants and shops located within walking distance and a metro station located a 1-2 minute walk from the front door. We had no safety concerns in this neighborhood and we walked comfortably through the streets as late as 12 AM; the local police station is actually located across the street from the apartment. We could have easily spent the entire week in La Marais but of course the metro was a great way to explore Paris. Lastly, we were thrilled to find Julia through www.parissweethome.com as her communication was excellent, she was extremely hospitable and she even took the time to give my wife a brief tour of the neighborhood when we first checked in. When we checked out Julia arranged our transportation to the airport and she actually returned our deposit before our plane even landed back in the USA. We highly recommend this apartment as we had a great experience. Our stay in Paris was perfect. The apartment was exactly as described at the web site. La proprietaria dello studio è una signora molto gentile e disponibile, all'arrivo vi accoglierà e vi spiegherà tutto il necessario sul funzionamento dell'appartamento. Non credo ci possano essere sorprese spiacevoli, anche l'organizzazione del sito parissweethome.com è stata efficiente e molto disponibile in qualsiasi momento per chiarimenti. Lo studio corrisponde alle immagini. L'accoglienza comprende lenzuola matrimoniali ed un asciugamano grande per persona, oltre a tutto il necessario in cucina.

It is not the one I originally chose, and the change was instigated by the landlady. I had chosen the original one entirely for its location near a friend's apartment. As it was, the location we were in was much nicer.
We (me and my friends) were very satisfied with your service. It was easy to book an apartment and your employers were very fast in replying me and answering to all my questions.
We were also satisfied with the apartment. Everything was as we expected. The apartment has a perfect location and it gave us the possibility to explore Paris on foot. It looks exactly like on photos. It is small, but enough for 3 people if you aren’t spending so much time in it. It is in a safe neighborhood and it is very quiet during the night since it is not facing a street. It was clean and well equipped. The only thing that we didn’t like is that TV has no international channels only French ones.

The Opera Louvre Museum Studio has everything including Coffee maker. We used it everyday!! I had suggested this apartment to someone on virtual tourist. I stayed there with my Mom and sister in 09 and we loved it so. I always pass it along and your website that I have used before!! Great spot!!
The Avenue de Clichy Studio is very nice flat, well arranged and furnished, nice balcony which must be very enjoyable in the summer. Nice location, near Montmatre & Batignolles, normally safe place at night. Great owner, very nice and honest. We fully recommend it, perfect place for 2 people for a nice Paris stay.

Much more fun to have your coffee in the morning in a local cafe, or to have the option for a late bite and a glass of wine in the flat after 8 hours of walking around the capital. Me and two of my friends were in Paris in December last year. Unfortunately there was some problems whit our flight from Slovenia, because of the bad weather, so we came two days later, but Made and Pierre were very understanding. We were a little lost when we tried to find the right street, but everything went fine from there. The apartment is very cozy and sweet. There is enough room for three persons, it’s clean and you feel very safety because of the big door whit security code. Near to the apartment you have food market and even famous Starbucks Coffee. We buy different souvenirs in the street near to the Moulin Rouge, because they were cheaper than anywhere around Paris. I would recommended this apartment, because of the reasonable price, great location and of course, because of good connections whit metro.

We enjoyed our stay to Paris in the Eiffel Tower 6 apartment. The apartment is located in a well served place close to the metro station. It is clean, well furnished and quiet.
This apartment is lovely and Dr. Pargade is a very pleasant landlord. The apartment is nicely furnished, comfortable, and has a very nice view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom. Windows open on both sides of the apartment so even when it is very hot in Paris we were cool and comfortable indoors. The apartment is in an excellent area -- very close to subway, shops, grocery stores (mono prix), with several excellent bakeries nearby. The neighborhood is friendly, walkable, comfortable, and not in the "tourist" area, which is very nice. The subway is very convenient -- only a short walk away -- and we were able to see so much of Paris and also feel like we "really lived" there with the apartment. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back and stay here again. The studio located in Delbert, Paris, is in very good condition and very nice. It highlights the warmth and willingness of its owner, Mr. Widana. In our particular case, we delay the flight and he was willing to meet in the study in order to enter it at any time we arrived. Our recent rental in Montmartre Abbesses 2 Apartment was absolutely perfect! The owner and parissweethome.com were both wonderful to work with and we had an amazing vacation! Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations!!! We had a really nice stay in Paris, the location of our Plaisance apartment was conveniently located near two metro stations, as well as several grocery shops. The owner is really friendly, he was waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived and was also very punctual on the day we left, so we were really pleased with him.
We were also very pleased with the ParisSweetHome service, their response time is minimal, the whole booking procedure happened very smoothly and quickly. I would absolutely recommend ParisSweetHome service, and for the apartment I would say that it is reasonable value for the price, but is probably not the best choice for the colder months (due to the moisture).

The Paris Sweet Home apartment was one of the best decisions we made regarding our European travels. Our dealings with the apartments owner was quick and she was incredibly understanding and flexible with our changing arrival time. The Convention Studio was fully equipped and cosy. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower, and it is very close to a convenient metro center. Tons of patisseries and amazing restaurants in the area helped us feel more like Parisians and less like tourists! Hi all,briefly speaking, I absolutely enjoyed my last stay in Paris in the apartment I booked through your system. The apartment's location is excellent - 1 min walk to Gallery La Fayet and 5min walk to the Roissybus to the airport.
The apartment is relatively small, but for me as for 'business-traveller' it is absolutely enough as it includes all necessary facilities.

Tutto OK. We stayed for six nights. The apartment was clean and as pictured. It was conveniently close to the Metro (line 2), an inexpensive supermarket, and walking distance to charming Montmarte shops and cafes. A little out of the center, which is nice if you want to avoid the stress and crowds of tourists. Franck and his father were professional and friendly in handling the business side of things. Overall it was a great experience, I would recommend this apartment to other travelers who are on a bit of a budget.

The apartment is centrally located and very near the metro and located in a safe area. The apartment is clean and exactly as described. It fact it is better than the pictures. It was perfect for my family of 5. Julie Lebrand, who takes care of the apartment is a wonderful host and even showed us where to get our groceries.

We stayed at the Bastile 7 apartment for a week in early November, 2010 and our stay was great. Darcel gave us very clear direction to the apartment and very clear instruction for accessing the keys to the apartment should she arrive late. Darcel was very friendly and speaks fluent English. The wifi in the apartment was very fast and there was also a stereo to use. There is also a phone which is free to local numbers and international landlines, which was an added bonus as we have been traveling for a bit and it was nice to call home. The kitchen came equipped with everything plus more. There were spices, sauces, and tea and coffee left over from previous guests, which was great for us. The location was also great, really close to a metro stop and in a great posh area. The only downside for me was the noise from the streets. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

We stayed in the apartment for a week. Very pleasant apartment offers everything you need for holiday. Large bedroom with Eiffel view, large bathroom, living room and kitchen fully equipped. The apartment is located on a main street, under the building two charming cafes and a few hundred feet there is a large supermarket, gas station, fast food branches and a Metro station. We strongly recommend the apartment.
The location of our apartment was very convenient, only five minutes from the next metro station in a lively quarter, with a wonderful bakery down the street. We met the renter directly at the apartment and she told us just to leave the key on our last day. So all that went really well. The apartment itself is not exactly first class but, at the price we paid, a good bargain.

We stayed in Paris at Pantheon Studio for our vacation in October
2010. We found the apartment really nice, it was clean and cosy with
all the basic furniture and equipments needed. Also the location was
excellent. The area is historically fascinating, the apartment was
located on a safe and quiet street in latin quarters near Mouffetard
street and Pantheon, walking distance from Rer B station Luxembourg,
easy to go anywhere. A grocery store right across the street, a lot of
bakeries and restaurants near, very nice Mouffetard market open on the
mornings etc.
The contact and cooperation with the Paris Sweet Home was easy and
reliable, we found them informative and very helpful. The owner of
Pantheon Studio was very nice and welcoming. We can warmly recommend
the services of Paris Sweet Home as well this apartment we stayed at.
And we will gladly return to Paris ourselves.
Certainly I can recommend the apartment in which we stayed, and the entire Paris Sweet Home experience. Being employed in a consumer watchdog position at home, I have an extra suspicion of dealing with international companies on the internet, especially in reference to paying and security, but Paris Sweet Home were so prompt in their emails and also their ability to arrange the perfect accommodation in a limited time (2 weeks) that we felt we were in the right hands from the get go.
The apartment was more than we could have hoped for, right in the heart of Paris (Ille st Louis), was extremely clean and bright, and the bed which I thought (as a fold out) may not be the greatest, was the most comfortable on our entire 5 week trip! The price was so reasonable, there is no way we could have afforded such a beautiful little spot if staying in a hotel. Darcel (the owner) was very accommodating to our needs, as we flew into Paris late on a Saturday night and offered us the apartment to stay in and payment the next day in person, which was very easy. It was great to meet the owner and find out a little about her french life also.
All said and done, I would go with Paris Sweet Home again in a heartbeat and Darcel's apartment in particular, it truly made for a classically Parisian start to our trip and really could not have been any better.
The stay in Paris Opera Louvre Museum Studio was great. Location great, the building and district around is historically impressive. We loved the wooden stairs, the sense of living in real 19 century house with modern conditions. Especially we were proud of living in this apartment when we found this house in the model of city center in the Musée d'Orsay .Al the rest was great, we sure will recommend the services of your company for our friends.

Our stay in Paris at Place du Marche Ste Catherine was very good. We had no problems and the studio was everything it was promoted as. We shall certainly use PSP again. Best, The apartment was positioned in an excellent part of Paris with easy access to the Metro, Sacre Coeur and the terrific food shopping area of Rue Lepic and very quiet at night. Not to mention the view of the Eiffel Tower at night was spectacular. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for our needs. Our family was 4 and the teenagers were comfortable on the sofa bed.
We had an excellent stay and would thoroughly recommend the service and the apartment.
Alesia Studio where I stayed during my visit to Paris was a cosy apartment. It is well located, quite near the Metro station. The location of the apartment is quite nice and peaceful.
The owner Mrs Widana was very helpful and welcomed me when I arrived. If I have to spend a week in Paris I will definitely go back to Paris Sweet Home's Apartments which are
conveniently located and right in the center of the city.
The best thing about this Luxembourg Gardens Canettes Studio is by far its location in the 6th. Our group was three 25 year old women and we thought it was the perfect location to walk around to all the shops, the bars/restaurants, the Luxumbourg Gardens, etc. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking about staying in Paris for a week and wants something that is not touristy and feels like “real Paris”. It was the best!
I had a wonderful time at the Le Marais St Catherine Studio,it was very well located,so we enjoyed very much are stay. that was very closed to most of places we visited. This apartment was fantastic.
It was exactly how it was described on the internet site even having a convection oven within the microwave and a dvd player which we did not expect. It was perfect for the two of us. We felt like we live in Paris. The location was excellent, just a short stroll to all the fromagaries, patisseries, bars, restaurant, metro and two supermarkets although the four flights of stairs were tough some days after walking all over Paris. We had a fantastic time in Paris and the apartment was definitely one of the reason why. The apartment owner spoke English in all correspondence however his father who let us into the apartment did not speak English but this made the experience a lot of fun because we did the international sign language and communicated very well, he was such a lovely man. On our departure we paid the optional cleaning fee and we did not have any problem with getting the bond back. Thank-you so much and when we come back to Paris I will definitely be renting this apartment again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment was very easy to find with the directions given to us and we were met at the exact time we had arranged to be there. The apartment was on the 7th floor of a small block of apartments, it had a small lift that worked so there was no need to worry about stairs. The apartment was very clean and modern with washing machine and a clean bathroom and kitchen. It was great to wash clothes and spread out a bit after 3 weeks traveling around France staying in small hotel rooms and a canal boat! We had a glimpse of the Eiffel tower through the small bathroom window and Notre Dame from the balcony.
It was very central, only two or three blocks from Notre Dame and was in a lively part of Paris with many shops and cafes very close. With all the windows closed it wasn't too much of a problem. We would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to go again.
My husband and I (who is pregnant of 5 months)rented Convention2 apartment for a week, we enjoyed every moment we spent there as it was located right between two metro stations and on a fairly busy street. We could easily access all the stores, bakeries, highlights of Paris in no time. The apartment was fully equipped and very well maintained, the view of Eiffel Tower from the bedroom was superb and the little french balcony in the living area was such a delight to use. The service we received from the owner and the agent was exceptional, they answered all our needs and all our questions in a professional manner and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We will definitely rent this apartment again and we highly recommend it. We were at Montparnasse studio as follows:

We have enjoyed the time in Paris. The apartment was very good, however there were problem with fridge, but the owner has solved this problem fast and she has replaced the fridge.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Paris. Here are some thoughts about the apartment:
Cedric is very nice and responded quickly when we had questions. And Madame Madeira is lovely. She was very helpful to us when we left, helped us get a taxi to the train station, etc. The apartment is quiet which is a huge plus in Paris. If the weather were better, we definitely would have used the outside seating area. The bed was very comfortable! There is a nice amount of space and the decor is bright and lively.
It was a comfortable temperature so we did not need to use the heather.

My wife and I stayed in this lovely studio, Panthèon Studio in the 5th Arr. for four nights in October. It is situated south of the Latin Quarter, between Jardin du Luxembourg and Jardin des Plantes, about half a kilometer south of the Pantheon.
The bus stop for line 21 and 27, both passing by Notre Dame, on Saint Michel, and to Louvre, all the way to the Opera. On the way, we transferred to other buses to go to Orsay, and other monuments. The nearest Metro is on Rue Monge about seven mins walk, while the RER train to CDG at Luxembourg is about an eight mins walk or a two min by bus from the apartment. We found the place non-touristy but close enough to the sites. The bakery, restaurants, groceries, and the market on Rue Mouffetard are all short walks.
To save on restaurant and cafe bills, we bought food at Monoprix and Franprix, and had dinner in a small restaurant on Rue Pot de Fer, while our lunches are shawarma and merguez sandwiches, and complete crepes.
Our landlady was very helpful in giving us directions and tips, as well as being accommodating in checking us in hours before the regular time. The apartment was very clean, and had a kitchenette, shower/stall bathroom, and a queen-sized bed. It was southeast facing, so lots of sun in the morning. We have no complaints about the property or our kind and thoughtful madam-owner.
The studio is on the 7th floor, only accessible via a lovely antique spiral staircase. So we had a good workout climbing the stairs, which we did not mind. We passed by the other units moving up, but saw no one on it, making the whole of our stay very private, which we appreciated, since we were looking for the native experience in our trips.
To get online to check email, we walked to the Internet Cafe, the closest was on Saint Michel near the Luxembourg RER stop.
Booking with PSH was a breeze and email correspondences were smooth. We were apprehensive about this system, since we were used to online booking on travel websites, but everything was just as expected, no surprises., which made our vacation as wonderful as it can be. Paris in October was lovely!
We highly recommend Paris Sweet Home for rental Paris apartments, and the Pantheon studio for your vacation stay.

I have stayed in the Alesia studio which I booked through parissweethome and it a charming little apartment just perfect for one or two guests. It is located very near the metro, quiet and in a fun area with lots of shops, restaurants and bakeries. The rates are good, the booking is easy and efficient and the owner is easy to contact. Whenever I go to paris, I will book a little apartment with parissweethome you can be sure. The Bastille 9 Studio was lovely and made our stay in Paris truly perfect. I admit I was a little concerned about the fold down bed but it was a good size, easy to put up and down with no fuss and very comfortable. Everything was clean and worked well. The service was friendly, personal and efficient. We loved the area for its close proximity to metro stations, abundance of good affordable restaurants and little treasures such as the nearby food market. Its good value for money, nicely decorated, well put together and I would love to go back to this apartment again and again!

We arrived later than expected due to strike in France, but Elise was always available to give us the required information and wait for us.
The apartment is very well situated, close to three subway stations, and the Blanche station is practically at the output of the apartment has an area sufficient for two people, very comfortable bed ideal for the kitchen a few days with everything you need only the bathroom, could have a little more space.
Montmartre is within walking distance.
Moreover okay, I was a little afraid because it was the first time I had hospedade conditions (studio), but on your part as the Elise, it was all handled properly, with honesty and professionalism.

The best thing about this apartment is the location, from the street you can see the Eiffel tower, and can walk to the gardens and Hotel de Invalides (housing Napoleon's tomb). There is a supermarket next door, and lots of places to shop and eat. We enjoyed having an apartment rather than a hotel because of the kitchen facilities, refrigerator, microwave. We were able to have breakfast before heading out each day.The pool was nice to have and the view from the top of the building was fantastic!
My daughter and I stayed at the Bastille-St Paul Apartment for 6 nights in September 2010. The apartment is very accurately depicted on the website and is charming and comfortable. Darcel, the owner, filled us in on where and how things worked, and was available for any inquiries. The neighborhood is fantastic for food, shopping and general interest and history. It's also close enough to walk to many places of interest. The street noise was a bit loud so we closed the windows at night. It's a lively district which adds to its interest. Apart from the walk up to the 4th floor with our luggage, we found the apartment had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. It was wonderful staying in this apartment although it was on 5th floor. I and my friend were lost and couldn't find the apartment as the entrance is very small but there were some nice and very friendly neighbor helping us. The apartment was opposite with Chinese restaurant and few steps from supermarket and just 10 minutes walk to Pompidou center. It was nice staying there for 10 days as the 3rd district was quite safe. Great apartment in a great location. This small studio apartment made good use of the space. It was nice to have a little kitchenette to make breakfast. The sofa bed was pretty comfortable too, although it was a little hard to move around the apartment when you had it out. Location in Montmartre was great. Lots of cafes to choose from, easy access to a number of Metro stations, supermarkets and a laundromat. The apartment is on the 4th floor, something to consider if you have heavy luggage. The person who gave us the keys was more than helpful, he even helped us get our suitcases to Gare de Nord station so we could get the airport train. Would highly recommend this apartment for a couple wanting to enjoy Paris. The services throughout were exemplary. The information given about the Beaubourg Louvre Apartment including access was accurate and helpful. The exchange of money was efficient and the security deposit, which could be in any currency, came back at the end of the stay with no problem.
The apartment is superb - clean and well equipped as well as stylish. The beds were comfortable and the seating lent itself to relaxing watching Paris come to you. The location is amazing with a wide range of quality food shops around making it possible to eat in at a reasonable cost while sampling the best of French food. There are excellent restaurants ten minutes walk away in Le Marais as well as lots of designer shops and galleries.
Sitting at the window sipping wine and listening to live music, watching street theatre and the ever changing face of the Pompidou Centre, a work of art in itself, was fantastic.

We loved this apartment and had a fantastic stay. It is a beautiful, well equipped apartment in a great place in between St Germain and the Eiffel Tower. There are great restaurants close by and the Seine is only a couple of hundred meters away. The apartment is great for a family or two couples as the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room and very private. There's even a great little study! The Paris Sweet Home were great, meeting us on arrival and arranging an airport transfer. All in all, it was a great experience. Me and my wife stayed at Opera Vendome apartment - Paris 2nd and had a wonderful time. The flat owner, Mr Bernard Chamayoub, waited patiently for us on the first day despite us getting lost and taking longer than expected. He was friendly and helped us to carry our luggage up the one flight of stairs. The apartment has a small balcony that gave a great view. Finally, the location was excellent with the Opera Metro just a few minutes walk away. Outside the apartment, you have a French restaurant and a Chinese restaurant (same building as the apartment) and a sidewalk cafe.

I simply adored Le Marais studio. It was so well decorated, getting the perfect balance between impersonal and homey. The apartment is well cared for and clean and the washing machine an absolute Godsend. The area, Le Marais, is fantastic. Very trendy and utterly safe and most things of interest is walking distance away. I only had good experiences during my stay in Paris. My landlord was a darling and very helpful. I had a lovely two week stay. The apartment is a 10minute walk to the metro and is conveniently located to shops and an outdoor market. The apartment was very comfortable. Champs Elysees Clichy Apartment is a wonderful apartment. The owner's were very pleasant and welcoming to our family. There is a bakery located at the corner of the apt, The bread and tarts were delicious! Down the street you will find a super market, around the corner there are ATM machines, a great sushi restaurant, and a local market to purchase fresh fruit and vegtables.It is centally located to all the sites. It it 30 mins away from Disney Paris, 10 mins from the Eifel tower, 7 mins Champs-Elysees, 12 mins from Notre Dame, and 23 mins from the Palace of Versailles. If you rent this apartment you will be very pleased just as we were. It is well worth the price!

Miss Widana was really nice and kind. It's always a pleasure to came in Paris!! We stayed at Sevres Babylones Apartment 1 for a week in mid-July 2010. It was perfectly located just a couple blocks from a bakery and 2 full service grocery stores, as well as the Vaneau Metro stop. It was a quiet neighborhood, off the main street, yet there were plenty of bars, restaurants, etc near by in case you didn't want to go all the way into the heart of Paris.
We were there with 4 children and 3 adults. Everyone had a bed and it was all very comfortable.
The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom is clean and well supplied with towels.
The internet worked very well up until the last day we were there. Cable television was a nice asset, especially for entertaining the children.
All in all this apartment served us very nicely for our week in Paris. I would stay in it again, the next time we visit!

Was there in October 2009 for 1 month and loved it! Valerie was so nice and ever so helpful! The apt. was comfortable and very clean. Loved it there so much! Metro and stores were close by. The park is amazing! Will definitely stay there again! The apartment is very nice, equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. It is in quiet street, yet close to a shopping area, many restaurants and cafes. The landowner and his assistant were very friendly and we felt really welcome. If we visit Paris in the future, we'll use your service again. We stayed in this well located apartment in early July. It is great since it is well connected with the Alesia Metro. The kitchen though small is more than adequately equipped for short stays. The Paris contact point is very helpful. Eating places is not an issue and supermarket is next door.
The budget shopping with shops carrying discounted previous years fashion is an additional attraction for many. Overall, it is very good location and an excellent value for money.

Excellent wireless connection, good TV reception, plenty of hot water for showers, and a reasonably quiet street for such a cent. For such a central location I'd give it a very high grade.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by our very pleasant landlord. He was very friendly and patient with us. The apartment was very clean and fresh. Everything we could need was provided for us. The location could not have been more ideal; everything was within walking distance including the metro line and the taxi stop.

Julien, the owner, is a very nice gentleman who is very helpful and always available. The apartment easily sleeps 4 . WiFi is a real plus. Kitchen is fully stocked and lots of grocery stores and inexpensive restaurants nearby.

We booked through Paris Sweet Home earlier this year, and just recently stayed at their "Sacré Coeur 2 Apartment". I was slightly hesitant about booking through an "unknown" agency, but I am very happy to say that it all went really well. We got a very prompt & professional response when we inquired about a few properties, and also when we were booking.
Once we had booked, the owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful via email, even allowing us to check in quite a bit earlier as we were arriving from a long haul flight early in the morning with a toddler in tow. The photos on the website were very accurate and our apartment was Gorgeous! We just loved it! What a great way to stay in a city - living like a local! I definitely recommend an apartment in Paris as it's so much more affordable than a hotel, and so much bigger than a hotel room. Self catering is great when you have kids too.

I am happy to describe our very positive experience in the Bastille-St. Paul Apartment in Paris at Rue du Pas de la Mule, where we lived for 8 days in May of 2010. The owner, Darcel, was extremely prompt and helpful in all our inquiries. We got into the apartment without difficulty, and found the maid waiting for us. She explained how to use the TV, washer, etc. The apt was really beautiful; the pictures on the website accurately portray the apartment's size and beauty. The location is great, right next to Place des Vosges, in the middle of Le Marais neighborhood. We had some minor difficulties with the wireless and TV, but these were quickly fixed with Darcel's help. Prospective renters should be aware,as we were, that this is a 4th floor walk-up (5th floor, in American), no elevator. This results in a lower price, and good exercise, which my wife and I were grateful for, since we were eating a lot in Paris. There are about 20 restaurants and cafes within two blocks of the apt. We found !
Paris a bit noisier than we expected (the scooters are always buzzing by) and so we had to close the balcony windows at night. But the neighbors were quiet and I believe this neighborhood is about as quiet as can be found in Paris. The bed was very comfortable; the kitchenette was well-stocked with essential supplies; the washer worked fine. The dryer function of the washer/dryer is quite slow, so we took the advice of the housemaid and used the drying rack (stored under the bed) which worked fine. Rather than spending the whole time sight-seeing, we wanted some daily serene time, and the apt was perfect for this. Every morning, we just loved walking down to the newspaper Kiosk on Rue d'Antoine (1 block away), and then returning to our building to sit at the Cafe Victor Hugo, enjoying cafe creme and croissant while reading the papers and planning our day. We also loved picking up food in the many small shops nearby and having a meal in our apartment. My wife and I had a wonderful time and hope to return some day. I can highly recommend this apartment.
The studio is superbly well located, not cost anything to find the direction, ta 1 hour away by subway from Grand Nord train station, the study is small but very useful, just as it showed in the pictures in Paris Sweet Home web. It is located in a one block from the opera, to a 5 blocks from the Louvre, all really close to walking out to see, the neighborhood itself is nice with many restaurants and cinemas around. The owner met us at the apartment, very friendly and correct. We were indicated all the practical information we go to our stay and gave us the studio clean and in good condition. We will cancel the value of the lease as is explained in mail sent to us earlier.
There was no objection. We were very pleased with the studio, location and reception. We are so happy with the apartment we rented! Great location- a short walk from the Abbessess metro station, a great area in Montmartre with restaurants and shops. Walked around in the evening (always together) after dark and felt safe. The owner promptly responded to my many emails before we left, and her neighbor met us at the apartment when we arrived and kindly oriented us to the neighborhood. The apartment had a projector and DVD player, but we could never figure out how to get them to play. The apartment was neat. The owner had a USA converter that we used- an extra bonus! Overall, we would recommend renting this apartment!

We were very happy with the apartment we rented. It was VERY close to the Abessess metro station, a great area in Montmatre with restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. An internet cafe and ATM are right by the metro station. The apartment was a perfect size for 2. The owner's neighbor met us when we arrived and kindly helped us get oriented. Comfortable bed (real bed- not a pull-out). Kitchen big enough for 1. A projector and DVD player were in the apartment, but we could never figure out how to get it to work. All in all, wonderful! Would recommend it. The Sacré-coeur 4 Studio on Chevalier de la Barre was all that we expected. Very well situated, close to a central metro line. Although we were sad that we were unable to enjoy the balcony because of the unusual cold and rainy weather for May. The apartment could use some more comfortable bed pillows for reading, make more light available next to the bed. The owners were very accommodating since we arrived much later than expected (because of the volcano of course...), but we were able to easily join them by phone and get access to the apartment. Also the apartment was very clean and well decorated.
In general, it was a great quality-price ratio.

We landed in Paris and straight headed for Alesia Studio. The street was charming and the comforts of the accommodation immediately felt us at home. It was a home away from home from the day one. The place is cosy and warm and is located at a place where you can get everything that you may need for your daily use. It is also an ideal place for shopping and is very well connected with the Paris metro network. Mr Widana, the owner of the house is a nice gentleman who warmly received us on our arrival and never ever interfered till the day we left the place. Your tagline "Cosy apartment at its best" is absolutely true. That's how we felt about the Montmartre-Pigalle apartment we rented at Montmarte. It was everything we expected as per description and pictures on your website. The owner, Annie, was very cordial, friendly and kind. She had even prepared a bottle of wine, a baguette, some cheese and other stuff for us on evening arrival as the next day was weekend and she was worried we might not have anything for breakfast. Location was excellent next to Metro and Carrefour. The kitchen was very well stocked which made it so easy to cook. This is after all the main purpose of getting an apartment so that we can cook and save on food. The free telephone to call home was an extra bonus! Our kids love the place as they had lots of place to run around and many things to play with. Having said all these, not everyone may like this place. It is heavily decorated with old stuff, which we enjoyed its character, but to others it may look 'old'. Anyhow, as long as you got the pictures, no customer should complain about it.
I had searched very hard for a spacious apartment for 6 but for Paris this was nearly impossible until I came upon your site. The price was half of the others for the same size. Also the simplicity of booking was great. I had actually tried booking 3 or 4 other apartments prior to yours on other websites but they were so slow and lengthy, asking all sorts of personal questions which I think is not necessary, needing to contact owners to check dates and get approval, blah, blah, blah... I don't know why it's so troublesome in Paris. I have booked 4 different apartments before in Spain on other holidays and all it took was 5 minutes each time. That's how it should be and thankfully that was how it was on your website!

We are greatly satisfied with selecting your company and that particular apartment. We never expected big rooms and street view at Paris for that price.
We have no chance to see the owner - he sends his associate with the keys as soon as we call him from taxi. Apartment was fully equipped with all promised stuff, note with urgent case phones, some tea, sugar, olive oil and other kitchen stuff and it was really enough for 4 guests for that price (we has 23 yo daughter and 12 yo son). The price was the key point for us because our daughter live in Lyon, France and in case of hotel we will need 2 rooms and have less time to spend together. Also we have spent 3 nights traveling across the country on the rented car so we have less losses for double hotel booking.
Again - we are greatly satisfied with your service.

The apartment was even better than the pictures with everything we might need! The location within two blocks of a major transit station was wonderful. Grocery store and bakery right around the corner. I was nervous (ok – maybe paranoid) about it – having never booked anything like this on-line before. I even contacted our Canadian RCMP to make sure there were no complaints against your company prior to booking and there weren’t.
It all worked seamlessly and I would recommend your services – and the lovely apartment we stayed in – to others. I was told that Paris was expensive and the people were unfriendly and very much to the contrary, we found the food was incredibly inexpensive and the people were wonderful and welcoming. Viva Paris! The season I spent in Paris was great and one reason was that the studio hired by Paris Sweet Home. The location is great, making the walks through Paris very easy. The apartment was very well fitted and I was very well attended by both the agency as responsible for the studio. I plan to return soon.

As a first timer in Paris, my trip was made sweeter by choosing the charming & cosy Opera Vendome as my home for a week & even more so by its owner, Mr Bernard Chamayou.
Prior to my booking, I had read plenty of the testimonials & he came with rave reviews. He certainly lived up to them & more.
But first, here's my take on the apartment. It maybe petite but boy, the best things sure do come in small packages. The apartment was fully equipped with everything from full kitchen utensils (kettle, hot plate, cutlery, plates, microwave, coffee maker, pots) to electrical appliances (iron, vacuum, hair dryer, adapter, mobile phone). Almost like Bernard knew exactly what one needed when in a foreign city.
Then came location, location, location! As a newbie to Paris, I can assure you the convenience of the apartment's location is sheer bliss. Not only do you have a direct bus (Roissy bus) from the CDG airport, but you can stroll to Monoprix (supermarket), Paul's (bakery), major departmental stores & most importantly, the tourism office. The metro station, Opera was less than 5 mins away & well connected to the other lines/zones. I had such a blast exploring my new neighborhood & it truly felt like a home away from home =)
But I saved the best for last. Paris sent me an angel in the form of Bernard. After being lost in translation in a city of strangers, nothing is more welcoming than a friendly face coupled with warm hospitality. Leasing with Bernard was a dream. He addressed my every concern & clarified every doubt I had through the slew of emails I bombarded him with prior to my arrival. He really is as stellar as everyone says & now I too can attest to that.
Paris was phenomenal but having Opera Vendome playing the backdrop through my Parisian adventures was the best choice I ever made. No regrets whatsoever.

Found this apartment spotlessly clean, excellent location for sight seeing in Paris only small but everything needed was supplied and very obliging owners I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking an inexpensive alternative to a hotel in Paris I stayed with two friends in the Opera-Lafayette Studio, and had an excellent and enjoyable experience. The location is great - an easy walk to the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur. It's also a five minute walk to the closest metro station, to access the rest of Paris! Made and Pierre are kind and accommodating owners, who went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. This was perfect for the needs of three 20 years old exploring Paris for the first time. We spent a fabulous time at this studio in January 2010. It is really a nice apartment, fully equipped and very comfortable. The neighborhood is great (we love Montmartre). Each day as we arrived after long promenades in the crude winter, we felt truly like returning home. We recommend enthusiastically this apartment. First of all I would like to thank you for your attention to my request for rental an apartment in Paris for one week. Your suggestions and advises were indeed of real help for taking the rental decision. After that, when arrived in Paris, it was a great pleasure to find that the apartment was exactly as described by you: perfectly clean, well furnished, brightly and excellent situated. It was very easy to reach main tourist points in Paris in the shortest time, so I can say that Paris Sweet Home helped for a perfect vacation. The owner of the apartment did her best to make our stay in Paris to be as enjoyable as possible, she even helped us to book the cheapest longterm parking place in Paris. The neighbourhood can though be a bit too posh for those looking for more bohemian Paris. I can honestly recommend this safe apartment to anyone, with or without kids. Also the service of the company Paris Sweet Home was smooth and friendly at anytimes.

We really enjoyed our stay in Made's apartment. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location. It is iin a safe and secure building. The apartment, whilst small, was very comfortable and provided all facilities. We were met by the owners who were very helpful and friendly. Absolutely wonderful. The owner was nice and very helpful. The location was great and the apartment was perfect for a married couple looking to experience Paris as locals. The metro is a short walk away and there was a grocery store at the end of the block. We plan on returning next year and will stay here if available. The swimming pool on the top floor was great and the roof offered an incredible view of the Eiffel tower. When we arrived, the apartment was immaculate. It was very clean, very spacious and there was a lovely welcome basket set out for us. We thought it was a great example of a lovely apartment in Paris. We had our own terrace with beautiful patio furniture. The furniture was new and modern. The kids loved the television. The bedrooms were very comfortable. It was perfect for a family of four. We always mention the simple things that really mattered. There was a bottle of coke, wine and fruit set out for us. The owners were lovely people and very very nice and accommodating. We knew that if there was anything we needed, all we had to do was ask. We would be more than happy to stay at this apartment again.

And the location was absolutely the best for us as it is close to all the places we wanted to see and spend time. We walked most of the time, so the location was great. We really enjoyed the stay at your appartment. The person who met us to give us the keys was very helpful and friendly and said we could call him if there were any problems - which was really nice and reassuring. He lived nearby. We didn't have to but it was great to know we could.
The appartment was really good value and we had a choice of two metro stops quite near us. The location was perfect as we had everything on our doorstep. The main room was very comfortaable, lots of storage space, comfortable bed, lots of extra blankets etc.

We had a great time in the Bastille 4 Apartment. The hosts were fantastic - they had bought in milk and bread for us as it was Sunday afternoon when we arrived (although in fact the area was full of small shops cafes and restaurants that seemed to be open all day every day!) and they told us best places to eat and shop etc. Great to have a really well equipped kitchen with things like oil, salt and herbs provided. lovely clean flat, small but ideal for a short stay, very interesting location and near the metro, we really felt we were "living" in Paris and so much better than a hotel room. Booking agency (i.e. you) very very good, surprised to get an email at 10 pm when I did an inquiry!

"Our stay in the Piscine Apartment rented through Paris Sweet Home was everything you could possibly want from a week's stay in Paris. The apartment was light and clean with glimpses of the Eiffel Tower and in a quiet street with very little traffic noise. The open plan layout was very comfortable and we regularly made use of the day bed dozing in the afternoon sun before walking to major sights and restaurants in the evening. The kitchen was small yet contained everything you need to create simple meals. The apartment can only be reached by climbing 6 flights of stairs as there is no lift, however this did not pose any problem for us. The apartment is lovely for a couple or could very comfortably house 3 people. I have recommended this apartment to all of my friends traveling to Paris as an ideal place to stay.

The flat we rented was what we expected from the pictures and description on the website - there were no unpleasant hidden surprises. Our dealings with the owners were straightforward and satisfactory.
We loved having a big balcony with a small garden, and plenty of space. It was good to be in a home where books were valued. The location suited us as we needed to be near the library. We were close to the river and the Simone de Beauvoire walking bridge to Parc de Bercy, which was lovely. Both Metro and various bus-lines were close to the flat.
We enjoyed our flat immensely.
Our family, total 5 adults, spent our vacation in Paris and stayed at this apartment during the first week of October 2009. The apartment was just perfect for us, each of us had our own bed, it was spacious, functional with necessary facilities, good condition, and good location with 2 metro stations nearby, one is just on the same corner only a few steps away. Although there is only one bathroom but the toilet is separated, we could conveniently use them simultaneously. We like the area and felt safe while walking when we came back late at night. There are nice shops around and an open-air market nearby, supermarkets are just across the street. The owner, Sylviane is a very good lessor you can find, she provided us more than we wanted and expected and reachable by mobile phone when we needed help. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Paris. Thanks for Paris Sweet Home too, we fully recommend this apartment! During the month of July, I stayed in Alesia studio with some friends. Fortunately, the studio was very comfortable. Everything described on the website was actually available. The owner of the studio, Mr. Widana was a friendly person. We had a wonderful stay in the Alesia Grand studio. The neighborhood was lovely with handy shopping near-by and walking distance to the Luxembourg Gardens. The landlord met us at the apartment and was friendly and helpful. The suite was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters and was very clean and brightly decorated. We will definitely use Paris Sweet Home on our next visit to Paris. We were very happy with the service and the immediate attention given to our questions. We had a terrific stay in Paris at Bastille 9 studio. Our hosts David & Thierry were very welcoming, and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our time in Paris a fantastic experience. The apartment is in a great location, and its proximity to train stations and bikes made it very easy to get around. Had a week's family holiday in this lovely apartment in August 2009 with 2 adult children. Beautifully appointed apartment, very tasteful and classy decor and lighting - a real hidden gem. Tucked away off a quiet street - it is in quite an unusual area for a residential property as it is in a courtyard which includes several small scale commercial units, but don't let this put you off as this is no problem at all as they are all very quiet, so the apartment is very quiet, peaceful, relaxing and safe. There is minimal traffic noise. It was nice to have a large outdoor decked patio, as many city apartments do not have any outdoor space. The apartment is well equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker etc plus stocked with some essentials. The Polish owner lives upstairs and was extremely helpful, flexible and obliging. The apartment is not right in the tourist centre of Paris, but is only a few minutes (?10) walk away from Nation metro and RER station, so it is very easy and quick to access the city sights. We actually preferred to be staying slightly outside the busy centre, and it was a peaceful haven to return to after a tiring day in the city. There is a delicious bakery just on the corner of the main street right outside the courtyard, and several restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment, plus several food stores/supermarkets. We found the Paris Sweet Home staff very helpful, they always got back to us promptly, and did what they said they would do, and were most courteous. We would certainly recommend both the apartment and the Paris Sweet Home site, and would definitely stay here again. Our favourite things to do/see in Paris: the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles, boat trip on the Seine, Eiffel Tower at dusk/night. Many thanks for a lovely holiday. We rented the above apartment 9/23 - 9/29 and had a great stay. The agent who met us was very accommodating and explained how things worked, where grocery stores were, etc. It was a great experience and we will be renting an apartment in Paris again! We just returned from our wonderful stay at the St. Martin apartment. First of all the sofa bed was GREAT! Very comfortable. We were a bit uneasy about a sofa bed but rest reassured (so to speak) it's by far the best we've ever slept on, bed or sofa bed. The balcony overlooks a non-traffic street. Very quiet. In the morning the sun comes right in.It's a sunny apartment and a great location for metros and buses. The RER C runs right along the river (the same ticket works on metros and in the zone RER) and there are several metro stops near by. THE RER C is good for traveling along the seine. We had friends staying in the Eiffel Tower area and to get there using the metro you would have to transfer. But by using the RER C it was a straight shot from St. Michel-Notre Dame to Champ De Mars-Eifel Tower. The no. 69 bus is close too.It's a good bus to explore the city in. It's a short walk to the Louvre and tulleries and even shorter to Notre Dame etc. which you can see from the balcony. Everything you'll need is supplied (kitchen, bath etc) including a wonderful host who was exactly on time at both arriving and leaving. We had many nightly wine breaks under the moonlit balcony. The Opera-Lafayette Studio has a great location, just minutes away from a metro station and a nice cheap grocery store. My two friends and I enjoyed our stay there, we found the service to be great. Our flight arrived early in the morning so it was really helpful that we got to check in at 12.30. It has all the utensils one might need and the beds are really comfortable. I would surely recommend this studio to others. We stayed at this apartment for one week. It is a lovely apartment in a great location. You are very central to everything. The apartment itself is spotless and very well kitted out. We totally enjoyed our stay here and we found the landlords very friendly and helpful, would definitely go back again Excellent experience--beautiful, clean apartment; VERY helpful and accommodating landlords; central, safe, accessible location. El Bastille-St. Paul Apartment cómodo y cercano a dos estaciones de metro, muy recomendable, sin duda cuando vuelva a París ire al mismo apartamento. The apartment was compact and had everything we needed there. It was very central, close to shops and transport. The 6 flights of stairs were quite daunting to start with but we got used to them quite quickly. There was enough room for myself, my sister and niece without getting in each others way, two of us did have to share a double bed so you would need to be fairly close to those you travel with.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Paris at the Bonne Nouvellle -3 Apartment.
The apartment was very nice but best of all it was huge! We were all very surprised at how much space there was. We made such last minute plans that it was wonderful to be able to find such a choice location with three bedrooms and two baths. ( A necessity for three women!) Everyone was very helpful in making sure we were taken care of and confirming all the last minute details. The owners friend who arranged to meet us at check in was wonderful and made our stay feel that much more welcome. The location was reasonable for walking to the metro. The apartment was very clean and what an exceptional collection of books too! The many small shops nearby were very convenient. We plan to make another trip as soon as we can get away from the office again!

We had a wonderful time staying in the Bastille 2 apartment. The apartment was spacious and comfortably furnished with all necessities of life supplied. We found the location great, providing ready access to any part of Paris by Metro while having interesting boutiques, shops and restaurants nearby. Of course there was a local market a couple of streets away as well as a very well stocked supermarket a 2 minute walk away. The apartment owner was very helpful and accommodating with all our requests. I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Paris who has four adults (and even a child or two) to accommodate comfortably.Thank you Paris Sweet Home for making it all possible.

We had a nice week in Paris, the apartment was fine, very pleasant contact to the owner, we can recommend this apartment, particularly in regard to price and service Wonderful apt, very clean, good location, very well equipped, quiet, small but adequate for two people, would recommend, thank you. We rented 107 the middle 2 weeks of Sept'08 and very much enjoyed the experience. The location is ideal and the locals are very tolerant of non-Francophone Americans ;-) One of our party who speaks not a word of French still managed to go alone to (early) breakfast and bring back croissants and coffee for the rest of us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The studio has been thoughtfully set-up and has everything needed for a comfortable, homey time in Paris.
It is really well located for the Metro, for walking in an interesting area, and for all the shopping you need. There were lots of local shops, a nearby supermarket and a great patisserie and boulangerie at Trinite that we visited every morning.

I stayed here with my friend last year in September for two weeks with my friend, in our Gap Year. It definitely is small (a Studio), but really cosy, and had everything that we needed - kitchen stuff, laptop with free wireless etc. The location was just brilliant - Marche Aligre right outside your door six days a week, and a really reasonable walk to the Metro (Ledru-Rollin) or anywhere else in regards to sites. Saida was lovely; friendly, cool and really laidback - thankyou so much! Really nice and cosy apartment and it was also quite centralized as well. Very secure and safe. Easy to travel to and from and around. I would recommend a stay here. My wife and I stayed at this apartment for a week and totally loved it! We stayed in the Buttes Chaumont Apartment for a week.
We called our contact from the airport and he met us at the apartment.
he was very nice and was available to us by phone throughout our stay.
the transportation from CDG airport to the apartment was very simple.
We took the RER to Gaurd Nord station and from there we took the bus right to the apartment,
so it wasn't expensive, took only 45 minutes and was very comfortable.
the apartment was spacious (for a couple), very clean and well equipped.
The apartment is well designed and gives a very "home away from home" feel.

there is a loveley boulangerie right under the building, a few supermarkets
and a greengrocer. the metro station is only a few minutes walk away, and is very comfortable to use.
I was somewhat hesitant about renting an apartment via the web wondering if the apartment would live up to my expectations. I must say my expectations were greatly exceeded! The process was of renting the apartment was so smooth & easy. The gentleman that met us at the apartment was punctual, spoke english & was very helpful. The location of the apartment was just perfect, very close to the metro, cafes, restaurants, shops, atm/bank & culture. We loved the café under the apartment so much we went there several times. We spent much time on the balcony soaking up the surroundings. The apartment was very clean & had enough room for me, my husband & 6 yr old son. The check out process was great also. It felt like home. I would highly recommend Paris Sweet Home & will definitely use you again when we return to Paris in the future.

Our stay in Paris was very nice. The Alesia Studio is very close to the metro and hence to everything that Paris has to offer. Very quiet neighborhood and building.
As for the apartment, it looks exactly as on the picture. Clean and comfortable.
We met the owners just once and all went well. I was also very pleased with the quick and efficient service from Parissweethome. No complains whatsoever, just praises.
All in all, very happy! Will definitely come back to the same place if I ever come back to Paris.

est petit mais trés mignonne. We absolutely enjoyed staying in our cosy Bastille 3 Apartment close to the Place de la Bastille. Parissweethome´s service was perfect, easy and accomodating. The check-in and óut could not have been easier, the appartment was exactly what we were looking for when we decided to stay in a private place rather than a hotel. Clean, personal - a bit like a home away from home. The boulangerie for the morning croissants and baguette just across the street and the area around the Place de La Bastille is probably one of the nicest area to stay for a family in Paris. All excellent. Will do it again, no doubt.
The Alesia studio was bigger than I expected, and in a good location, not noisy.
The owner, Mme Widana, was a courteous and friendly woman, and once we were installed, we never saw her again, which is exactly how it should be.
It was good value for money and i would be happy to stay there again for a few days if i go to Paris

Vi havde en dejlig uge i lejligheden. Den ligger lige ved den hyggelige place Monge hvor der også er metro. Mange dejlige og hyggelige restauranter på Rue Mouffetard bare 100 m fra lejligheden. Da udlejer havde set os an, behøvede vi ikke at betale det ret store depositum de eller forlangte. Det var vi meget tilfredse med, da lejligheden jo kostede en pæn slat i forvejen. Alt i alt en rigtig god uge i en rummelig lejlighed i et dejligt og centralt beliggende område. Thank you for your request. I am happy to give a recommendation. Comfortable apartment that would suit a family. Quiet main bedroom facing inner courtyard. Very close to metro station. Plenty of shops for supplies if self catering but close to restaurants too. Although it is small, it is comfortable, compact and equipped enough to make it very live able. A fantastic and privileged position on the river, absolutely central but beautifully quite. This Ile St. Louis apartment is fantastic. It's nice and comfortable and the courtyard is beautiful. The courtyard also means it's nice and quiet, which makes it very relaxing. It's not a huge place, but there's plenty of room for two. I like to cook and I made some simple but tasty dishes on the electric burner. There's a great butcher just up the street and the baker and fromageur are great as well. I'd wake up at about 7:00, get cleaned up and get a croissant or a pain au chocolat for breakfast. That's so much nicer than a hotel breakfast. Being on l'Ile St. Louis is also great. It's a very interesting, cozy place and it's central to almost all of Paris, especially the Marias and the Latin Quarter. Best of all you get to be on l'Ile for about half of what a hotel on the Island would cost. I recommend this apartment without reservation. Hi! Not too much to say, really. Everything went smoothly. The 17th century building (and Ile St. Louis) provided an authentic Parisian experience, which was important to us. We wanted our 12 year old to feel he was part of a neighborhood. Authentic surroundings and modern conveniences were the perfect recipe for our family. Of course, the location was ideal. 8 min walk to Place Des Voges. Same to Notre Dame. Located in the heart of Montparnasse and conveniently only a 5 minute walk to the train station the loft is cozy, comfortable and convenient. We've had a blast in Paris and it was the greatest vacation I've ever spent with my family. The apartment on Rue de Rivoli that we've rented from Thomas was really lovely, nicely decorated and spacious. We felt quite French living in it those 7 days :). Thomas was very kind in answering all of our questions and explaining how all the gadgets work. I wholeheartedly recommend the apartment for its local feeling and great positioning (really close to Notre Dame and Pompidou). I hope I'll come back soon! It is our pleasure to report that we had a wonderful time in Paris & in Cadet107 ! We live in Australia and chose the apartment from the web for its space and location and we were more than pleased with both. Paris was our week 3 of touring around Europe and we were concerned that we may have needed some space to rest & recuperate. In a funny way the rest came from the apartment location. The station, the Supermarket and the many bread shops & restaurants were all within just a few minutes walk. We felt spoilt with the luxurious space of the apartment. The booking process was great - even though we changed our itinerary several times! We are thinking about returning for 2 weeks to explore Paris further.

The apartment is in a very safe clean part of Paris, surrounded with lovely shops and great food spots. We took the buses everywhere we went and we were close enough to walk to the Seine if we were willing. The kitchen and little dining table were useful and we had many fun breakfasts there. The bath was spotless and comfortable.
I regard Plaisance Studio as 'our apartment in Paris'. The owner again was most kind and we look forward to our return visit. Thank you Madame Widana Grands Magasins Apartment lies in the 10th Arrondisment, close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, but in a quiet, inner suburban area. We were able to experience "normal" Parisian living, self-catering from the local shops. The apartment has a cosy, homely feel, fully furnished and with some of the owner's own books. It has stove oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, drier and coffee machine, plus many cooking utensils. The bedroom is roomy, with two beds. The lounge room has a settee which converts to a comfortable double bed. Claire, the owner, was extremely hospitable, ensuring we had directions for getting around, and that we were fully supplied. She is also loves to cook! This apartment was a really suitable base for our six days in Paris.

Joos, thanks for all your hospitality. easy to get anywhere in paris and a great flea/food market just a block away on Sundays and Wednesdays. a warm, comfortable and secure residence in the heart of the vibrant 14th district.
We traveled day and night with four children and would do it all again tomorrow.

The apartment is in easy walking distance to Montmartre, Opera and the Louvre. Public transport is also very close but you'll miss walking past all the great shops!

Opera-Lafayette Studio was cosy clean warm and had easy access to the metro,to supermarkets,restaurants, pharmacy, The owners are a very nice couple very helpful, friendly and warm people. I really enjoyed my stay at this studio and I'm thankful to the owners of this studio for their help and for welcoming me at their studio.

Our stay with the Paris apartments was great. When we got there the apartment that we booked had some problems with it so they upgraded us to a better apartment for no additional charge. The Reaumur Apartment was great with a nice view. It was in a great location that was just about 10 min away from Norte-Dame. It was very easy to get around town and we even had a superstore close to use so we could shop for simple things very easily. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and was very happy with the service that Paris Sweet Home provided. Madame Widana was kind enough to greet us most cordially and on time. She was most helpful in all ways. The lovely apartment was clean and comfortable, close to all amenities. The neighbourhood was quiet, clean and very safe.
There were excellent shops nearby for anything that you may want. The little kitchen was great for breakfast and dinner preparation. We are looking forward to visiting Mrs Widana and her Plaisance Studio as soon as possible. I would like to come again this coming fall perhaps October for a week.

Consigliato vivamente Very Good... The Belleville studio was quite roomy, and there is a bed as well as a couch that pulls out into a bed, so it potentially can sleep 4 people. It was about 1 block from the beautiful Belleville gardens, and conveniently located near the Jourdain metro station (Pyrenees was also pretty close), with a straight shot to Chatelet/Les Halles. In the immediate neighborhood there is an organic grocery store (Naturalia), other grocery stores, cafés, bakeries, pharmacies, and restaurants. It's a very mellow and quaint residential neighborhood. I loved it! Our 10 day stay in Paris was great. The Bibliothèqe Nationale apartment was roomy and very comfortable. We are a family of four and we loved having dinner each night on the balcony. (Having a full kitchen is ideal with a family) The view was wonderful. The location is close to a metro stop. It is not a touristy area - there are a couple of restaurants near by if you don't feel like cooking. All and all the trip was AMAZING. For a true Parisian experience I would recommend staying here. A beautiful bright top-floor flat. The most wonderful location of Panthèon Studio is near the Rue Mouffetard market, walking distance to many beautiful neighborhoods. Lovely for a solo traveler like me; I spent a week exploring, visiting museums, and working on my sketchbook. Very pleasant. We rented the Pigalle2 apartment in march 2008. We started out only renting for one week, then added a second week. The apartment is very quaint, cozy and charming. The view is spectacular. We could clearly see the eiffel tower from our balcony. Church bells and birds songs are your alarm clocks. All amenities are provided. There is a laundromat just around the corner. Plenty of places to eat in the neighborhood (walk to left toward Clichy, make a left at the corner and another left at the end of the block walk up the hill about 20 yards, there is a fantastic restaurant with the best apple pie I've ever had!). There are also plenty of markets and grocery stores around. You HAVE to go to the bakery directly up the street (make a right out of the door, walk to the corner, and cross the street) get anything with chevre. DELICIOUS!! The owner of the apartment, was very pleasant, very nice. Although I did not get to meet the owner himself, I met his dad who was also a very sweet man.
I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone going to Paris! The view was fantastic. We loved Piscine Apartment and felt like Parisian's for the week. The apartment is in a fantastic spot, with great shops at the front door to self cater, or easy access to anywhere in Paris, internet cafe & Metro station 50mtrs away. A genuine Parisian artist owns the apartment and some of his works hang on the walls. After you get up the stairs (you will be puffing) the apartment is light, bright & gives you great rooftop sunsets & skies. I definitely enjoyed and appreciated the excellent location and the comfort of your Opera Vendome-2 Apartment as well as the friendly welcome of M Chamayou, our host. I will certainly use your apartment for my next trip in Paris and I already recommended it to my friends.

It was small, but it was exactly what we were looking for, right in the center of the city and close to everything. We took the metro almost everywhere, and it was very convenient, only a block down from the apartment. The apartment had everything that we needed. I was glad to find that the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. We are very satisfied customers! :) Thank you! owner. It's 1/2 block from Place de L'Opera, convenient to both Opera and
Madeleine Metro stops, and a 10 minute walk from the Tuileries Garden. A
small balcony overlooks the broad, leafy Ave. de Capucines, with dozens of
cafes and brasseries within a few blocks. The apartment has a comfortable
futon bed, full bathroom with plentiful hot water, and a kitchenette.
Monsieur Chamayou arranged for us to get in early after we e mailed him we
would arrive at 9 AM after an overnight flight from the U.S. He gave us
instructions on how to use the Roissybus, an inexpensive direct nonstop
shuttle bus every 15 minutes from De Gaulle airport to the Place de
L'Opera.

We stayed 6 beautiful nights in Paris in Eiffel-Invalides Studio , location and public transportation were perfect. We stayed in the Plaisance Studio in the 14th arrondissment and it suited us perfectly both in size and ease of getting to and from the centre of Paris. Thank you! It is very close to metro and bus stations so we could arrive easily in the center of Paris to visit museums, cathedrals, gardens or just to discover the town . In the same area, there are some very good supermarkets, bakery, small restaurants and cafes that we enjoyed very much. We enjoyed very much staying here: the apartment was comfortable and it suited perfectly the needs of my family (2 adults and a child) so we could easily organize our life.
We communicated very well with the owner and the agency. When we arrived in Paris we encountered traffic problems (some streets closed) so we were late at the apartment.
I discussed with the owner and they were very understanding and helpful and we could find quickly a solution.

We stayed at the St.Germain Apartment - Paris 5th. Everything was very close. We walked to market, louve, cafes, gelato, creperies, bakeries, etc. There is also a TERRIFIC cafe under the apartment with reasonable prices. We went there 4 times in 8 nights. We spent hours on the balcony. Metro at corner which gives very easy access to all of paris. The owner is great & very helpfull. Would recommend this apartment with old world paris charm~ We stayed in the Seine River Apartment. My husband, a 4 year old and an infant. The owner was great and met us on time. Also he was great about us with kids! The apartment was small but the location was unbeatable. Everything I mean everything was in walking distance. It was also great to walk across the street to the Luxembourg gardens so that our 4 year old could play. Also having the RER station on the corner that took us directly to the airport was fantastic. I would recommend this spot to anyone. It was a little cramped with all of us but with the infant needed to stay in the bed with us and the 4 year old on the fold out. A couple with one child would be a great fit or anyone traveling alone. The courtyard off the street made it feel like a secret garden and it was really quiet. Oh and amazing gelato a few blocks away! I would stay again if I was headed back to Paris! I guess it is hard with the language but one thing that would have been great would have been a notebook with services in the neighborhood. Or a notebook with notes from other travelers. But all in all this was a great place...many thanks to the owner.

We were very pleased with the apartment. The price was great. It was small, but that didn't matter much as we were only there to sleep. The location was very good, close to the Metro Blanche station. The landlady, a Norwegian, was very nice and met us as the metro station. The neighborhood was cozy. We can recommend the cafe on the nearest corner for breakfast.

After having searched for accommodation on the Internet via many rental agents, I was very pleased to deal with Paris Sweet Home. Your service was professional, my queries were answered promptly (same day) and everybody friendly and efficient to deal with.The apartment we rented was excellent. It suited our needs perfectly. Close to shops (for self catering), restaurants, public transport and within easy reach of all tourist attractions. It is wonderfully situated in a quiet, up market part of Paris, very close to the Bois de Boulogne The apartment is comfortably big enough for 3 adults. Everything was clean and crisp, and the kitchen fully equipped. The building is charming and has loads of character. Everything is very well maintained. The owner welcomed us himself and he was very friendly and helpful, explaining how all items in the apartment works etc. He even gave us a bottle of wine as welcome gift!. He speaks fluent English, so there is no language problem for International guests.
We certainly will go back to this apartment if we ever get an opportunity again and I will recommend both the apartment and your agency to anyone.

The Paris Sweet Home site was very good for us, as we were able to pick
out the neighborhood precisely, and the numerous photos showed us just
how the apartment would be.
The manager of our apartment was very accommodating to us and our needs,
and was present at both ends of our stay to make certain that everything
went smoothly for us.
The apartment was a typically rustic apartment of historic Paris, with
the hand hewn beams everywhere, but the apartment was also quite
modern. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom arrangement was perfect for our
traveling party of two couples.
The location was fantastic. The apartment was near the rue de Rivoli,
but far enough away to be quiet. There were six or more restaurants
just outside the flat, including our favorite, L'Epouvantail which had
wonderful food at very reasonable prices.

We stayed at Germain-3 Apartment - Paris 6th for 5 days in July, 2007. It was the perfect location for just about everything. Most tourist attractions were within walking distance and those that were just slightly too far for our 10
year old - the Metro was 1/2 block away and very easy to use. We were able to easily transfer from the airport to this perfect little flat using public transport. The apartment,
though small, was clean and exactly as promised on the internet. We had been apprehensive about renting over the internet, but
found the process very reliable and have since highly recommended it
to those we know who are traveling to Paris. The apartment was clean
and we felt very safe there. The representative in Paris met us at the apartment exactly as promised. We would not hesitate to recommend Paris Sweet Home and we hope to get back to Paris soon.

The service provided by "paris sweet home" is really awesome, you can choose between many apartments and once you booked the staff is always there 24/7 to give answers to any question, answering the mails in a matter of hours. The apartment i stayed in was much bigger than it seemed from the pictures i saw online, and very comfortable, i found everything i needed there(soap for the dishes,towels,pans,everything) and the rates are even lower than the ones from hostels(and for a much better service as an apartment of your own)!Next time i come to paris i am definitely gonna book and apartment using this service, there should be one like this in every city!!!

We were very happy with studio we rented in Paris. It was clean and big enought to accomodate me and my husband. There was all kitchen equipment we needed. Its in very nice suroundings – there is very nice park near by and also there is market on the streat some days. Its located in very nice building with garden and its very quiet during the day and night. We had no problem to agree with owner on arrival and departure time. When it comes to ordering on your web page – we had no problem at all. We apreciated the option to pay via paypal as we think its more safe. Thank you we had great stay in Paris in reasonable price. Our experience with the apartment was very good. The location was superb for seeing much of the city – both walking and via Metro. The unit had all the essentials and was totally up-to-date. The rate for apartment rental was substantially cheaper than any comparable hotel. We would rent again if we were coming back to Paris.

The apartment provided everything we needed - beautiful and quite neighborhood, beautiful view, a microwave oven, refrigerator, hot and cold water, clean towels, fresh linen along with the necessary entertainment: TV, DVD and CD player. We were both pleasantly surprised, for we had not expected this spacious and bright apartment to match the photos on your web site. And it did - completely. To top it off, the price for these 14 days of homey feeling in the most beautiful city in Europe, cost almost nothing. Compared to the prices of hotels and private residences, it was a bargain. So both of us wish to thank Paris Sweet Home for being very professional, kind and honest - qualities rarely found today. Our experience with Paris Sweet Home was everything we could have wanted. The owners really went the extra mile for us. We got lost on the way to the apartment, jet-lagged and disoriented, and we were late to meet them. They were very gracious about it and still took the time to do a walk-through and tell us everything we needed to know about the apartment. Having our own kitchen area saved us a lot of money, and there was a cute bakery down the street so we could enjoy fresh pains au chocolat every morning. Our stay in the Moulin Vert studio was very pleasant and enjoyable, the studio was in a lively and cute part of 14e arrondissement, very near to the metro station and in a quiet building.
The studio was big and we relaxed very well in it after our busy days in the city. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is big and the livingroom-bedroom is very comfortable. Thanks also to the kindness of Mr.Widana we spent a very happy stay in this apartment. I suggest it to everyone!

Hi to prospective renters.
We used the website and crossed fingers that it would be okay. The reason we used this website to book an apartment is because it had cheap apartments that had all the electrical appliances that we needed, as we were on a round-the-world ticket and a hotel room would have had no cooking or washing/ironing facilities. It worked out much cheaper than a hotel and we could cook if we wanted to and eat in.
It was a bit of a gamble but it paid off.
We had to pay the deposit in cash, but that was fine as we were given it back as soon as the owner had checked the apartment. We were impressed because the owner came to give us our deposit at 7.15 am on New Year’s Day as we had to drive to Nice to be there by 6.00pm that same day. He’d been up till about 2.00am or 3.00am!
The apartment at Rue Muller in Montmartre was very clean and well-appointed. We are tall people, but it was big enough for us. The bathroom was small, but we didn’t live in the bathroom of course. It had a few extra things included such as a hair dryer.
All the furnishings and décor were tasteful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and previous renters had left a few things to make our stay comfortable e.g. salt and pepper, sauces, packets of pasta, tins of vegetables, packets of biscuits, unopened etc. We left a few things for the next renters!
The bed was comfortable, the bed linen was fine and the towels were adequate, with spares. We used the washing machine and dryer to good effect as we had travelled from Australia to Canada before going to Paris and then we were going to Nice.
We loved the location and being able to be part of a small community for the short time we were there. It was very close to Sacre Coeur and the art community of Montmartre. We loved the fabric shops in the vicinity. Supermarkets were close and Anvers station was within easy walking distance.

Your apartment was furnished exactly as described on your website, and we felt very much at home staying there. I don't think it would have been so if we had just stayed in a hotel. Clotilde was very professional and checking in and out of the apartment were done smoothly. She even checked on us personally one evening when we experienced some slight problem with getting the front door opened.
The apartment's location is perfect - the metros were nearby and we could even walk to the Champs Elysees. There were also lovely restaurants and a charming market in the neighbourhood.
All in, we were very happy that we'd chosen this apartment. We'd definitely choose your apartments again, if not this particular one in Rue Labie.

En primer lugar quiero disculparme por el retraso en mi contestación, he estado un tiempo de viaje y no he podido contestar antes, y en segundo lugar, por no contestarles en Ingles.
Sobre nuestra estancia en Paris este verano quisiera comentar que fue perfecta. Estuvimos una semana y lo mejor de todo (aparte de lo maravilloso que es Paris) fue la situación del apartamento. Es un apartamento precioso, perfecto para tres personas, muy bien equipado y con una decoración muy bonita. Tiene mucha luz natural y es muy agradable para vivir.
Como le comentaba la situación del apartamento es perfecta. Se encuentra a 5 minutos de la Opera Garnier y las galerias Lafayette. De ahí estás al lado de el Museo del Louvre, de la place de la Concorde, de la Iglesia de la Madeleine, de la Place Vendome , del Palais Royal, de Notre Dame, Barrio Latino, etc. etc. A otro lado, también está muy cerca de Sacré-Coeur y de Mont-Matre.(unos 10 minutos) En definitiva, quiero decir, que está situado de tal forma que si quieres, puedes ir a todos sitios andando. Nosotros los primeros días lo hicimos así, luego empezamos a movernos en metro, ya que también hay una parada junto al apartamento que te permite cualquier conexión.
En el barrio hay supermercados, panaderías, y todo tipo de tiendas junto al apartamento.

as for the apartment, the location was marvelous. the owner helped me a lot with my visit by books and visit guides.
because of them I'm really thinking of traveling again. We stayed at the apartment at Rue du Faubourg St Antoine in the 11th arrondissement for December 2007. I spent some months researching apartments and found this to be the best prospect in our holiday budget.
The apartment was ideally situated with just a very short walk to two entrances to the Metro station which were directly across the street or around the corner. The wonderful Aligre fruit and vegetable market was a short walk down the street and 2 supermarkets were in close proximity. There are many restaurants and bars in the area with the Bastille Opera a short walk or one metro station away. All the major Paris attractions were easily reached. We had no need for a car for the entire stay.
The facilities were all that we required for a comfortable stay for the six of us - 2 adults and 4 grown up children. Being from Australia were were a little concerned about the cold in a Paris winter but we had no need to worry.
Sylviane, the owner, lived in the same apartment block and was very helpful with any questions or problems that we had. The apartment was well stocked with maps and information on attractions in Paris and surrounding areas. When it came to settling up the deposit at the end of the stay there were no issues.
We were only left with delightful memories of a fantastic Paris Christmas/New Year experience. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for economical accommodation in a convenient Paris location.

Renting an apartment in Paris was easy. Paris Sweet Home provided excellent service --- we picked an apartment from their web site, and within a day or two, the owner got in contact with us, and everything went smoothly and to our fullest satisfaction.
We stayed at Rue De Temple Apartment during our stay, and it was a very nice and modern place to stay, very bright and has a wonderful terrace to view the streets. It has a loft and many wonderful decor and a modern large flat screen TV and High-speed Internet connection, which came in handy. The owners were very nice and helpful. I have spent a week at „Grands Magasins Apartment” with my family in the 10th district. The apartment was much better than we could see on the photos. It was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The street, where the apartment is situated, is quiet, but the surroundings are full of different kind of shops, restaurants, bars etc. Everything was excellent. The owner lady is really friendly, helpful and kind. We are glad that we have chosen Paris Sweet Home, since we have had a great time in Paris, which was much more beautiful than we have ever thought. We have just returned from our trip to Paris and I had to let you know how wonderful our apartment was. My husband and I brought our 1 year old son with us on our trip to Paris. The apartment was perfect for our family. It was roomy, incredibly clean and the decor was exceptional. This was the first time we rented an apartment in Paris and it was a fantastic experience. No hotel could have come close to catering to our needs and room for our son to play. The neighborhood was the perfect location. Great shopping, parks and cafes. We felt close to everything so we walked everywhere. The owners were incredibly nice and made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Taking the luggage up the stairs the first time was a bit rough, but after that the stairs just added to the experience! We will rent an apartment the next time we visit Paris. Paris Sweet Home has a great reputation and we were not disappointed. Thank you! We had a very good time at Alesia Studio, a well-equipped and clean apartment just near the metro station. Even if it's in a big road, with shops, supermarket and a cinema too, it's really quiet and with a nice view from the balcony.
Moreover the owner was kind and friendly, and we didn't have any problems.
So, we just enjoyed our trip living in a comfortable apartment, in a good position to reach the most important places in the city.

He llegado de una estancia de 12 días en el apartamento Alesia 2 de Paris. Ha sido excelente. Nos hemos alojado 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños) y el espacio ha sido más que suficiente. Además, el lugar del apartamento nos ha gustado mucho: se encuentra muy cerca de una estación de metro, de parada de autobús, de un supermercado, de varias panaderías... Es un barrio tranquilo, pero muy bien comunicado y abastecido.
Por otra parte, el trato con el responsable del apartamento ha sido muy fácil y muy cordial. Esperamos repetir.

Our stay was very pleasant and the owner was very friendly and really
helpful when it came to our needs! We really appreciated that he let
my parents check in earlier than it stated in the website and that he
trusted us to pay the next day since our parents did not know of the
process and our plane arrived in Paris later than we expected.

We recently returned from Paris , having had a two week stay in a lovely two level apartment (with a large terrace) in the 13th Arrondisment, just across from the Bibliotech National de France. This apartment was fully equipped and spacious and perfect for two couples. It was within easy walking distance of the metro and even had a view of the Seine . With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was perfect for us. I would definitely stay there again should I return to Paris , and that says it all.

The Alesia studio was clean, quiet, nice view from the balcony, and a straight shot on line 62 to get to the new Bibliothèque Nationale, perfect for academics. It was a nice way to spend a week and get a feel for Parisian life, made even more enjoyable by the helpfulness and friendliness of the owner.
We'd definitely rent it again ! We had a great stay in the Opera Vendome Apartment. The owner and caretaker were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, very well equipped and with a great character. The absolute best thing about this apartment is the location, we could walk to the Louvre in less than 10 minutes! It is so central we walked almost everywhere. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely try to stay there on our next visit to Paris.

An excellent, well-equipped apartment in a convenient location. Although close to a main road, the flat is surprisingly quiet because it looks out over two inner courtyards. We were given a warm welcome and felt at home straight away. I can definitely recommend this apartment!
My husband and I stayed in the studio for a week in May,2007 and found the flat very nice, clean well stocked with dishes, cookware,linens,etc. The flat has a DVD player with a few DVD's to watch, a clock radio and a flat screen tv. The area in which the flat is located abounds with restaurants of all nationalities and price ranges and grocers, fruit and veggie venders as well as butchers and bakeries are found nearby in all directions. Being so close to the metro stops, Sacre coure, Artists Row, internet cafes and the many eating establishments probably make this one of the best areas of Paris to reside while on holiday. You couldn't ask for better owners to deal with for they went out of their way to take us to the airport at 4:00 AM when we couldn't get public transport or a taxi. Highly recommended. My 10 day stay in the Convention Studio was absolutely wonderful. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was very well equiped. There were dishes, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, an iron and even a washing machine. It was very clean and I felt comfortable in the area as a young woman by myself.
The location was excellent as it was only minutes away from the metro and there is a busy street nearby (rue de Convention) with everything you could need. There is also a street market on Thursdays and Sundays.
Mme Widana, the owner is very kind and she answered all my questions. I thought the price was very fair and I saved money on food by having my own kitchen. I truly felt like I was living in Paris, not just visiting. I will definately rent with Paris Sweet Home again. Our experience renting through Paris Sweet Home was satisfactory. The transaction went smoothly, the apartment owner met us promptly, was helpful in getting us settled, and helpful during our departure. Although the four flights of stairs were just barely manageable after a long day of walking around Paris, we were always happy to be home to our cozy apt. The kitchen was already stocked with basics and the whole apartment was clean and decorated with the owners keepsakes. Regine was the most kind and helpful representative and lives just down the street. There is a cipher lock door from the street and an another locked gate inside. The location can not be better....many nice cafes, shops, a grocery, outdoor veg market, bakery and excellent Sicilian food (Pizza Cesar) next door. Our apartment, Biblioteque Nationale, was beautifully decorated and a lovely place to stay. We were close to shops, the Metro, cafes, and a bakery. We have recommended Paris Sweet Home to other friends planning trips to Paris.

hotel or flat. I would recommend it to anyone!

This apartment was the foundation of our amazing vacation! The apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient. Having an apartment was great for three main reasons. First, the apartment was much nicer than a hotel of the same price. The value is great! It was also nice to have a home instead of just a generic room. We were able to come home after a long, busy day and relax, watch a movie, or even make a wonderful dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Finally, living in an apartment made us feel like real Parisians; the experience was so much more authentic than it would've been had we stayed in a hotel. Next time we are in Paris we will definitely rent from Paris Sweet Home again. Thank you so much for making our vacation perfect! The apartment is perfect for two persons, We found it very comfortable, clean and well located. It is a one room apartment(studio) with a small kitchen well implemented, a small hall that connects the entrance with the room and the bathroom is in between as a separated room. The bathroom has all the basics (toilet, bathtub, shower) and includes a washing machine which we found
very useful, especially if you have to stay more than three days. The surroundings
are very nice, one block from a main street that has all types of stores and
two blocks from the Metro entrance.

The neighborhood is quiet, but surrounded by a truly Parisian quartier with fabulous open markets, wonderful restaurants and every kind of shop one would need, plus two metro stations within two blocks.
The apartment itself is small, efficient and perfectly maintained with ideal phone and internet connections, stereo and TV.
I spent two and a half years of my life in Paris and go back often; I have never found a more "symphatique" lodging than that of this perfect apartment.

my stay in Paris was very nice, also because of the perfect service of
Paris Sweet Home Service andbecause the appartement was great.
The app. was situated very central and close to all the objects I was
really interested in: Palais du Louvre, Opera Garnier, Galerie
Lafayette
etc. But even more all the things I needed for my daily accomodation I
found just over the street: a backery, a supermarket and even the
tourist
information office was situated just a jump to the other side of the
street.
What I really loved too was that the appartement was situated to the
backside of a very lovely house (a former hotel) and so it was very
calm.
And I don´t even talk about the warm and friendly welcome of the owner
who
even helped me to get my car parked.
Due to all these circumstances my stay was absolutely fine!

I was quite pleased with the service from Paris Sweet Home. My e-mail
queries were always answered within a couple of hours (and often
within a couple of minutes!). The Paris Sweet Home representatives
with whom I interacted were helpful, courteous, and polite. I would
not hesitate to recommend your company to other travelers.
The Luxembourg apartment was exactly as described on the website.
It's small, but nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed and ample
storage. It is ideally located on the border between the Latin
Quarter and St-Germain-des-Pres and just a short (2-3 block) walk to
the Luxembourg Gardens and a Metro/RER station. It's on a quiet
street, and I was never bothered by noise. If I have the chance to
return to Paris, I would stay in the apartment again!
I had several lovely interactions (both via e-mail and phone) with
the owners of the apartment. They were flexible with my check-in
time, and even called after I returned home to make sure I had
returned safely and had enjoyed my stay!
In short, I had a lovely stay in Paris, and would absolutely

We are from the United States and have been traveling every year throughout Europe.
This year we stayed at The Monmartre Apartment both in April and again in Nov of '06.
We can honestly say that because of the charming, cozy setting and environment , it was the favorite place that we have ever stayed (even received visits from the neighborhood cat). By the time I had to leave, we truly felt that we were leaving our own home. We want to move there!!!
A very conveniently located studio that worked well for a couple and small child.Well-equipped kitchen (no oven, but a microwave), good tv, dvd and stereo equipment, and everything mechanical worked fine, including heat. All in all, good value for money. We were satisfied and spent a very nice week. I recently stayed in the Convention2 apartment and was very pleased. The owner was very nice and accommodating, and the apartment was clean and as described in the photos--although the photos don't do justice to the wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window! At night one can lie in bed and see the sparkling tower, truly beautiful! The neighborhood has everything one could need and the apartment is close to a metro stop and multiple bus lines. I would definitely stay here again. I was staying the apartment from Paris Sweet Home during early Oct and it was absolutely a good experience.

The location of the apartment can't get any better.It is in left-band St-Germin Des Preis and The Seine is within walking distance.I did enjoy my stay there and only wish I can stay longer...

Our Seine front location was incredible, and the apartment was a perfect launching point for all the areas of the city - especially the Marais which is right across the river. We found the Isle of St. Louis, where the apartment is located, to be unique and charming. We were very pleased with our choice. The apartment was as charming as the photos indicated and the location could not have been better with all the important sights of Paris at my doorstep. Mr. Chamayou (the owner) provided assistance beyond the call of duty. From start to finish this was an eminently satisfying way to arrange top notch accommodation. We enjoyed our trip to Paris . We stayed at Rue Rosa Bonhuer in the 14th arronds. We had a wonderful time in the apartment which was fully furnished. Though the owners were out on vacation there was a gentleman to give us the keys when we checked in. The owner was on the telephone all the time to ensure that we did not face any problems. We promptly got our deposit back when were were leaving on 20th July. In fact, we got it on 19th itself and it was given to us without checking the fixtures and furnitures at home. We are grateful to the owner for placing so much trust in us. We will definitely be back and would stay with them again. The area is perfect close to 2 metro stations and very near to Eiffel Tower. It's a very safe neighbourhood. Paris Sweet Home is one of the most professional companies we have dealt with. We will do business with them again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Paris and found the apartment near the Pigalle station to be perfect for the mixture of exploring Paris by foot (many sights, restaurants in Le Mont Montre), by metro (just cross the street for the Pigalle metro), and to explore other areas with a car (the parking garage just 2 blocks away). Highlights of the apartment: location,
2 bedrooms which allows two couples to have privacy and flexibility with different sleep schedules, well-furnished and equipped to at times just relax and eat in the apartment, security with a coded door entrance. Would definitely recommend Paris Sweet Home for anyone who wants to experience the life of a Parisian by staying in an apartment vice a hotel and specifically the apartment we stayed in where the owners were friendly and very helpful.

The apartment was the perfect size for me and my husband. It was just a few steps away from the Ternes underground station, restaurants and sightseeing. Indeed, everything was ok with the apartment (Alphand Étoile) in Paris. It was clean, quiet, well located and the owner and the concierge very helpful. The prize was fair.
A recommendation for one or two persons looking for a quiet place to sleep and take the breakfast. For more than that it's a bit small and not that comfortable (only two chairs around the table). During the summer sunny days, maybe the temperature within the apartment could be high. As for me,. no problem, my stay was in September.
So I got what I paid for ...given the tough Paris market.
The apartment/studio I rented was in a very nice location on a quiet street close to the best part of Paris, in my opinion, and extremely secure. I would recommend it to anyone, especially a single woman because it is very safe and you will have a feeling of total security. The studio is small, but well-appointed, nicely furnished and the kitchen is more than adequate. It took me a day to get hooked up to the Internet but that will be resolved by now (just needed a different driver which the owners have taken care of). The Internet is fast, DSL. The bed is a single but also has another that can slide out so it is not for a couple unless you really like to snuggle. But if you don't mind sleeping next to each other in separate little beds, it would be fine for a couple as well. I was delighted and surprised how nice it was and such a great location....quaint restaurants seconds away and also a food market less than a block away. Great access to a main metro line....and I walked to the Arc d'Triomphe (very close ) and also walked to the Eiffel Tower.
Highly recommended and the owners are very helpful and kind.

Hi, This website made booking the apartment fast and easy. My landlady met me right when I arrived in Paris and was very helpful. She even had books I could use and suggestions and directions to various places. The neighborhood was ideal--I was traveling alone and I always felt safe and there were many places (including metro stops) within walking distance. location. This apartment was absolutely wonderful!! The Bercy neighborhood is perfect for anyone looking to embrace French culture. The option of the #14 metro line (the newest) allowed me to get to "downtown" in minutes, yet escape from it all in when desired. Bercy village is great with its shops and more importantly its restaurants and anything you need is right there. It is very clean, airy and simple in that all the basics are taken care of. The guardienne is truly gracious; and always at call should one need her assistance. It was a delight to cross Avenue Hoch while looking left at the Arch De Triomphe on my way to Place Victor Hugo. Everything is convenient including the internet cafe which is just off the place.

we absolutely enjoyed our stay in Paris.
This is what we could say about the apartment:
It is located in the center of Montmartre, witht he Metro station
Pigalle just across the street. Any place in Paris can be reached within a
couple of minutes.
The aparment itself has a lot of space and is very quiet. There is
almost no noise to hear from the busy streets of Montmartre.
It's furniture and decoration has a bohemian type of charme that fits
perfect to a stay in Paris.
The reception was very warm, friendly, convenient and perfectly
organized.
The DSL line worked very well and allowed easy high speed Internet
access.
Several Parkings are available with reasonable weekly fares.
Even if it is in the red light district, this is almost not visible
when using the Pigalle metro station.
Most of the erotic clubs are further down the road, and we felt very
safe in any regards with our two kids.
Many stores like Champion or Bakeries, are just a few steps away.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent this same
apartment again for our next trip to Paris.

We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. We spent 5 wonderful days and the apartment was perfectly located near 2 subway stops. We will be using this service again when we go back to Paris in 2 years. Thank you again. This is our second stay in this apartment. We found it cozy and comfortable. But the concierges receive mixed reviews: one of them was charming, helpful and kind. The other seemed "easily fatigued" and annoyed by any extra need that was not a part of her routine. These needs sometimes come up, especially when we are strangers in a strange land! This disagreeableness is thinly veiled in written correspondence. The apartment owner should take note! "We have had a very pleasant time in this studio. The relation between price and quality is quite fair. The studio is simple and it is decorated simply and nicely. Furniture and kitchen supplies are simple
but ok. You can feel very comfortable once you are used to the fact
that it is at the street level and if you are not asking for any luxuries. The street is quiet and the bed is also confortable (both things perfect for sleep) and just round the corner you have a busy street full of shops at good prices. Subway is near too. Neighbourhood is safe, plenty of working people and families with small children. Neighbours in the
building are kind and the building is well kept.
If we can go back to
Paris, we will choose the same studio as it was exactly what we needed. We felt as we were Parisians."

in Paris charming atmosphere. I went for the Paris trip alone and was a
bit apprehensive about living in other places besides hotel. But I'm glad

We found the apartment quite easily when we arrived from the airport by subway. The pleasant caretaker Joo was waiting for us. It was like having a personal guide to answer all of our questions. She provided us with information regarding restaurants, transportation, and sightseeing. She made herself available to us at anytime. That felt really good. The accommodation was small, clean and quiet. The kitchen was nice in that it had a few items to get you started. The best part of the suite was its location and two short city blocks to two subway stations. This is really important when you have luggage and for sight seeing. The whole process was very straight-forward and the apt was exactly as described on the web page. Also, because we were in touch with the owner we could make special arrangements in advance without a third party. It felt like borrowing a flat from a friend! The financial side was very straight-forward. I would do this again without any hesitation. We felt like Parisians for the weekend and even found a nice babysitter in advance for our evenings out.
I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was gorgeous and located in a terrific part of the 16th.
The apartment was always kept clean and the staff went out of their way to make sure that all of my needs were taken care of. I plan on staying there again when I return to Paris in 2007.
My family lived in the 16th in Paris for two and half years. When we returned for a visit, we wanted to stay somewhere close to our old apartment. The Auteuil location was exactly what we wanted. The service was great, the apartment was lovely, well-appointed and it worked great for the six of us - grandparents included. It was so much more comfortable than any hotel we have ever stayed at in Paris. I highly recommend Paris Sweet Home. I loved my Opera Vendome-2 apt! It was cozy but spacious enough for 1 or 2 persons. I was thrilled with the large closet and bathroom and the kitchen was fine for breakfast and/or a quick meal. With 2 french doors opening out onto a balcony it was very sunny and bright during the day and even though the building was on busy Ave. de l'Opera the apt. was very quiet.
Location was more than perfect: 10 minute walk from the Roissy bus, across the street from Pyramide metro station, Monoprix(grocery store), Paul (patisserie) and Starbucks were also a step away. It was a quick walk to Place de la Concorde, the big department stores, the Louvre, and of course the beautiful Opera!
The owner couldn't have been nicer, meeting me at exactly the times we agreed upon.
I will certainly consider renting from you again.
