We did have a great time in Paris. One of the positive aspects of our apartment were the location.
We felt very safe on Rue Delbet.
We enjoyed the fact that the neighborhood was a family oriented area. Grocery stores were nearby and the brasserie just a block from home. We also liked the close location to two metro lines, making it easy to get out and go in the morning to see the sights.
The apartment was a good size for our family, we were very comfortable and the kids loved the TV as it gave them a way to wind down after a busy day of sightseeing. Another positive aspect as that we never felt cold in our apartment.
We were worried that, coming at Christmas, the apartment would be cold. But the heating system worked very well as did the hot water for showers.
The low price for this apartment made this trip possible for our family. Mr. Widana was very kind and we have wonderful memories of our time in Paris.

Convenient location, well designed apartment, and the owner Mr Widana is very decent and helpful. Be aware, however, that internet is not available in the apartment (a common situation for many Paris apartments). As for the service provided by Paris Sweet Home, it is simply impeccable. No hesitation to rent again through them.

The studio located in Delbert, Paris, is in very good condition and very nice. It highlights the warmth and willingness of its owner, Mr. Widana. In our particular case, we delay the flight and he was willing to meet in the study in order to enter it at any time we arrived.

The apartment (Alesia Grand Studio in Rue Delbet, Paris 14th) was well located and quite comfortable. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished and the street was quiet.

We had a wonderful stay in the Alesia Grand studio. The neighborhood was lovely with handy shopping near-by and walking distance to the Luxembourg Gardens. The landlord met us at the apartment and was friendly and helpful. The suite was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters and was very clean and brightly decorated. We will definitely use Paris Sweet Home on our next visit to Paris. We were very happy with the service and the immediate attention given to our questions. This business is friendly, simple and helpful. It made our stay very easy and safe and cosy.

Hola París Sweet home: Escribo estas líneas, para dejar constancia de lo bien que nos lo pasamos en París durante la estancia en el apartamento (Aleisa Grand) que le alquilamos en la calle Alesia. Está muy bien situado, cerca de la estación de metro, fuimos muy bien recibidos por el señor Widana que fue en todo momento muy atento y muy amable. El apartamento era acogedor y se adecuaba muy bien a nuestras necesidades. Fue todo maravilloso. En cuanto volvamos a París mi familia y yo, no dudaremos en contar con los servicios de París Sweet Home. Muchas gracias.

I would like to thank you for your website. We had a wonderful time. The flat was close to everything and everywhere we needed to be. The best part was that when we needed a break we could go to a place to call home not a hotel. If you have young children this is the way to go. All the convienences of home. Grocery store within walking distance as was the metro. This is what made our trip to Paris extremely enjoyable.
